It will be better if we get weekly updates on the process. Construction manager never send any updates and not friendly.

Quality of materials used for the houses vary too much from one unit to the other and unfortunately your unit might be the one always getting the lowest quality of all.

We were really involved with the building of our house from Day 1. We checked the construction progress everyday. We took a lot of pictures every step of the way and let the Building Manager know when we had issues. You're the buyer, take control!

Alot of attention to detail issues, wood trim gaps, rough drywall spots, uneven trim, tile work is very bad, uneven floors, uneven paint and colors, gaps in drywall, crown moulding on cabinets were way off, small damage to several cabinet pieces. Besides that the overall experience was ok. We had an issue with the plot size that wasn't disclosed to us and after signing the contract we brought up the issue and the sales person said "I didnt know" which to me is not an excuse as they gave me an answer to the question before like that had known. Regardless we ended up losing over 6500sqft of backyard. Lennar wouldn't do anything about it. Just be sure the sales rep you're speaking to can give you plot size and items in your home in writing. The price of the home was competitive to the surrounding area and home was finished in the general timeframes given to us. Overall good a experience. But critical construction mistakes were made which are being fixed. List: Leak in the foundation wall. Cracks and holes in the drive way. Lot boundaries incorrect (missed by engineers for lot 66 and 67)

I put a Warranty request 2 weeks ago NO response!

The experience during the building phase right up to closing was excellent. The staff was responsive and proactive. But the open issues at the time of closing are unresolved (mostly cabinetry) - two months have gone by without anyone bothering to rectify them.

Got few issues which should have been take care of on priority but it didn’t happen.

buying home was fast and easy

Overall I have been pleased with my purchase. The couple of issues I’ve had since moving in were resolved quickly. Well all except the issue with the construction workers loud music on a daily basis. Other than that I’m very pleased with my new home.

Overall the house is nice and Lennar knows what the consumer wants for interior layout. However I feel some sub contractors need to be fired. First off our trim is a disaster. Nicks and missing chunks everywhere like they used bottoms of the barrel wood and slapped some paint on it. Second, Lennar really failed on the paint. Single coat (lightly done at that) is completely unacceptable at this price point. Third, this one we knew from the start but still needs to be mention, how much more is it to just prime the garage and not leave the walls bare. That is just straight nickel and diming. Fourth, the cleaners need to be fired. Every single trim and switch/outlet cover had thick dust. Did they even clean pre closing besides a vacuum? There are plenty of other areas that we know they cheaped out on but some is more acceptable than others. One huge disappointment for the wife was that we were in the highest package, their “elite” but our front door was basic steel. Some of the low grade packages got a nice front door with windows. Nowhere in our package info did it state anything about the front door but the color. Huge oversight and upsetting. Now for the people that state oh you get NHO time to mark it all off, they give you such a small amount of time to look over the house after they spend over a hour explaining things on the house with you. So things get missed. Plus things get marked that never get repaired before closing and it’s touch to remember where all the blue tape was. Last item. Dining room chandelier light. They leave a box for it that is center between the 4 recessed lights. However no one would ever put a table there, that would be in the middle of the walk way. Nice home only would have preferred to add custom touches.

Overall the market is over priced for what you get. The quality of the home is cheaper with no real customizable options. Staff is nice but quality of home feels cheap.

The whole process went smoothly and I was always updated on the progress.

Service Requests are being closed without resolving the issues. Arrogant customer support representatives.

I purchased the model home, it was in a good shape but I don’t like the fact that there no warranty on the house.

Overall the home is good, and the build is good, did not face much issues until now. But I am not happy with the customer care post home closing, even during the construction process there was always communication gap from construction manager side, He never kept us in loop on the progress, did not even notify us before drywall were put. I had to contact him to get pre-drywall inspection scheduled and the drywalls were hastily put in so I couldn't get the inspection done. After closing, there are pre-identified issues with the lawn and shrubs which are not tackled by the construction manager, and only response I ever got from him is "Yeah we'll get it done, you need not worry", and no action on the ground to "actually take care of the issue". They hurry you into closing by putting same date of delivery and closing. The quality of work has degraded.

The team was excellent selling the home. Being a track home builder, the materials quality was. 3/5. The price indicates that. Solving issues is a problem going thru them……there is a lot of deflecting involved so I tend to take care of things myself by spending more money. Great activities, clubhouse and social director planning events. There is ton to do if you want. I’m happy with the space layout inside my house but the workmanship is just ok…..I’m used to custom homes and this is my first track builder purchase.

Poor communication, construction quality poor, lennar staff not willing to deliver quality home, construction manager not responsive n did not fix home inspection issues, home delivery to customer with bunch of issues, after closing complaints not handled, overall extremely bad experience

Construction Manger Scott His management style is friendly, and his feedback is always constructive. he always had time for discussion. His willingness to listen and advise constructively is far beyond expectations of any manager. Loan officers Corey / Chris where always accessible they where very analytical and can really break down complex figures into bit and pieces. They are very Helpfull.

Jason, Shawn, Danielle are all very efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Lennar.

Shocked by how often I was asked to give a 10/10 review of Lennar employees.

Post box keys should be given while closing. They were not given to us. And we were asked to only come between 10am-4pm to the community and pick up the keys separately. This is ridiculous. Why cant the post box keys be given at the same time while closing. Very bad experience

This was a cross country move for me so I didn’t see the finished product until after closing. The finish work is mediocre at best. By this I mean that the painting around millwork leaves much to be desired. Shoddy patchwork, mismatched paint on the front door, etc. if I had seen this beforehand I would have flagged this right away.
