Our construction manager Graham was awesome . He has a friendly and approachable attitude and find’s resolution for any kind of issues that we reported. The sales staff Marcela and Tommy were also very efficient and helped us in a smooth home buying experience. Thank you Lennar team.

I am sad I used an outside realtor who was not the best; however, the Lennar staff has been amazing both during and after the process. Juan, Daniel, David, Jason have all been amazing!! We did have some minor electrical issues, but they corrected everything promptly once I reached out to them.

Being in the first phase of a new community has its ups and downs. The overall process was hectic, but the end results were well worth it. Happy in my new beautiful home.

When you say you want to do something again, is because either it was real bad and you want to make it better, OR, it was so good and seamless that doing it again will just add to your experience! The latter is my case with our recent home purchase from Lennar. From day 1, when we saw the model home, to when we moved into our new place, Lennar was there for us. Their staff is amazing, they treat you right, no BS, from the sales team to the supervisors to the contractors, it really shows how the detail they give into each and every home. Everything so far has worked out for me here in my new home. The only problem my head was the amount that I had to come to closing had changed on me twice with being in contact with my son who also purchased a home in Charlotte from Lennar homes also bringing only $12,000 to the table at closing where I had to bring, I think it was 58,000 closing. I felt that I was paying way too much. It sound good from the beginning but I had to go in so far into the purchasing of this home. I could’ve backed out but Christy who worked with me? Our home buying experience has been pretty good. The Lennar representative has walked us though the plans and set the expectations about the build quality and the construction timeline. The moment we signed the contract they started right away working on the project and keep us in loop with construction manager and kept us posted about the progress biweekly. We were living in a different state far away from our building however they were really supportive and kept posting the pictures of our house. The construction has finished on time without any delays and the inspections were right on time. So far we did not had any issues living in the house. Our process was overall good. The only issue we encountered was electronic. Though we could contact a person, we like talking to a person during the building (financial) process. Our personal contact, Donna was great!

Overall the experience wasvery professional

Lennar has been great throughout the homebuying experience. As a builder, the structure and materials used in building the home were great. There are some cosmetic things that you will probably want to change but they have don't a great design with design features, options, and color scheme. The Project Manager and Customer Support team have always been responsive and helpful. The staff takes pride in what they do. Overall, great experience.

On-site construction team leader Allen Bailey and on-site customer care support Andres Pelaez are fantastic. They simply handled issues with professionalism and respect. We truly appreciate their dedication and they made our experience with Lennar pleasant.

Lennar made it easy and concise throughout the entire process. Their team kept in touch with me every step of the way. All construction issues were addressed and remedied prior to closing ( nothing major ). Mortgage people were difficult to deal with.

We chose 5401 for the location and community - loving it so far! Having lived in other new build homes, Lennar really holds up in quality. The sales team is incredibly helpful and kind, and warranty team seems to be willing to help. The townhomes are a great price for value option especially in todays market! Overall, highly recommend 5401; the Lennar team will take care of you each step until closing day!

Lennar has an an Organized process for home building and delivery. It also has a well defined process for post delivery warranty related issues. Lennar delivered what was promised. Supply related delays were beyond anybody’s control. However, l kept on receiving updates regarding delays. Overall good experience.

We are very happy with our new Lennar home. The floor plan, design of the neighborhood, and and design elements inside and out are very nice. The energy efficient features are great. We would do it all over again.
