Happy with the overall experience. Very helpful sales agent and construction manager. They kept me up to date on progress and sent pictures (I moved from another state). Noah with Lennar Mortgage was fantastic and made the mortgage process simple.

We have had a great experience so far. The very beginning with Ethan finding us the location we wanted and the floor plan we didn't know we needed was great. Noah was very efficient and helpful during the loan process as well. We had a water issue right at move in and customer service went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. We've been here just over 2 months and everything is working well and we love our little home near the beach.

I have had a good experience with Lennar representatives. A current problem is being corrected and the communication is in a timely manner. The homebuying process was good.

Overall we love our new home. As with any new home, there have been a few issues/punch list items but so far Lennar has been great about fixing them. Lennar Mortgage (Bryan is amazing to work with), Lennar Insurance and Heidi all made this home building and buying experience an easy one. Thank you

Our house was a good price for what we got. The style is modern and up to date. Just hoping that the amenities center and dog park open soon.

Our experience during the purchase process was excellent. For the most part, the pinch list process went well, however there are a few things lagging. It remains to be seen how quickly they will be resolved

Other than no response to that, we have had a great experience. Don't tell us that will be handled in w weeks and we are still waiting 2 months later.

Foreman and crews changed constantly can be an issue for lack of communication and mistakes. This is still a work in progress so we will leave it at that for now. Every person I worked with in the process from sales to construction to closing was a professional doing the best they could in this environment.

Make sure everything is in order and done before you move in. Pay attention during the walkthrough. Once you move in, it’s difficult to get them to come back to fix anything.

I am very disappointed, with quality house.. the floors leaking glue… don’t have wiring to my lanai light… cable running through my garden.. I spent already 10,000 just to make that little bit better.. my front door has quarter inch opening on the bottom.. wind and dust go through it make loud noise… Any those issues.. I discuss with manager …. Nobody care .. I talk to neighbors they have same problem if not worst.

Our settlement was awful. Unorganized, was not a smooth transaction. We got to closing on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they told us we may not get our keys till Monday. We had to sit and wait for paper work to be finished. We came from out of state for settlement. They would not be flexible with time at all.

We were doing a 1031 exchange which amounted to 80% of the value of our condo but we were asked for so many documents that was just way too time consuming to submit, especially getting records for 8 different businesses. We were obviously qualified but they kept on asking for more and on the 11th hour we decided to pay the balance in cash. Fortunately, we had the funds, but what about others that are being harassed because the decision maker sitting behind the desk does not have any common sense at all?.

I do not regret buying from Lennar, but the process was rough. First of all, the price is not the price. There is a builder's fee you pay at closing. Secondly, while the guy who headed up the building process is awesome and has been very responsive, and while there are some nice features in the quality of the materials they used, there are also some weird cost saving things that they do, like putting studs on 24" centers if they are internal and non load bearing. Also, the flooring seems very substantial but it is sheeting and not planks, which of course means if it gets damaged, the whole thing is ruined. There was also an issue with my closing. I was told I had to close at the end of May, which was great for me. But all of a sudden with no real explanation and very little communication, the closing was moved two weeks, which caused me all kinds of problems and ultimately cost me money. After throwing a pretty big fit over the lack of answers they did give me a good sized credit at closing off the price. Over all, I am very happy with the house and the final price. It just felt like the process was rough and at times shady because it almost felt like they were not wanting to tell me the truth. They also want you to use their financing and their attorney. They do give you some credit for using them, but if you start to check and make sure using their people is the best value, you will not be able to get a straight answer. ... More

These Lennar homes are built fast & cheap! Floors on a concrete slab are not level! I installed windows blinds and at the top there's half an inch on either side, while at the bottom, I can't even pull the blind all the way down, so I'll have to cut the bottom blinds. I never thought it was possible to have a window frame that wasn't straight. Well, I discovered I was wrong! There's paint on the linoleum in every room along the baseboards! No time to clean that stuff up - that's on you! Because you don't see the top of each door's molding, they don't paint it! In the walk-through, I asked them to paint it and they said they would. Nope, they didn't. Kitchen faucet looks chrome, but it's actually a hard plastic with chrome paint on it. Wow, is all I have to say. ... More

I do not like the practice of having one lawyer represent all sides, including the mortgage bank. While it may seem to be convenient, I had no one to speak with during the process when I had questions.

We are happy with our home. But have had some issues. Master closet shelving fell down as soon as clothes hung in it. It was poorly installed. We paid someone to come in and install it correctly. Garbage disposal switch is in the dining area. And you have to walk out of the kitchen to turn it on while leaving the water running. Also extremely difficult to leave and enter development due to construction vehicles blocking only road out of development and no one manages traffic flow.

Get an independent home inspection done, it will be worth every penny.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, The most frustrating thing was the home wasn’t ready when the closing date came, Everything was rushed to get the certificate of occupancy, I still have things on my check list that needs to be completed, I paid cash for my home and complied to all the things that was ask of me, I expect the same from Lennar. I have other friends that are looking for homes in this area and ask me about my buying experience, I drove 300 miles for my first walk thru to look for minor things that would need repair, in my astonishment the house was still in construction, no cabinets, no carpet, no bathroom toilets or cabinets, not painted, etc. Two weeks later the final walk thru a lot had been completed but the kitchen stove wasn’t installed or gas wasn’t on, the heat and air was just being turned on, all this made me very nervous about closing, as I have met some of my neighbors they said their home buying experience was very much the same, I am not sure if you are aware of this on the corporate level, I researched Lennar homes and think I made a good choice when I decided to buy one of your homes, all I am asking is to give me what I paid for, I hope my reviews can help you streamline your home sales experience. ... If I need to be asked then Lennar is out of touch

Quality and workmanship also sub par.

Purchase experience was ok. Lots in fine print on paperwork not discussed. Many visits here during construction and there is virtually no follow up on issues. Many were not addressed until after closing and our home wasnt even cleaned. Common areas are a mess and hoping a service ticket helps that. Cabinets needed full adjustment after closing. Walls not straight. Would not have bought this home if we knew then what we know how. Sorry

Not the best at communicating, can be difficult to contact. Overall quality not what I had anticipated! I am still waiting for issues to be resolved
