I really have nothing good to say about the experience. Lennar is very slow to respond to issues. I would absolutely not recommend asking for any upgrades as I promise those will get screwed up too. They have already moved on to building the next phase of homes and see little urgency in helping to fix issues with their existing homes. I hope my experience is unique but I don't think it is from what I understand. Good luck if you choose a Lennar home - you'll probably need it

The “Celebration” appointment should be called a “walkthrough” to discuss status of home prior to closing and what needs to be addressed prior to that time. The home had many issues. Construction materials still on the premises while a “celebration banner” was being put up! Very disappointed in the meeting. This is our 6th new construction home. Past builders had the home spotless by the time the walkthrough occurred. This will be our first and last Lennar home. Thankyou.

Overall, we had average experience. We wish the communication about closing date can be more transparency, we understand many factors could cause delay and actually are ok with it since we are not in hurry to move in. However, the last minute change on the home inspection date due to the construction is not ready as promised adding challenges to our moving timeline and extra time to coordinate and reschedule it.

Easy to communicate with and available to answer questions as they came up. I would buy another Lennar home and recommend them to friends and family.

While I appreciate the efforts of the folks we've worked with directly, there is so little quality oversight. They are building these as quickly, and as cheaply, as possible. There is an apparent lack of quality in virtually every element of the construction. A month in and we have massive cracks in the drywall, drainage issues, paint issues, door issues, electrical issues, HVAC issues...

Are consistent with expectations.

Everyone we met and worked with were genuine, honest, and trustworthy! Our home is quality built, safe, and secure. Great experience Lennar!

The initial homebuying experience was decent, and the sales team was helpful throughout the process. However, I will say I've had trouble getting a response to questions or help with issues with the home since closing day. When kindly asking the sales office who I should talk to about my gutter mysteriously overflowing in light rain weeks after moving in, I was told multiple times it wasn't Lennar's problem before finally being given information on how to make a claim with the home warranty. The claim was denied by the home warranty stating it's a "homeowner maintenance issue," despite literally just moving in. Lennar has since offered to help address this issue, but I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved weeks later. I am still finding random paint splatters & scratches missed in the walkthrough, and now after less than 2 months of living here I'm seeing cracked grout & splitting seams, AC unit leaking a large amount of water, etc. For the price I paid for my first home, I expected higher quality materials and more pride in craftsmanship. There's little to be able to say here aside from "wow!". The experience that we had when purchasing our home from Lennar was nothing short of outstanding, from working with the outstanding sellers agent (Olivia) , to attending the final walk through and celebration (Amanda), to being kept in the loop every step of the way with weekly photo updates of the build and status reports from the builders themselves, nothing was too much trouble or work for Lennar. I would recommend this builder to family and friends. They help with things even after you sign the closing papers and stand behind their work.

Our new home is beautiful and well built (and has a builder-backed warranty for certain issues that may pop up as the house settles). But what really makes Lennar stand out is the customer support staff (Bill, Melinda, and Tiffany) each of whom made our journey of purchasing a new-construction home a breeze. We purchased a spec home which was about 2/3 complete when we first saw it (so the various finish options had already been selected for the home). Because of the sale on our existing home, we needed a move in date that was much sooner than Lennar had planned for the completion of the spec home; however, showing their true colors, Bill (the superintendent on the job site), Melinda (the site’s real estate broker), and Tiffany (the customer support/warranty representative) rev’d up production and finished the build in time for us to move in before Thanksgiving. We had a great experience from start to finish and are thoroughly enjoying our new home. I highly recommend Lennar Homes.

They wont budge on anything, you want an outlet somewhere? Too bad! You offer them 200$ to put the outlet there? Nope nada! Any upgrades to materials have to come out of pocket (not through mortgage) and you have to use their vendor who will gouge you because they know you cant get additional offers. Default floors are not waterproof, this is the pnw, we get water. Site mgr is a little man (matt) who will try to get you in trouble for checking on the progress of your half million investment. Cute floor plans, but they phone it in and then act like theyre doing you a favor

House material are cheap. And there’s no good customer service.

MY family and I were anne to see and take pictures of the house from the foundation , We have pictures of the lumber when it was delivered to the completion of the house . We were especially blessed to talk and get pictures of the crew, Michele and Linette at end end of escrow and the Celebration!

Sadly I spend more of my time discovering things around the house that need to be fixed rather then simply enjoying the house itself

There has been nothing positive about buying my Lennar home! I do not recommend!

Resposiveness to isses and taking care it as soon as possible

This is my first home but I will avoid Lennar in the future. The craftsmanship and finishing is of poor quality and downright lazy. Crooked cabinets, terrible paint and caulking, etc.

Had a very good experience with Lennar. Their staff are very nice, professional and trustworthy. It has been a great pleasure working with you.
