Buying our home was fantastic! John at Beach Walk was exceptional. Always reachable and flexible. Our home in Florida sold quickly and the coordination was handled and the timing was perfect! The job supervisor is outstanding also. The home was very clean, windows and all. The only complaints are the quality of the cabinets and light fixtures. Otherwise the craftsmanship is good.

Quality and workmanship is questionable. To be fair, not just Lennar. Other top Builders have the same issues. Social medial is full of unsatisfied buyers. It is the way of the times. Keep costs low by hiring unskilled labor.

Our overall experience with Lennar has been good. We are very disappointed in their choice of materials for the faux stone on the exterior which didn’t allow application of the stone per architectural drawings. They left a 5” gap at the bottom leaving exposed foundation. We are also disappointed that the vanities they chose in the bathrooms have no drawers. Extremely inconvenient. We closed in October and still have 5 incomplete items from our punch list. Make sure everything is completed before you close.

The warranty Department have gone about and beyond our expectations!!!!

Steve did a great job addressing any of the issues we had and still stops to check on thing when through the neighborhood

The customer care division for issues post closing have been great. Promptness, courteous, professional! We closed in a very short period of time and there was some mis information but overall a pretty good experience

Our salesperson was outstanding. He was very thorough and responsive to questions during and after buying phase.

Our experience with the Lennar team has been very good from the beginning. House was reasonably priced, done on time and has the expected minor issues so far. Steve the site manager was excellent in response to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Ronnie and his warranty folks have been great reacting and scheduling any issues we have had. The entire home buying experience has been smooth going from start to finish.

Overall we love our new home. As with any new home, there have been a few issues/punch list items but so far Lennar has been great about fixing them. Lennar Mortgage (Bryan is amazing to work with), Lennar Insurance and Heidi all made this home building and buying experience an easy one. Thank you

Our house was a good price for what we got. The style is modern and up to date. Just hoping that the amenities center and dog park open soon.

Great development but much you can customize.

Happy with the overall experience. Very helpful sales agent and construction manager. They kept me up to date on progress and sent pictures (I moved from another state). Noah with Lennar Mortgage was fantastic and made the mortgage process simple.

We have had a great experience so far. The very beginning with Ethan finding us the location we wanted and the floor plan we didn't know we needed was great. Noah was very efficient and helpful during the loan process as well. We had a water issue right at move in and customer service went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. We've been here just over 2 months and everything is working well and we love our little home near the beach.

I have had a good experience with Lennar representatives. A current problem is being corrected and the communication is in a timely manner. The homebuying process was good.

Our experience during the purchase process was excellent. For the most part, the pinch list process went well, however there are a few things lagging. It remains to be seen how quickly they will be resolved

Craftsmanship was not of the same quality of the first Lennar home we purchases. The process felt rushed with our walk through taking place before house was finished. There were numerous finishing issues including places where spackling needs to be redone and painting was not complete.

Other than no response to that, we have had a great experience. Don't tell us that will be handled in w weeks and we are still waiting 2 months later.

Foreman and crews changed constantly can be an issue for lack of communication and mistakes. This is still a work in progress so we will leave it at that for now. Every person I worked with in the process from sales to construction to closing was a professional doing the best they could in this environment.

Responsiveness to issues has been a problem.

Make sure everything is in order and done before you move in. Pay attention during the walkthrough. Once you move in, it’s difficult to get them to come back to fix anything.

I am very disappointed, with quality house.. the floors leaking glue… don’t have wiring to my lanai light… cable running through my garden.. I spent already 10,000 just to make that little bit better.. my front door has quarter inch opening on the bottom.. wind and dust go through it make loud noise… Any those issues.. I discuss with manager …. Nobody care .. I talk to neighbors they have same problem if not worst.

Having a new home built can be a frustrating and at times downright an emotional journey. In the past we have bought new from another large national builder. As a direct comparison I feel overall Lennar is a better value and gives you a bit more quality components. Things like Low E Glass, Tile Back Splash, Screened Lanai where other builders did not. Our upgraded gourmet kitchen looks and feels quality. We are glad we took that option. Same with bathrooms With that said, like almost any builder, at least the large ones, quality is all over the board in regards to the specific contractors that are used and Lennars own staff who draw up the actual plans. We have had some funky, issues, doors that dont align properly or better said just not as they should be, horrible cement driveway, electrical outlets and tv outlets in places that make no sense, for example what good was a TV outlet behind the master bedroom door? Then another TV outlet placed outside in the Lanai but missing in the main entertaining room of the house, the family room. A telephone jack that was behind the kitchen tile. The fit and finish on our French doors are far from quality do to messed up installation and painting they remain that way. (we didnt call Lennar on this yet) The bottom line is this stuff should not happen but it does and it does because I feel the pressure is on to get these homes closed ASAP. With that said, believe it or not, the above issues are not deal killers, these things can happen with any new home, after all homes are built one by one and the structure itself is good, just annoying sloppy work and or careless by some contractors and although the construction manager is nice we felt left a little out in the cold. Ok, with all the above said, would I recommend Lennar to a friend? YES WHY? because this stuff happens, the structure is good and HERE IS THE KEY. Lennars warranty people and system are TOP NOTCH. Absolutely fantastic group of people who try like heck to make things right, keeping in mind they are having the same contractors come back to fix their mistakes. Our cement company was the worst but looks like thanks to our warranty person, is looking like it's been taken care of. This is the key, Lennar is there for us after the sale. The warranty experience and follow up I feel puts them at the top of the class with respect to ALL builders. So as much as one might think this is a negative review, it really isnt. We do feel without question things should have been addressed during construction and our construction manager addressed our concerns but feel he knew about others that he kept to himself and also feel he is only there to get things done to only an acceptable level and hope we dont notice other stuff. But let me repeat, none of this matters, because any issues after the sale, you can call direct their warranty dept or actually just scan a QR code with your phone, report the issue and the follow up by the warranty department will knock you off you feet, they are that good. I do not like the practice of having one lawyer represent all sides, including the mortgage bank. While it may seem to be convenient, I had no one to speak with during the process when I had questions.

We bought a house is all I can say. The craftsmanship is not there. The Sheetrock and painting is the worst I’ve seen. The paint should be considered as primer and the house really needed painting. If this was my primary home, I would definitely be upset with the overall quality. All I can say is…..we bought a house and there’s nothing extravagant about it. I would definitely never use their mortgage and probably never consider their homes

There is an obvious conflict between the sales/finance team and the construction team. Sales/finance wanted to move ou closing date two weeks earlier to achieve some goal. The construction team was not ready. Many poor quality issues were left incomplete at closing. It took many week to correct most of them and one is still outstanding six weeks after closing.
