I found the construction manager and the followup great. The sales people were also very responsive and helpful. The overall construction was less than I expected for the price that I paid...ie the backyard requires more fill in order to stabilize the patio, the bathroom window is clear and look directly out on a neighbors entry, the grouting was very poorly done in many areas.

Poor finish work , grout @ tile work extremely poor workmanship , had a customer care representative on virtual inspection of tile work , never heard another word from lennar if they would accept or deny claim , home was very dirty when we moved in layer of dust on hard floor surface was hard to believe , expected better

When expressing my concerns to builder, they just laughed and ignored the concerns. The builder repeatedly and intentionally stalled providing some key details (especially purchase price) so that they could drive the purchase price up ~$60,000 in 4 months). The quality of workmanship leaves something to be desired (things are already breaking after only 3 months in the home). The builder is unresponsive to requests to correct issues (still waiting for a blind rod to open/close blinds; still waiting for deck stairs to be fully finished (missing side trim) after 3 months

Build quality seems to be good. Time will tell on that. Finish was during winter, so it has to be repainted since it was done at 42 degrees and rain that night and temps dropped into the 30's. Lennar said they would do that. House was settling within a couple of weeks where drywall nails were showing and cracks and peeling at ceiling to wall junction on second floor were apparent. Said they would fix at 1 year walk thru and took care of immediate ones right away. Customer service on issues after move in was excellent. Ruby was fantastic. No squeaky floors, fit and finish is good. Delays due ...

I have had bad experience with construction management and poor worker experience where left unfinished job inside and outside of my home . They did poor job .

None of the property have flat land nothing was don’t from a landscaping perspective. All of our properties have bumps and uneven land making it extremely difficult or impossible to use a tractor or lawnmower to cut grass. Extremely disappointing. I will be going door to door talking with my neighbors and petition for this to be corrected by Lennar.

We particularly liked the "Everything's Included" aspect, and the fact that we received the same excellent quality materials and service, regardless of the size of house we were buying. The sales associate was superb; she was always glad to see us, took the time to answer our questions, and didn't hesitate to reach out to other professionals for help in answering them. She kept us up to date through every step of the process and referred us to helpful resources. This was the best home buying experience we have ever had.

Everything about buying the home was pretty basic but I did notice that we didn’t get to do as many things as others (no appt with design group, no response to adding more flooring, forgot to mention certain appts). That was pretty frustrated but the people I met for final walk through and closing were AMAZING to say the least. Helped me spot certain things that were wrong or had to be replaced. And once we were in our new home our care coordinator even spent over an hour with me trying to figure out how to connect one of our fancy gadgets to the phone. So I can say the whole buying ...

John and joe were great and easy to work with. A couple months after i lived in the home my water heater went out and joe had someone come out and fix it the next day
