I have to admit I was not looking to buy new construction after all the horror stories I had heard and read about. However, the deal on the Lennar home I ended up purchasing was too good to pass up. I believe the workmanship and choice of materials has been better than expected. Of course, nothing is perfect and there have been a few very minor issues so far but the response from the warranty team has been excellent. Fingers crossed that as time goes on, there are no hidden problems that reveal themselves, but so far, so good!

This was our first time home. The experience was pretty good start from booking to closing . Lennar not only takes care of you at every step of the home but also makes sure that you are settled happily .the service request are also taken care in a timely manner . Happy with my decision

We began our purchasing journey later in the build process. Colin was our GC through the end. He was very proactive at catching issues and resolving them quickly. He was completely transparent and upfront about what the issue was and how it would be taken care of. He's a real asset to the Lennar company and your brand.

Lennar's timely communication about the process and reminders about crucial dates and deadlines helped me through the homebuying process.

Most of the workmanship was great but two of the bathrooms came without hand towel holders. When I came back for my walkthrough things were still not done and to this day they never replaced shrubbery that was supposed to be replaced. Lennar needs to do better when writing the laws/covenants for the HOA.

Generally a good job but some detail are overlooked. There are few or inconvenient towel rods in the bathrooms, plants and trees are few, not able to make any choices, but Lennar does build a very nice, if very cookie cutter, neighborhood

The entire process of buying this townhome was flawless. From the day I walked into the Sales office until closing my loan. Lennar is a fantastic company and the customer service it outstanding!

The purchasing process was not difficult. I would like the company to do more research into the modern market of materials and technologies and apply it. 2024 is just outside the window and some decisions look old.

we had an exceptional experience with Lennar from our first visit to the community to see the model houses till the closing. The sales team and the construction manager has done an amazing job in keeping us apprised of the happenings all the time.

Buying my new home with Lennar at Edge of Auburn, Garner has been a great experience overall. I had little difficulties with Lennar mortgage at initial stages, but they were very responsive when closing date was nearby

Have all documentation up to date. That will make the process easier. Ralph and the engineer in the community were always attentive to resolve our concerns.

We live in CA and bought our brand-new Lennar Home as investment property in NC. Though, we had a local agent helping us Lennar made it so easy for us. Online application, documents submission, home details, all the way to post purchase home inspections, walk-through were all felt like a symphony. Well done Lennar team.

Really nice community. The houses are well built, tastefully designed and constructed. Very helpful and responsive staff. Staff is extremely nice! Really happy with every single one of them!

Our construction manager Graham was awesome . He has a friendly and approachable attitude and find’s resolution for any kind of issues that we reported. The sales staff Marcela and Tommy were also very efficient and helped us in a smooth home buying experience. Thank you Lennar team.

I am sad I used an outside realtor who was not the best; however, the Lennar staff has been amazing both during and after the process. Juan, Daniel, David, Jason have all been amazing!! We did have some minor electrical issues, but they corrected everything promptly once I reached out to them.

Being in the first phase of a new community has its ups and downs. The overall process was hectic, but the end results were well worth it. Happy in my new beautiful home.

When you say you want to do something again, is because either it was real bad and you want to make it better, OR, it was so good and seamless that doing it again will just add to your experience! The latter is my case with our recent home purchase from Lennar. From day 1, when we saw the model home, to when we moved into our new place, Lennar was there for us. Their staff is amazing, they treat you right, no BS, from the sales team to the supervisors to the contractors, it really shows how the detail they give into each and every home. Everything so far has worked out for me here in my new home. The only problem my head was the amount that I had to come to closing had changed on me twice with being in contact with my son who also purchased a home in Charlotte from Lennar homes also bringing only $12,000 to the table at closing where I had to bring, I think it was 58,000 closing. I felt that I was paying way too much. It sound good from the beginning but I had to go in so far into the purchasing of this home. I could’ve backed out but Christy who worked with me? Who is my loan officer Coach me into the process of holding on to the deal that I already made. But still, I love my home. ... More
