I love my purchased home with Lennar. They have variety of home layouts and designs , specially all appliances included. Communication was great with their team from sale to service .

We have had a very good experience with Lennar. Alex who sold us our home has kept in touch with us and Austin who is go to guy for repairs have both responded almost immediately to any questions or problems we’ve had.

Bad experienc low quality.

I had a great experience purchasing a Lennar home. Everyone from the first sales person to the warranty folks have been great. We had some hiccups with paint touch up that was handled quickly. Minor cosmetic issues that would pop up from any homebuilder. My only complaint is the quality of fence boards. I know cedar is expensive these days but it makes a huge difference in the appearance and lifespan of a fence.

My Lennar home has been an excellent value for the price. When comparing it to resale homes in the area that were more expensive and often required repairs or updates, choosing Lennar was an easy decision. Throughout the process, the sales, lending, and construction teams were knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Their expertise made the experience smooth from start to finish. I would confidently recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a quality new home and a great overall home-buying experience.

It was easy, stress free, and communication was great. And the home is fabulous!

Quality of work is not great. Materials used is not great.

I believe I was charged more than expected after the seller recognized me as a serious buyer. This raises concerns about the fairness of the pricing process. Additionally, I made multiple attempts to contact the Lennar Mortgage agent to address important questions, but my calls were not answered. As a result, several of my questions remained unresolved before the file was closed, which is unacceptable and reflects poor communication and customer service.

All went smoothly well. All team members were professional.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? I would like to start with the professionalism of the onsite agent Melinda. From the first day we visited to every visit after that, she was highly professional and responsive. The builder team understood our concerns regarding the yard when we brought something up and came up with a wonderful solution that we are very happy with. During construction they had several scheduled meetings during different stages of construction to let us know how things were progressing. These were beneficial to see where the utilities were located within the walls, prior to the sheetrock being installed. Lennar builds quality homes that last. We bought our first Lennar house 13 years ago and have had no construction issues during that time. When we decided to move, there was no thought of selling the house. A generic boilerpate experience from beginning to end, having many rules and responses are usually NO. Cookie cutter with a few thrown in freebies to make you feel like you've received something for the money. My recommendation for buyers is do not buy any of the upgrades unless you absolutely require them upon move-in. Then when you want to add things, after close, the cost will be considerably less than what they offer through their third party design center during purchase. Their responses to problems are fantastic.... Though I wouldn't expect anything less based on the experience.

I was impressed with Lennar's ability to address any concerns while building the house, as well as documenting each step of the way. Everything was done professionally and on time. Overall, a great experience.

The location of our new home is truly lovely. The lots are generously sized, and the neighborhood feels well planned and respectable. Unfortunately, the quality of the build has been disappointing. Many of the materials used feel exceptionally cheap, and the overall craftsmanship is lacking. Doors are misaligned, cabinets are poorly installed, nail holes were left uncovered, and the floors began creaking within days of moving in. There are also numerous apparent downgrades, including a single can light in the primary bathroom, laminate flooring in bathrooms, and mismatched hardware throughout the home. While we anticipated some compromises given that this is a national builder, the extent of the shortcuts has been surprising. It is frustrating to be making so many changes in a brand-new home simply to bring it in line with the quality of other, well-built homes in the neighborhood. Our previous home was also built by a national builder, but the quality of this Lennar home is noticeably inferior by comparison. That said, there are positives. The neighborhood itself is wonderful, the lots are a great size, and Lennar has been responsive when we have submitted requests for repairs. I should also note that several of our neighbors have shared similar experiences with their Lennar homes. The home is good - it was one of the first started and completed and it appears that the build is good, at least so far. Lennar Mortgage was frustrating with paperwork errors that shouldn't have occurred and staff who were inept. The Lennar salesperson acted like he didn't care as long as he got a sale. When the home closed, we had to go pick up our keys from a lockbox outside of the sales office. No sales person bothered to show up to physically hand us our keys, which was disrespectful to a customer who spent a lot of money purchasing one of their products.

Working with this company has been a very easy process and we are very happy with our new home. The workmanship, products, and style fits our needs and is just what we were in the market for.

Lennar Autumn Sunrise from start to finish has been very professional easy to work with friendly efficient on schedule and did an amazing job on our home - we would highly recommend you come take a look at all the beautiful models they have! I purchased very illusioned with the new house, the pretty features, the "warranty". Zero Defects was a fallacy. The "Call us anytime, send us all your questions, if you have any problem" was another lie. Nobody returns my phone calls, emails and the H.O.A. blames Lennar and Lennar blames the HOA. The Lennar loan was immediately sold off to a third party. Within a month, the house started having problems and nobody responds. The water does not come out hot, the roof and gutters are extremely noisy when it rains, the blinds are of the worst quality and some are lopsided, the carpet was installed poorly, the concrete front steps have broken. All this has been reported, but it is not answered nor repaired. LENNAR is just trying to lure in people with kindness, but drop their buyers as soon as the house is handed over. There were several areas that need attention in my home buying experience. 1- I noted to the seller representative that the address was wrong on official documents. They stated that it was only on their documents and not an issue. I repeated that my concern was that the address was registered wrong with the city. I was repeatedly told this was not the case. In the end, it was the car and the seller had to reach out to the city to correct the address. 2-the kitchen cabinets where damaged on approximately 50% of the doors. Lennar attempted to repair the damage using an abrasive pad. When I saw the repair, I told the site superintendent that it was unacceptable technique for repair. They informed me that was the best they could be done. I filed a warranty claim and the cabinet manufacturer came out and made professional repairs. Now the cabinet doors look new, as they should’ve to begin with. 3-The mater bathroom sink splashes water all over the place. I’m being told that it’s not something Lennar will address. They know there is an issue but son not think they need to take care of it ... More

We came from out of town for a beginning process of transition. Twice issues came caused questions. Vanessa came by personally resolved the issues.

Lennar produces a good home at a good price, the purchase was easy, and the warranty support has been quick. Any home buyer has to consider their options: Existing home Custom build Small local builder Huge builder "spec home" eg Lennar Existing home inventory can be random and frustrating, and often the value isn't great. Custom new builds will always be more expensive. Small local builders may have more customization and more luxurious finishes, but you'll pay a premium for that. Huge builders like Lennar have honed their floorplans and construction over the years, and the result is an appealing mainstream home at probably the best value of any of your options. There's no customization, and it's not high end luxury like, say, Toll Brothers, but you're also going to save a lot of money. Every new home will have a few warranty items for repair, and issues have been quickly addressed so far. ... More

You don’t need a realtor! Everything can be done online and with the sales office. My whole process was two weeks and that was my choice.

The second realtor for Lennar homes was amazing. My score would be higher if I had started with her. First impressions are everything. The first Lennar Realtor kept playing games with us and not being honest. I finally went to the head person over this area and was assigned to a realtor who would answer my questions. We love our home and very happy with it.

Lennar lies and has poor planning. Throughout the buying process, Lennar promised that there’d be landscaping by Lennar or the HOA in a certain key area that was influential in our buying decision. After taking possession of the house, Lennar deflected to the HOA. The HOA which is owned by Lennar outright refused any landscaping. The area in question remains rocks and trash - a permanent blemish on the neighborhood. Due to poor planning by Lennar, 2 months after moving into this house we still don’t have mail service. Since Lennar is building by the mailbox still, it is expected that we won’t have mail for another 2-4 months.Lennar never communicated this large miss. In both cases, we feel like Lennar pulled the rug out from under us. ... More
