The help from the construction department which I had contact with every week and gave me a weekly update. Also after we closed the customer care department which reacted in a very timely matter to solve any issued that we had.

It’s a great experience going with lennar. Manager(linden) was so helpful and he explained each and everything. We are so happy with hima and lennar.

A good experience so far 2 months into living in this new townhome. I’ll update this in future if I can.

Location and quality of construction

Hundreds of flaws that aren’t all corrected. You have to inspect your home extremely thoroughly and stay on them about repairs or they won’t get it done.

After allowing us to change lots and closing dates, our construction team consustantky kept us updated weekly with progress. Our new home orientation was terrific and post close has been awesome. All members of the Lennar team kept their word, every aspect was coordinated beautifully making our entire experience from beginning to end the best it could be, exceeding our expectations. Thank you!!

good experience and customer service

Lack of quality. Townhouse was not ready for homeowner inspection. Blue tape walk through was rough as there were tons of cosmetic issues and rep was stingy with the blue tape. Zero flexibility to add anything. Too worried about the bottom line to even put in pendent lights over the island.

The entire process from initial buying to final move in is smooth and fast . I like the process they did and I would like to recommend for my friends to buy Lennar home.

Good buying experience for me

Lennar did not use the quality material and did not install enough studs to support the weight of the house. My kitchen area feels so shaky that I fear it might break some day - specially around the kitchen island area. I reached out to Lennar reps with the problem but all they offered is lip service. Not happy with the experience...

Lennar did respond to our issues systematically. Sometimes it was slow but it's good in general.

Lennar is trust worthy and they explained everything before our decision to buy house.

When I wasn’t sure how to get started in adding my smart home devices in the Ring app, he offered great assistance in removing those unreachable plastic tabs from the already installed Ring devices in the house.

They always responded quickly to my concerns and the did an excellent job

I was wary of buying a house in this market because of previous negative experiences with other builders. The Lennar team completely changed my attitude for the better. From the initial appointment, I was given all the information needed to make a conscious decision. They were able to help me find a home in my budget with nearly everything on my wishlist and in the perfect location. Once building began, the project manager stayed on top of everything and kept me abreast when covid delayed the process (mostly materials). We only missed the initial closing date by a few weeks.
