Overall we are very pleased with our experience purchasing from Lennar. We’ve had zero issues and love our home. We are so happy the way things worked out. The only grievance was there was a scheduling issue for our new home orientation appointment and no one showed up. We tried calling two people that worked with us and there was no answer. Someone else ended up showing up and he was great but the original people didn’t call or text to apologize or check in. Because they didn’t confirm who was going to be there for us we didn’t get to walk into the home with the red carpet or see the welcome home sign because they had to set it up after we arrived. ... A little bit confusing with the multiple finance people that seemed to be involved but everyone along the way was very helpful and communicative and directed us accordingly. Special shout out to Kristen, Clint and Sarah who were super helpful and often went above and beyond to help answer questions and direct me even after the sale. They were the best!!

Overall, my home buying experience was great — the process itself went smoothly, and I felt well-supported throughout the purchase. However, once I moved in, I started noticing several flaws in the house that weren't obvious during the initial walkthroughs. It's clear now that certain shortcuts were taken during construction or finishing, which is disappointing given the price point of the home. Another issue is that I was not provided with the HOA rules at closing. This has caused some confusion after moving in, as I’ve had to learn about restrictions and requirements after the fact, which isn’t ideal. While I still enjoy the home and the community overall, I do feel the quality of construction doesn’t fully reflect the cost. I expected a higher standard for what I paid and would encourage future buyers to do a thorough inspection and ask for all HOA documents well before closing. ... More

I was looking to buying a home near a friend who was also buying in the same street. I was told it was already off the market and to select one a few houses down. Once the initial payment has gone through I wouldn’t get much response from anyone other than some pictures of the development. At the home walk near completion I was asked why I never visited the home during construction and that I had a lot of trust by never visiting. I mentioned I was never told I was able to and I wanted to change the type of flooring from the very get go before sheetrock was installed to all plank with no carpet. It wouldn’t be an option. Then to find out the house I initially wanted was available from the get go and is still listed for sale as I type this. It was rude and I couldn’t believe I was never reached out to by changing even before any payment was done. Sales team was awesome! Didn't have a good experience with lennar lenders.

Each level of the process was prompt and professional. Being the purchase was from out of state we relied a lot on each member of the Lennar team at each phase of construction. Communication was informative and when questions arose each team responded timely addressing them. Post closing service team addressed our punch list timely too! Overall, a great home buying experience!

Fairly painless as far as homebuying goes.

So far am happy with & enjoy my home. The neighborhood is nice & beautiful. I Haven’t lived here long. I bought a townhome. I can hear my neighbors & next door through the walls more than I was told I would be able to from Lennars representatives. There’s a couple things I need to turn in for repair so will soon find out how responsive Lennar is with that. I think Lennar’s process for getting a mortgage could use improvement. Lots of errors & when they were pointed out, I was told they’d be fixed later, but they weren’t & I had to keep reminding or they wouldn’t have been done. Things weren’t explained well regarding the loan. I’m thankful for the very kind lady at the title company who recognized my frustration & explained things to me.Things also weren’t always done as was said by the finance/mortgage guy. It created a lot of stress. When they would want something, there was a lot of hurry up & wait. Once the underwriters had the loan they started asking for much of the same stuff I’d already provided & had a few odd questions I’ve not had anyone ask in this type of process before. Lennar sold my loan within a couple weeks of getting it. The new company has not been responsive with giving their contact info. Several days after the 1st payment was due, they finally sent an email out. I don’t like to send checks in the mail anymore due to theft, but had no choice this time to attempt to make my mortgage payment on time. I’m keeping my fingers crossed the new mortgage place receives it. I’m a very busy person & responsible how I handle my business. That is how I’m comfortable & get everything taken care of. I am think about sell house reson no heater and warming house nothing only air blew itt...... where warm we did try headter turn on not work .. we did reproter office where we buy it ... why bother buy fix service we have warning house not old only one week and two week never fix ... very poor your company more like sucks ...

Didn’t do a good job and had safety issues in the building, in spite of me constantly pursuing they didn’t fix the issue and just ignored it. Very unprofessional behavior from the management in addressing my concerns

Overall Lennar was good, but they have removed a lot of items I would consider move in ready. No window treatments, no AC, no garage door openers, no fence, no Ring doorbell. Many of these items were offered in the early stages of building out this neighborhood.

The house is solid, tight and well designed. It is in many ways just what wewere looking for. Lennar has a very good system of customer care before, during and after the sale. There are details in the finish I wish were different or better, but we landed too late in the process to change things. I would definitely look, work with and purchase another Lennar Home if I were to be in the market.

Buying process a little rush, but now that I’m living in the house lots of things going wrong, they forgot to put a pin on the door now it came off, waiting a month to be fixed, doors not put correctly, walls painted with one layer of paint easy scratch,

Try to contac Lennar mortgage they were so respectful and humild sincere and trustworthy. When another places mortgages said not , they said yess” . I had dream house , make real just the rest is work hard and work hard. Thank you Lennar to trust me and I trust you.

We were informed several facts by the sales team that turned out not only misleading, but completely untrue. These statements had to do with the HOA, and permitting for exterior changes. Additionally, the HOA requirements were conveyed as minimal, whereas in reality, they are extremely detailed and confining. we were told when we purchased the HOA was still being managed by an hour would not be so limiting and rigid. Unfortunately, this also was not true, the management company being paid is difficult to deal with and seems to be only interested in the letter of the rules but you cannot apply to each property equal rigidity due to variation in elevation, etc. Additionally, we approach lennar initially with our financing, as we knew we would not be approved by their in-house option. Forcing us to apply for their in-house options and being declined affected our credit unnecessarily. This is frustrating for a buyer. Lastly, water management on the lots several homes was not managed properly with construction and landscaping. Many of the yard retain water significantly and become a sloppy mess whenever it rains. Not putting down topsoil under the sod was a poor choice. The water has nowhere to drain. We are very happy however, with the house so far. Construction quality and finishing detail seems to be appropriate. Other than low-grade carpet and poor quality interior paint. ... More

Very disappointed in the quantity for the price. Cheap paint washes off interior walls with WATER! Nothing is level from walls to ceilings.
