Everyone I dealt with was polite, The most frustrating thing was the home wasn’t ready when the closing date came, Everything was rushed to get the certificate of occupancy, I still have things on my check list that needs to be completed, I paid cash for my home and complied to all the things that was ask of me, I expect the same from Lennar. I have other friends that are looking for homes in this area and ask me about my buying experience, I drove 300 miles for my first walk thru to look for minor things that would need repair, in my astonishment the house was still in construction, no ...
