Overall Lennar was good, but they have removed a lot of items I would consider move in ready. No window treatments, no AC, no garage door openers, no fence, no Ring doorbell. Many of these items were offered in the early stages of building out this neighborhood.

Almost everything was great. I did have a bad experience when a problem developed due to negligence from a contractor and Lennar was slow to help. I am very happy with my new home.

Very disappointed in the quantity for the price. Cheap paint washes off interior walls with WATER! Nothing is level from walls to ceilings.

The reasons for low review score is as follows. I had to point out that my shutters were not put on. They tried to tell me that my house didn't come with them on that window. Fence work is not good at all, huge gaps under fence. Had to ask to have a 2x4 removed from roof then they didn't even clean up debris when removed. They tell me they are working on garage issue but nothing is ever done. I had to go to post office to get mail delivery issue fixed myself. I'm finding lumps under carpet where either it's a nail or floor was cleaned properly before installation. I do not see any oversight ...

During the turning over or congratulations ceremony pay attention to small details about the house. As it will be very difficult to ask for service after. It took almost a month to have the garage door fixed bec the RC was not even programmed and when we tried it totally didn’t work that even the wall remote won’t work. If you are not a busy person you have all the time to do all but if you have work and a busy person and rely for service it will take u a while of waiting for the service to be done. Same with the ring door it was fine but suddenly stop and again a wait period of atleast 2 ...

We were informed several facts by the sales team that turned out not only misleading, but completely untrue. These statements had to do with the HOA, and permitting for exterior changes. Additionally, the HOA requirements were conveyed as minimal, whereas in reality, they are extremely detailed and confining. we were told when we purchased the HOA was still being managed by an hour would not be so limiting and rigid. Kristen was extremely helpful and informative throughout the home buying process. She did everything she could in which her job role allowed. It was a pleasure working with her. On the other hand, Lennar (Corporate) was not considerate at all in accommodating to a closing date that worked best for me, unless additional money was added to the transaction. There are still some items inside and outside the house that were noted and marked before and during the walk through as items to be fixed that were ignored and have not been fixed as of 4/2/23. I am also still waiting for the land ...

Buying a new home from Lennar began with our excitement about owning a brand new place. Lennar Construction builds a good product, and they have been responsive in the fixes and finishing touches of our new house. We also used Lennar Mortgage as our mortgage source, incentivized by the $5k discount offered at closing. I am think about sell house reson no heater and warming house nothing only air blew itt...... where warm we did try headter turn on not work .. we did reproter office where we buy it ... why bother buy fix service we have warning house not old only one week and two week never fix ... very poor your company more like sucks ...

Please, please check Lennars review before buying!!! By far WORST experience ever. Bunch of idiots working there! Workmanship BAD! Very bad! Walls crooked, not responding to work requests and retaliation are just some of their qualities. Scott (main lennar builder guy) on question why is my half million dollars house so poorly built answered that he personally couldn’t afford one. Obviously, he cannot build one either. Never ever again. Do mot buy, save yourself headache.
