The mater bathroom and the master closet is big.

The help from the construction department which I had contact with every week and gave me a weekly update. Also after we closed the customer care department which reacted in a very timely matter to solve any issued that we had.

Get all promises in writing!!!

Builder was great with explaining things and fixing everything that was asked.

Great selections offered and workmanship is great. Very excellent experience with the walk through dying closing.

Overall, the process has been very good during the building and delivery. Post delivery, living in a place where there are lot of constructions going on, there is always debris , Coffee cups, lunch boxes etc in your yard consistently. No one seems to be acting on that.

Overall we are happy with our home. We were extremely disappointed that the HVAC unit is right outside our master bedroom window, it constantly wakes us up every single night and I am not pleased at all with that. We were never told it would be there, on the model it was on the side of the house by the garage and we assumed it would be there on this house. We've had numerous issues with the carpet, and an independent inspector came out recently and said the company failed to properly seal the seams at the transition, causing constant fraying. I am very happy to buy Lennar’s home because home are very beautiful and they are very high quality.

So far it's been great. We been loving the house. It's calm and very spacious. Lennar has been good to us. We like everything except the bathroom near the kitchen and that outside we sometimes have a big puddle after the rain. Overall we like it.

The Lennar staff is easy to work with and always professional and helpful. Their patience was calming for my first time purchase by myself.

My overall experience was 4 stars. If we were provided everything that was initially offered when the sales person walked us through the house, we would have rated it a 5 star. But as we got into the conversation with our agent and Lennar, things started falling apart; no appliances were to be provided (yet other spec homes were having appliances delivered to other homes in the same state as the one we were looking at), resolution to the promised appliances wasn't the same level of compensation, the house was "cleaned" before our walkthrough with Nichole (construction manager) and there were many areas that needed to be recleaned. The standards for a homebuyer is much greater than the builder and at the end of the day, I would have liked to see the builder's team to think as if it was their house and would they be okay with the outcome. Lennar mortgage, Christy, was great to deal with throughout the process. She was quick to respond and explain things thoroughly. The warranty department has been quick to tackle some minor issues post moving in and I've been happy with this experience. In the end, the sales team started the home purchasing off on the wrong foot. If Lennar could get the sales team to not lie or mislead, the homebuying experience would have been great. Very responsive to your needs with any issues

Picked a home that was already started. Really liked home and site location. The home came with so many upgrades and the quality of the build was really good. Compared to other new houses I’d visited, Lennar cottages offered more extras for the price. However, there was a serious grading issue that I felt should’ve been disclosed. Their resolution for it made the site not work for me physically and the salesperson knew that. Someone else on team helped get me another site, which was great . But getting this new site was dampen somewhat by having to accept a home that wasn’t the one I chose and not colors I liked. In addition, there were identified issues that were supposed to be resolved prior to my move in that were not. I have had to make several attempts to get most of those issues resolved. Lennar’s warranty team acted very quickly to resolve the issues I brought to their attention. However, I had to make several requests to construction for other issues to get a resolution and still have others not resolved after being in house over a month. I had a very positive experience with Lennar and its staff. They truly care and make sure you understand every step of the processes. Christy and the mortgage reviewer,Nicole,Erin,Chris and, Heleine are great.

I was quite impressed by the construction manager's responses to our questions and concerns. Also, after closing, Lennar responded very promptly on the problem reports. One area that we wish to have a better/quicker response was the financial area.

Overall good experience. Following items can be improved- 1.Use Blink security systems instead of Ring. There is no subscription associated with it. 2.Most of the Door locks are not properly tightened to the door. 3.Provide coaxial and LAN cable ports in all bed rooms. Mesh WIFI is not that great sometimes.

Overall we're satisfied. Things I would change is cheap plastic handles to open, close windows, cheap plastic handles on toilets for over a $500,000 expect more quality overall. Wasn't happy with tile work in Kitchen or area where furnace was stored was a mess and super dirty.

Vet transparent process from beginning to end .

The communication between Lennar sales team and construction team is very good. As an out of state buyer, I am satisfied with their service, especially the construction manager Tony Baine. I had experience with building my own house before, and understand how many small works to be done every stage of the construction. But Tony made me feel that he was the onsite manager only for my house when he actually have more than ten houses in progress at the same time. Appreciate your hard work, Tony, thank you so much!

I really valued the walk throughs and the onboarding that was provided to me. I would love to have another follow up with customer care just to go over some things as we’ve moved in.

Overall, through 4 months we are happy. We have noticed some workmanship that was below our expectations for a $475k home. Mike
