We had a wonderful experience with your team! We met David many months ago when the neighborhood was just starting to be built. We were curious, but the time wasn't right for us yet. David would email here or there to check in with updates about the neighborhood. Finally, the time was right, and David was there to answer our call (literally)! David was very patient with us as we scrutinized every single decision, form, and contract. Overall purchase experience was quick and easy. Staff were all great. However, once moved in there were some issues that needed to be addressed (heater was wired wrong and didn’t work properly, a gas leak and material issues used between the brick and the interior wall) which took time and effort due to the fact that everything has to go through the warranty office after closing. In addition, it seems that no supervisor actually walked thru and did a final quality/control inspection? Things you only discover after living in the house a while. Continuing Problems with Air Conditioner

Today is probably not a good day for me to review Lennar. It is a very hot day and my air conditioning unit is not working. I tried calling Hadley Heating and Air - they have told me I have a one year warranty on my air conditioning unit. I called them at 5:52 p.m. this evening. I was told a technician would call back and talk me through possible solutions. It is currently 7:24 p.m. and I haven't received a phone call back from them. The first time I had problems with my air conditioner, it kept "tripping" the breaker. They had to put a bigger amp in for it to not trip every day. Needless to ...

Randal if you buy a Lennar home you best look at it carefully and make them fix everything before you move in. I had sprinklers 8’ off the fence line and one in the neighbors yard, flat paint thought out the house, I had no heat or air conditioning for 5 days I have front and back doors with day light coming through them and my back yard floods every time it rains not to mention my interior doors don’t shut oh almost forgot pair on tile work.
