I bought my Lennar home just a few months ago and I am so far impressed with the quality and the value.It’s not a custom home but you would not know it .The builder did a good job of pointing out or finding cosmetic imperfections that i didn’t even spot and correcting them . The efficiency has been great with power bills for my 2200 sq foot home bring only about $.20.00 more s month than my 800 so foot condo I moved from . Eagle home mortgage ,their lender ,was good and easy to work with compared to lenders I have had in the past . I had an issue with my garage door that was corrected quickly. Other than that I have had no other problems. The home automation features are a great convenience and they sent out a tech to hook all that up and show me how to access all the features. The entire process of buying this townhome was flawless. From the day I walked into the Sales office until closing my loan. Lennar is a fantastic company and the customer service it outstanding!

Have all documentation up to date. That will make the process easier. Ralph and the engineer in the community were always attentive to resolve our concerns.

Really nice community. The houses are well built, tastefully designed and constructed. Very helpful and responsive staff. Staff is extremely nice! Really happy with every single one of them!

I am sad I used an outside realtor who was not the best; however, the Lennar staff has been amazing both during and after the process. Juan, Daniel, David, Jason have all been amazing!! We did have some minor electrical issues, but they corrected everything promptly once I reached out to them.

Lennar has been great throughout the homebuying experience. As a builder, the structure and materials used in building the home were great. There are some cosmetic things that you will probably want to change but they have don't a great design with design features, options, and color scheme. The Project Manager and Customer Support team have always been responsive and helpful. The staff takes pride in what they do. Overall, great experience.

On-site construction team leader Allen Bailey and on-site customer care support Andres Pelaez are fantastic. They simply handled issues with professionalism and respect. We truly appreciate their dedication and they made our experience with Lennar pleasant.

We chose 5401 for the location and community - loving it so far! Having lived in other new build homes, Lennar really holds up in quality. The sales team is incredibly helpful and kind, and warranty team seems to be willing to help. The townhomes are a great price for value option especially in todays market! Overall, highly recommend 5401; the Lennar team will take care of you each step until closing day!

We are very happy with our new Lennar home. The floor plan, design of the neighborhood, and and design elements inside and out are very nice. The energy efficient features are great. We would do it all over again.

Smooth and easy experience through the entire purchasing and closing process!

I was most pleased with the Construction Manager, Vance. He was great. He even checked with me after I moved in for any problems. The sales gals were terrific- Helene and Kristi. I had never met them, nor personally seen the house. I did everything virtually with the help of my daughter present on site. Everyone was so responsive, caring. I never had a moment of concern as I felt everyone was doing their best to make this a good experience.

The quality and design of materials used far exceeds my expectations. I've purchased previous homes before, but Lennar stands out in the quality of materials used.

the entire process of walkthru, regular updates about the progress, and the quality of everything was a plus otherwise other companies offer basic and then ask for upgrading everything which becomes a pain in the neck.

Helaine was wonderful, very attentive to my needs.

Lennar communicated very well through out the whole process and is very responsive to any issues. Few quality and workmanship related items, that I felt could have been done better. Overall a very good experience.

In general our house buying experience with Lennar is great, highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new construction houses.
