Overall the experience was great! House was still not fully complete upon moving in, but out contractor was good at responding to stuff.

Our overall experience with Lennar was excellent! From our initial inquiries with Derrick up to Home Delivery with Kim and John! They were all accommodating, patient and detailed. They made sure we were heard, and they addressed all our concerns and questions promptly. We love our new home! There was only 1 thing unpleasant. We tried to get initial preapproval with one of Lennar’s Loan Officer. I asked her multiple times if we could talk, if I could call her, if she can tell me the things I needed to do to help me with the process since I was a first time home buyer. If she can explain the complicated things I didn’t understand then. - No calls, just short emails like of no importance. The sales ladies were fantastic and were very responsive to all my questions. Both construction managers were great and very responsive as well to emails.

There was no last minute surprises. I would have been more happy if Lennar mortgage matched the competition rates. I went with the other. Quality is ok. Lawn grading is sun optimal. Everything included gives Ring System but does not give it installed!!

We had an overall great experience with Lennar. Closed on time and no major issues with house in past month. Matt in sales was great as well as Brandon and Cason on the construction side.

I was most pleased with the Construction Manager, Vance. He was great. He even checked with me after I moved in for any problems. The sales gals were terrific- Helene and Kristi. I had never met them, nor personally seen the house. I did everything virtually with the help of my daughter present on site. Everyone was so responsive, caring. I never had a moment of concern as I felt everyone was doing their best to make this a good experience.

the entire process of walkthru, regular updates about the progress, and the quality of everything was a plus otherwise other companies offer basic and then ask for upgrading everything which becomes a pain in the neck.

Our whole Lennar experience was great from the sales team, work site personnel and warranty team. They made us feel welcome and made sure we were kept up to date with our home.

Lennar communicated very well through out the whole process and is very responsive to any issues. Few quality and workmanship related items, that I felt could have been done better. Overall a very good experience.

Over-all the buying experience is a plus. However the Quality of Workmanship and Materials are left wanting more. My HVAC unit had to be looked at 10 times, furnace went out in the first week of winter, hvac leaked down into my walls after the furnace repair. I understand this is a subcontractor issue, but 10 times coming out not only took time away from me working but also kept me up late at night waiting on the repair company. Also 3 months into the home, there are already flaws in the molding, cracks at seams and nail pops throughout the home. I understand that these will be fixed before the 1 year mark, however I do beleive that less than 3 months and these things are visible already show that the quality of some of the materials are sub par. Also looking at flooring where it was installed there were some parts loose, which are being looked at as well. Jason on the warranty side has been absolutely amazing. The realtors have been as well, as they were made aware of issues and wanted to make sure that they were on top of it as well. While I love this home, it was definitely disappointing coming into this home with so many issues being new construction. ... More

In general our house buying experience with Lennar is great, highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new construction houses.

The overall experience was good while in the buying process. There was no touch-up paint left in the home, nor will any paint company try to match it unless I have the exact paint container. Unable to locate someplace to purchase the screen to the sliding glass door. So as stated, the overall experience was good while in the buying process, but once it's completed, you are on your on.
