I think we had the worst experience with the Lennar team, from sales to concierge. Once you sign the initial contract, the sales team acted as if they don't know us. We tried to contact them a couple of times regarding the change in closing date from what was initially confirmed and there was absolutely no response from them. We left a couple of voicemails but no call backs or anything. Then there's another team called concierge team. This team should be renamed as the legal team as anything you ask them they take screenshots of the contract and send them to you with a note that you agreed to ...

Unfortunately my buying experience wasn’t a smooth or pleasant one. The home itself is nice but the workmanship left much to be desired. Sloppy work had to be pointed out versus the workers recognizing their sloppy work and correcting it on the spot. The construction manager was awful. He did not communicate well with myself or the realtor; he failed to keep us in the loop of key milestones. Never Buying From Lennar Again

My wife and I had possibly the worst experience buying a house through Lennar. Not only did Lennar ruin our first home buying experience, but we are still finding things around our brand new house that constantly need fixes. Lennar has changed the beginning of recreation building 3 times. The also can't control the contractors who block driveways, blast music all day and toss garbage on lawns daily.

Would absolutely not recommend. Cut corners at every possible turn. The material used was as cheap as possible and absolutely 0 attention to detail, to the point they messed up the install of several appliances and little things like the electrical outlets aren't even flush with the wall. The buying process was no better and should have served as my first warning. Once I paid my deposit, my realtor and myself recieved absolutely no communication from the representative. I feel like cheated by the front agent with the bidding process. They have made not go with the realtor stating that we would have an advantage. Later we found that it is an absolute lie. They have lied us at corporate level.

Lots of things at home aren’t working Soap dispenser in kitchen None of the ring devices are working except for door bell (the device says already in use) Landscaping was done worstly Lots of water down pools on the concrete And the road behind our house One the window board was broken And lots of things other things I cannot get in this notes I had worst sales experience, there lots lies and cannot keep the promises. Extremely poor HOA, you are selling 3 bed homes and restricting 2 cars per home, no one mentioned these during selling time and now the selling agent Ashley doesn't even bother to respond, never going to buy from Lennar ever. We spent close to $1.5 M on properties at the community and that's the service we get Extremely disappointed and poor service

Signed our first home with lot of hopes, but we had a very bad experience with Lennar team (Sales, Mortgage). We had to close the home in APR, unfortunately my father in law was passed away during that time. We had to go to our home country for his final rituals. So we have requested for reschedule the “Final closing”. They have agreed and provided the new date. When we are at “Final closing” table, they have added 1 month penalty of 2800$ for the delay. We were shocked and surprised. Then we and our realtor called the Lennar team sales person and requested explanation of this penalty. ...

Quality not that great. Never ever go with Lennar mortgage whatever promotional offer is given. They’ll drag you until the very last moment to give so many surprises and you’ll not be able to get the full promotional offer and you’ll feel cheated.

I had terrible experience, one of the sales representative was very rude and never speak politely with customers. Multiple home owners mentioned this, not sure if Lennar really want their team to rude with their customers. I have been dealing with issues in house build since i purchased the house. Water has been sitting in water meter for weeks, no solution has been provided under warranty only workaround has been given. Finding missing electrical outlets. Bad grading done, improper landscaping. cheap quality porch door. Finding cracks in dry wall close to electrical outlet which tried to hide by paint.

Lender was not responsive. After the builder ensured us that all of the items on our inspection was complete as well as the items we marked with blue tape, we found several items were still not completed and even noticed quite a few pieces of blue tape were still present at the home delivery meeting. We also had a leak in our brand new roof and a sewer gas smell that took almost a month to resolve.

I am extremely disappointed. At the beginning Lennar offers a paradise but after you buy from Lennar, they treat the buyer like an ignorant or even worst, they bully the clients.. Lennar products are of a terrible quality, and they don't do the repairs or acknowledge their mistake. Lennar uses the strategy of the bureaucrats, in where no one is responsible and nothing gets done. In a word Lennar is a bully company.

Terrible quality and refusal to address issues. Construction manager is unorganized and dishonest. Closing never takes place on time; unnecessary delays due to poor management. Builder cuts corners and tries to force you to accept poor quality work. Would never recommend Lennar. Neighborhood is nice with great people, but the build was not a good experience.
