Starting from signing the contract and till Closing the experience was awesome with Lennar. They provided timely updates and if there was any unavoidable delays they informed well ahead without any last minute surprises. Quite impressed with team work they do.

Lennar did what they have promised

The personnel are knowledgeable and professional. The house is delivered as per scheduled time

you get what Lennar builds. No changes allowed. It's a tract development and they are putting them up as fast as they can sell them. For that reason, attention to detail is your responsibility. If you see something wrong point it out and don't quit until it is fixed. I've owned it for 3 months and am fixing the trim and have already experienced roof leaks.

I think overall the workmanship is good quality and the walls are not so thin where you can hear everything which is great; however the most disappointing is the one car garage entry; I can barely get my car out; I have to be careful to hit the walls every time I leave and enter and it isn’t even a big vehicle. The builder should have considered and tested the garage entry and common sense would tell you to expand it a little. Also, the appliances such as the dishwasher and the oven are not the best to use, I would think we are in a new century and they would at least install better dishwashers, not the same ones from the 1990’s, also, the standard oven installed has a broiler at the very bottom of the oven separately…it’s so low it is like broiling things on the floor, that is horrible and such a hassle. ... I would like to say special thanks to Jessica,RJ, and Parker for the status up date and on time responds emails/issues. Good job team keep it up.

Over-all the buying experience is a plus. However the Quality of Workmanship and Materials are left wanting more. My HVAC unit had to be looked at 10 times, furnace went out in the first week of winter, hvac leaked down into my walls after the furnace repair. I understand this is a subcontractor issue, but 10 times coming out not only took time away from me working but also kept me up late at night waiting on the repair company. Also 3 months into the home, there are already flaws in the molding, cracks at seams and nail pops throughout the home. I understand that these will be fixed before the 1 year mark, however I do beleive that less than 3 months and these things are visible already show that the quality of some of the materials are sub par. Also looking at flooring where it was installed there were some parts loose, which are being looked at as well. Jason on the warranty side has been absolutely amazing. The realtors have been as well, as they were made aware of issues and wanted to make sure that they were on top of it as well. We were really involved with the building of our house from Day 1. We checked the construction progress everyday. We took a lot of pictures every step of the way and let the Building Manager know when we had issues. You're the buyer, take control!

In general our house buying experience with Lennar is great, highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new construction houses.

Our slab is so uneven that you can feel yourself walking up and down as you walk through. The trim work is terrible. Paint all over everything.

Great working with lennar building....

The overall experience was good while in the buying process. There was no touch-up paint left in the home, nor will any paint company try to match it unless I have the exact paint container. Unable to locate someplace to purchase the screen to the sliding glass door. So as stated, the overall experience was good while in the buying process, but once it's completed, you are on your on.

Our home was built during the pandemic under unusually circumstances and closed on time.

The level of communication was great, and they were eager to resolve any issues we brought up.

The mater bathroom and the master closet is big.

Lennar walks you through the whole process step by step with the greatest of ease.

Better than other builders people I know have used.

I has a great experience, as a first time homebuyer I felt like I was in great hands. I received updates throughout the process and all my questions were answer promptly. The finished product was amazing, I am extremely happy with my new home.

Great Experience Helpful with everything

Overall experience with the Team at Magnolia Trace has been great. They were always very responsive and helpful.We highly recommend Lennar!

I have had a pleasant experience with Lennar and have always received a response when I contact them.

Options to choose the material and appliances was not available. Also once signed the contract at the very beginning we didn’t had chance to make even a single option even a day after signing the contract. Would have been good to see all the options ahead of time rather than during the contract signing

The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Starting with the agents on site, they made my wife and I feel great when talking about what we wanted and needed. Gave great advice and helped us through the decisions. Then it went to the project manager. He was amazing at communication and responsive when he needed to be. I can’t explain how well it went even during these times of uncertainty of procurement for materials. The project managers attention to detailed was very good when we were getting ready to close so we knew that we were getting a great finished product!!

Had a good buying experience. Even the post buying experience has been great. I can call the construction room manager with questions and he responds courteously.
