Quality is questionable.They are charging huge money for average or less than average quality. The appraisal of the home is another big issue.If you are unlucky you are ending up paying 50k more for exactly same house booked on exact same day!!All in all no transparency!

We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service we have encountered to date, as well as the quality of materials and craftsmanship of our home given the price we paid for it. Throughout the building process, we have pointed out several issues that needed to be addressed in a timely manner so as to prevent future delays, hassles and disruptions. The items were not taken care of then and now we are dealing with the hassle of taking care of them through warranty. It's very sad that the pandemic and "shortage of materials" were used as an excuse to coerce us to continue on with the ...

The quality of materials used in construction is not good also most of the items are opted our from warranty, not a good customer experience.

Very poor workmanship and quality of materials. Poor response times. Still waiting for some items in home to be fixed. Would NOT recommend Lennar homes. Very disappointed and wished I had gone elsewhere to buy.

Pay to them never get want's as your choice in all areas that includes to completely block you in changing you mind to get out of contract

The quality of the home appears to be great on the surface, however after less than 2 months in the home, things started to fall apart. Cracks started to appear on the walls and ceilings. We can also see all of the lines coming from wood planks in the ceiling and on the walls. They also didnt sod the entire backyard and put pine straw in the non-sodded area, stating that "grass will have trouble growing there". However, we hired a landscaper and was told differently. The tubs and showers had scratches and yellow paint spots all over them. It looks like they used the cheapest materials that ...

I have nothing but poor things to say about Lennar and I would tell people to NEVER purchase a Lennar home. The quality of workmanship and Material is below grade the house is way overpriced for the quality and products used in the home. There is zero trustworthiness, they have the worst sales people and construction people and they don't respond at all to any issues during the building process. They deserve much less than a 1.

I purchased my home as is with 3 months left on the structural warranty but Lennar has denied every warranty claim. Bent metal roofing, missing chaulking around windows and siding, and squeeky subfloors in a 2 year old home are the unsatisfactory workmanship that Lennar refused to repair.

Terrible quality and refusal to address issues. Construction manager is unorganized and dishonest. Closing never takes place on time; unnecessary delays due to poor management. Builder cuts corners and tries to force you to accept poor quality work. Would never recommend Lennar. Neighborhood is nice with great people, but the build was not a good experience.
