This was our first home that we have purchased and everyone at Lennar was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Any issues that we had they responded in a timely manner they made the buying experience very easy.

Overall good experience with everyone, sales, construction manager, customer care rep, customer case associate and loan officer (mortgage lender).

Lennar’s team was very responsive in answering questions throughout the home buying process and addressing any issues during the process. Christy with Lennar Mortgage fka Eagle Home Mortgage was there every step of the way and the Construction Manager Chris provided exceptional customer service! Amazing team to have worked with during the process!

Very poor experience! Big, arrogant builder, has no interest in the customer, you are just a little number.

We had been shopping for a new home which offered updated amenities, such as tankless water heater, gas appliances, two car garage, nine foot ceiling, etc.. After looking around the triangle area we ended up choosing a Lennar home thanks to your outstanding sales team. They were very upfront about what was offered with the home and there were no hidden cost.

Reasonable price, trustworthy, courteous and friendly staff

The quality of the home appears to be great on the surface, however after less than 2 months in the home, things started to fall apart. Cracks started to appear on the walls and ceilings. We can also see all of the lines coming from wood planks in the ceiling and on the walls. They also didnt sod the entire backyard and put pine straw in the non-sodded area, stating that "grass will have trouble growing there". However, we hired a landscaper and was told differently. The tubs and showers had scratches and yellow paint spots all over them. It looks like they used the cheapest materials that they could get away with (such as paint, sheet rock, and carpet) for a home that was purchased for $363,000. ... More
