This was a fantastic experience. Everyone who helped us throughout the process was an absolute joy.

From the mortgage to the move in, the overall experience with Lennar was great. The home is built solidly and response to issues is rapid. Some of the sub- contractors’ work needs to be tightened up. The appliances are entry level but those will be changed out after 1 year. No regrets here.

It was a very good experience buying a home from Lennar company, starting from salesman John who is very knowledgeable and very helpful as well as being professional to lender Kyler and all team members were very amazing. I highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a home consider Lennar company house plans and design is excellent.

We were lead to believe that if we put a deposit down to hold the lot that when the house was actually framed we would be able to get our deposit back if we did not like the house. One week after we put the deposit down we had to pay an earnest money. If I would have seen the completed house before the earnest money, I would have had serious second thoughts. I also made it abundantly clear that I plans on paying cash, but was still hounded by Lennar Lending to go through the loan process. A total waste of time.

The documents process was extremely slow. We had to speak with 8 different people for the proper forms and access to websites. Filed complaints against 1 woman who would not return phone calls and dragged out underwriting for weeks!!

We paid extra $27000 for the view because we live uphill. Now the house behind us block our view. Very disappointing. If we had known that our view had been block, we would not buy this house.

Pay particular attention to small details - point them out every time you get a chance and if given the chance put them in writing

I hope you don't get the same lady we had. She lied to us several times. The other people we dealt with were ok. Lennar cuts so many corners that produces a sub par quality house. The fences are complete crap. interior paint is horrible. I would not recommend buying a home from them.

Lennar has gotten so big they have lost sight of customer service and quality home building. It appears to be more about the sale and getting the houses up as fast as possible no matter what. Quality of the homes is seriously lacking. The interior finish work is extremely sloppy. The materials used are sub-standard. The interior paint job is one thin coat of flat paint. After third-party home inspection multiple areas were not to code and had to be redone. The home buying process is cumbersome and not buyer friendly.

The home and sales team were great. They were very helpful. My main challenge was with the Lennar mortgage where I did not get the interest rate I was originally expected due to delays and lack of response. Then when I finally agreed to buy down the rate and signed all of the contracts and paper work then I was told 2 working days prior to closing that I could not get my rate. Very disappointed that I did not get the rate that I was expecting but everything else was great.

My experience with Lennar was easy and uncomplicated. Working with Darci at Lennar mortgage was super easy. After moving in I’ve had to report a couple of minor issues and they have responded quickly with professionals to resolve the issue. Most of all I’m so happy with my new neighborhood! Thank you Lennar!

Pay attention to wall lots of touch up needed. Preferred loan officer was hard to get hold off

Their workmanship is far below industrial average. When you live in the house, you encounter more and more issues which you did not see during initial inspection. Highlighted below are few of them. 1. All the kitchen/bathroom pantry, cupboards and doors are poorly built in and easy to break. 2. Bathroom sliding doors are installed in wrong way 3. All the sinks do not have enough space to hold soap holder and some of them are not big enough to wash hands 4. Toilet paper holder are so small that Toilet paper roll can not fit there 5. Scratched bathtub 6. Upstairs bathrooms have almost no hot water coming from showers 7. Shower with slow pressure. 8. Cracked fence and door frames Above are few. The process was smooth and professional from the first minute to move-in day. Our point person, Tim, was absolutely magnificent. Joe, the construction manager, was communicative throughout the build. The finance department led by Kyle was friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Lennar.

The kitchen came equipped with 4 appliances. There were installation issues with 2 of them. Our first morning in the home, we could smell gas under the cook top. We called the emergency number provided by Lennar, only to be told this was not considered an emergency. We had the gas company come out, who said the gas line had been installed improperly. After a week, the dishwasher stopped draining. We went through the procedure required by Lennar to report the issue. It took 7 days to file a claim. A representative came out the next day to inspect the problem and determined it was a faulty appliance and that we needed to contact the manufacturer. Three days later, a tech arrived from the manufacturer, who determined that the appliance had been installed incorrectly. ... More

Lennar is a quality builder, no doubt. But our dealings with two people Robin(sales end) and Michael(follow up and problem solver) account for the most satisfying parts of our experience. Both go the extra mile to help us to easily navigate the home buying process. This company should know they integral to customer satisfaction.

Just purchased a new home with Lennar homes its been amazing. People have been great to work with. We have had a few small issues. Lennar has been amazing to come help us fix anything we needed and they have given us great support.

Great home buying experience. Only issue no street light on our block

As a person who has purchased a newly constructed home previously plus a custom house, I found Lennar head and shoulders above the competition and I'm picky. - Workmanship carpentry, electrical, finishing, and, plumbing good to great - Client services good to great and proactively helpful - Warranty service proactive and supportive - Code compliance exceeded requirements - Energy efficiency exceeded requirements - Products medium to high end and higher than expected for price - Contract makes it seem more difficult than necessary, but they might be uptight because some people have unrealistic expectations - Punchlist client service extra nice, but the punchlist process only area not great. Unsure if crew just too busy, so few items procrastinated until last minute, but to me, it felt like they tested if I'd let it go, so ultimately delayed closing a day. In contrast the floor/tile provider/installer, Macadam floors, were seriously disappointing 1 star- meager selection and overpriced upgrades without credit for products in purchase price and delayed 2.5 month their order for upgraded tile until tile unavailable so had to reselect less perfect color and installation of carpet provided a poor carpet seam plus, in my opinion, some outdated color selections. ...
