Not sure if Lennar is after repeat customers

It does not seem like Lennar values repeat business and a loyal customer base. Service was awesome up until the sale happened and then it's a downhill. Even the person that did new home orientation was amazing during that meeting, said he all the great things you want to hear, and offered to be of assistance after the closing and even asked me to save his mobile phone number to provide advice down the road and so on - I contacted him five times after and crickets... Be careful with their crew and at the end of the day there's no value for words.

Our Loan officer did not update us about the interest Rate for 5 months.We received email fr Him the 1st time July 2023 and got the last email Dec 2023 that our interest needs to be locked in.We were not given choices for 5 months.I was not Happy about at all with Lennar.

Safety concerns not addressed till today by land department

My property happens to be the end unit on the side of the busy road where cars come at 45 MPH. I have taken photographs highlighting the need of the fencing similar to the fencing adopted by neighbor communities in Amberley area who are on the same side of the busy road. I wrote a note to Lennar sales, Lennar land department.. still they are not addressed. Their say is, its not in the layout and cannot be actioned upon. I have been asking the sales team to direct me to someone on the land department to talk about my concerns, I have never been directed till today. It has been almost 4 ...

Craftmans ship is terrible. Trim used is cheap wood. Paint was terrible and all over our flooring.

The process started off great..

The process started off great! Everyone was nice and the communication was excellent. Our closing date was pushed back three times due to permits building issues. Each new closing date we were promised everything would be ready to go by the new closing date and that was never the case. We were told all blue tape issues and the overall home would be done before we moved in and they were not. Even after we closed on the home there were still blue tape issues that had never been fixed so we have a list of work orders to submit.

Keeping promises on construction of amenity

When we purchased in October of 2018 we were told community amenity would be completed by November 2019. Now we are told that Lennar is negotiating to re-purchase the development company which they sold last October because new developer now says they will not complete community. Stalemate has been going on for at least three months. No date provided for amenity completion or even a commitment to build at this point. Unacceptable performance by Lennar.

The overall buying experience with Lennar very bad, you wont feel respected in their office. I could have responded them in different if i want back out for my purchase, but i liked the location Carolina Springs community. And later i was never interested to talk to them in any manner because of their behaviour. Construction manager is not even ready to do small changes while doing the construction even we are ready to pay for that. When it rains rivers run next to and behind my duplex. Half of my yard is taken up with a mound you can barely walk up due to poor excavation. HOA will not answer our calls. Stephanie and Chris have been responsive. The mortgage process was over the top and painful.

I bought an investment property recently from Lennar. Overall very bad experience, not worth the price I paid, I was talked into this by realtor was compensated on top of the regular commissions for selling a bunch of units over a weekend. They are allowing a huge chunk of the community for investors which is not ideal for the primary residents or investors. Their interest rates are really high and the overall experience with their lender was worse. They keep asking for same documents, very chaotic, confused all the time. Not friendly and my way is highway attitude

Sales representative Mary Ann is the very rude and not responsive to address the question and refuse to meet in person despite repeated attempts. Home orientation session is rushed and don’t cover everything but expect the DocuSign be signed which makes it one way and not two way. Overall, Lennar do not have customer empathy as a service and not a satisfactory feeling. They are not trust worthy when reported the damage on delivery and don’t practice the code uniformly. I will not buy a home with Lennar next time

Homes are built with little to no pride of workmanship, just slap the homes up as fast as possible and any mistakes are overlooked or covered up with putty and paint.

Entire process in terms of signing/closing was ok but communication could be better. Construction team is very poor in communication and status update and can’t keep up with meeting timings. Overall quality, workmanship and materials were very poor. It is surely not matching what Lennar wow on their website about quality. We had many issues in terms of quality of overall construction. I wish I could give a higher rating because I love the layout and space of our new townhome but we just had a difficult road getting here. The home buying process went smoothly until we took over ownership. Within a few days of closing our AC unit was stolen leaving us responsible for all charges. Terrible sellers agent

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the sellers agent in getting the unit that I wanted. The agent would not respond to my agent and then I lost out of 3 different properties I was ready to sign and go under contract on. There were no accommodations made which was ridiculous. I also had many issues with Lennar trying to play the role as my Lender making the entire process absolutely horrific. Due to this I will likely never buy with Lennar again, nor would I recommend.

1. The drainage systems in the Edge of Auburn are terrible. I feel ripped off on my yard. It could have been avoiding by grading the land. 2. Concrete cracks 3. Weeds and bugs everywhere 4. Not a great experience. House was dirty when we went to move in, lots of unfixed items and very disappointed. Felt like it was a last minute rushjob and they were just trying to get out of the neighborhood. Not sure I’m able to recommend Lennar.

Below par quality. Lot of cosmetic issues. You charge premium price but your house quality is far below than premium From the issues I see looks like there is no quality inspection done for cosmetic issues before handing over to customer.
