From the initial walkthrough, all the way until the contract was closed, the entire Lennar Team was attentive and very informative - which to new homebuyers is extremely important. Everyone had answers that helped reassure some of the concerns we had, and for that, we are truly grateful.

I’ve had two Lennar homes and have been very satisfied with the homes and the all in one process they offer! The only thing I have noticed is some of the appliances, kitchen sink are low grade or bottom of the line. If Lennar wants impress even more use top of the line in Everything!

I still have someone else’s ring box at my house because the builders were careless and have no idea where mine is. So someone else has mine and can log into my camera in front of my house. My customer care coordinator told me it was rings problem.

Overall, a great home for us, but kitchen cabinets are an inch less in depth as typical (11 inches instead of 12), and corner cabinets are inaccessable. Also internet company Lennar contracted with never came through. Will probably be at least six more months before they do. This is not Lennars fault, but they knew in advance that internet was going to be delayed and never told us.

One of the worst experience we ever had with Lennar. We had a bad experience dealing with salesperson Melinda to construction lead worker Louis said they would take care of the stuff but never did. We found a lot of water in the crawl space and pointed out sidewalk concrete damage during the construction workers. They trick us into accepting the defaults in the house and convince us they will take care of it but once we close the house they leave us in the dark. Honest advice we would not recommend anyone to buy from Lennar .

While we really like the home we have, the property has drainage issues and the builder didn't take significant steps to alleviate the problems. They throw some rock on the ground and claim there is a French drain when that's not the case.

Lennar, where to start with you!!!! ABSOLUTELY the worst home buying experience. It literally took my having to locate Greg (Lennar Homebuilding and Land Regional President) via his personal cell phone number while he was at home to understand how someone by the name of Kelli (Director of Sales & Marketing) could be such a heartless, cold, foul individual!?! Totally dissapointed with the entire home buying experience with Lennar

The entire experience was really bad for us On the day of “celebration” there was still fencing that needed to be STARTED apart from the many many issues that needed to be addressed in tbe house . On the day of handing over the keys , the house wasnt cleaned , fencing wasnt done . And AFTER we moved in , random people would showup at our house and start working on stuff .

Workmanship are very poor, after we moved we saw a lot of problems the paint, lots of nails pops, window blinds, doors are loose, carpet are short, something missing on the counter, problem with internet cable, the stairs, water heater doesn't work on our first day , warranty guy only good on the first 2 weeks after that not answering the phone. Really disappointed, I will not recommend Lennar.

We don't have any real problems with the Lennar people on the front lines, those we dealt with face-to-face. Our sales rep was terrific and our Lennar Mortgage rep was terrific also, but his underwriter/manager was an unreasonable nightmare, demanding documents and substantiation two days before scheduled closing, when that stuff should have been asked for weeks in advance. The stress that caused was enough to register on the Richter Scale. Beyond that, there were two big irritants, one as we were going through the buying process and one after we moved in. Lennar did what they did WHEN they said they would do it - and during CoViD. We are disappointed in the quality of drainage and landscape. All looks well on the surface, but rain water does not drain well, plants don't grow well, construction debris is covered by landscaping bark. I cannot fully blame this on the shoddy landscaping work, but on a rush to finish on schedule.
