As a previous lennar home owner we know lenanr is very average in construction quality and materials. Finishing doesn’t look great, we can clearly see rifts in the baseboard, squeaky noises from the floors. Just that the location of this site is good and that’s the only reason we bought this property.otherwise nothing to be proud about. Lot size is a joke just 0.13 acres. The pace at which the house was built gave us a hint that the construction quality is questionable and true to that our doubts were proven correct.

I paid $20,000.00 More then some of my neighbors for a premier lot . I cannot get out my screened in back door because of the extreme pitch . This lot is unusable as is. I cannot traverse this landscape at all .My 4 year old grandson opened the screened in backdoor and fell out rolling down the pitch and hitting his head on the Irion drain ! I ve spoken to several people from Lennar . All have not much to say expect this is the worst lot in here that they have seen to date and nothing has been done ,no one has a business card to give me no one from Lennar will give me there contact ...

This is my second home. I decided to go with Lennar mortgage for financing the home due to all the incentives they offered and this was the biggest mistake. The loan officer seemed very inexperienced. My closing was pushed back and when it was my day to close I make it to the attorneys office and my closing package hadn’t made it there. So I was at the attorneys office for over 4 hours. I love the home and neighborhood. The warranty team is excellent, very responsive.

It does not seem like Lennar values repeat business and a loyal customer base. Service was awesome up until the sale happened and then it's a downhill. Even the person that did new home orientation was amazing during that meeting, said he all the great things you want to hear, and offered to be of assistance after the closing and even asked me to save his mobile phone number to provide advice down the road and so on - I contacted him five times after and crickets... Be careful with their crew and at the end of the day there's no value for words.

Our Loan officer did not update us about the interest Rate for 5 months.We received email fr Him the 1st time July 2023 and got the last email Dec 2023 that our interest needs to be locked in.We were not given choices for 5 months.I was not Happy about at all with Lennar.

Right after I signed they had a new promotion and lennar wouldn't adjust to that. The new promotion literally came 1 week after the contract. Such a bad experience as a customer.

Quality of the build is not good. In particular, the carpentry is poor quality. Most door frames and window trim is beat up. Doors hung improperly, bottoms of interior doors are rough, cut crooked. Any imperfection was covered with massive amounts of caulk. Every door jamb is cut too high and caulked sloppily. There are chunks missing from crown and baseboards. Anywhere there is a stop on the baseboards is just raw and sloppy looking. Crown molding around the tops of kitchen cabinets, is very wide and caulked at least .5" or more onto the grey crown. If I wouldn't have lost my deposit I would have backed out of this purchase. I visited the home site just about every week during construction. I was always finding discrepancies and poor workmanship. They would fix just enough to appease me but it was still just the minimum. A crack in the slab almost all the way across from one side to the other, crooked wall plates, waves in the walls, loose studs, gaps in the sheathing, poor scarf joints in the molding, the list goes on. Multiple callout provided on Poor workmanship, Finally the Construction Manager, said that is the design of Lennar and they have seen the pattern in all houses. The design of structure is poor. On the day of closing , got the key and opened the door with lots of dreams, happiness and excitement, shattered into pieces looking at the with so much dirt. Called the construction manager, sales manager and they were not available. Latter received the call saying he personally check and house is clean. This is the quality Lennar provides.

The overall buying experience with Lennar very bad, you wont feel respected in their office. I could have responded them in different if i want back out for my purchase, but i liked the location Carolina Springs community. And later i was never interested to talk to them in any manner because of their behaviour. I wish I could give a higher rating because I love the layout and space of our new townhome but we just had a difficult road getting here. Had an absolutely horrible experience with the sellers agent in getting the unit that I wanted. The agent would not respond to my agent and then I lost out of 3 different properties I was ready to sign and go under contract on. There were no accommodations made which was ridiculous. I also had many issues with Lennar trying to play the role as my Lender making the entire process absolutely horrific. Due to this I will likely never buy with Lennar again, nor would I recommend.

I bought an investment property recently from Lennar. Overall very bad experience, not worth the price I paid, I was talked into this by realtor was compensated on top of the regular commissions for selling a bunch of units over a weekend. They are allowing a huge chunk of the community for investors which is not ideal for the primary residents or investors. Their interest rates are really high and the overall experience with their lender was worse. They keep asking for same documents, very chaotic, confused all the time. 1. The drainage systems in the Edge of Auburn are terrible. I feel ripped off on my yard. It could have been avoiding by grading the land. 2. Concrete cracks 3. Weeds and bugs everywhere 4. The process started off great! Everyone was nice and the communication was excellent. Our closing date was pushed back three times due to permits building issues. Each new closing date we were promised everything would be ready to go by the new closing date and that was never the case. We were told all blue tape issues and the overall home would be done before we moved in and they were not. Even after we closed on the home there were still blue tape issues that had never been fixed so we have a list of work orders to submit.

Not a great experience. House was dirty when we went to move in, lots of unfixed items and very disappointed. Felt like it was a last minute rushjob and they were just trying to get out of the neighborhood. Not sure I’m able to recommend Lennar.
