Great home ownership experience from the sales office, Roy *****, to the Managers at the Center, TJ and Nikki, to the building site supervisors, Carlos and Carlos. My thanks. The little building concerns are being handled expeditiously and with care and smiling faces.

Floor plan and hardware choices are fantastic overall and indicate both thoughtful consideration and quality. The everything's included package really does simplify the purchase and set up process. Only point I'd make is that the lack of drawer/cabinet knobs/handles makes the home feel unfinished; would have preferred to have something there, knowing that it's easier to replace than it is to install from scratch.

I'd say overall we had a great experience with the purchase. My only complaint is I do believe that some quality does lack in certain areas both inside and outside of the home. There are some things that are done cheaply like the AC and where the ducts are placed that I wish were done better. Other than that it's been a great house!

Very happy with pur home so far and the service we've received

This was an entirely new experience for me. So from start to finish, I felt this home buying process when so smoothly and quite quickly. Never in a million years had I thought we'd be in a new build home. Lennar worked hard in getting us into a new home. We are pleased with the craftsmanship so far,only been in our home for about 2 months and have had 2 is*****s ,one with wiring and the second a ventilation is*****. It was handled quickly and that was much appreciated.

From start to finish this process was amazing. From the moment we toured a home to the moment we closed was so rewarding. We can't thank Lennar enough for such a great experience and will always recommend them.

The best representative of Lennar has been the construction manager, Mr. Payton *****. From day one, he has been responsive, followed up and delivered on all his promises, even went above and beyond in providing services that he wasn't required to provide. Excellent representative of your company. Also, Heidi, the customer care rep has been awesome: always immediately responsive, paid attention to our service requests, ensures they are resolve quickly, and even followed up with us multiple times to ensure the resolution has been to our satisfaction. Both Mr. ***** and Ms. Heidi are good representatives of Lennar. One constructive comment though, the Lennar concierge, Ms. Chelsea *****, always seemed overwhelmed with work as not once was able to join our agreed upon tag ups. First, I would highlight Trista (Lennar Mortgage) and Mina (construction--I'm not sure what his title is) as being amazing to work with. They were helpful, kind, responsive--everything you would hope for when spending this much money. We worked with many other people who provided good service (and only one who really didn't), but those two deserve special recognition in my opinion. Second, one can find horror stories online about build quality issues with new construction. We have had none of that. We had a private home inspection company out and they said something along the lines of "you got a good one." After living here for a month, everything has functioned normally with one exception. The second day after we moved in, the AC could not keep up with the set temperature. I texted Mina to ask if this was normal, his immediate response (at after 6 PM, incidentally) was no, and he called someone out to fix the problem. Within an hour or two everything was fixed and working, and it's been fine ever since. The quality of the home is what we expected from a builder-grade spec home. That means we are free to make the upgrades we want without spending money up front for things we don't care about. We love the floor plan, the location is where we were looking, and we can add things (custom closet, our choice of kitchen backsplash, the style of ceiling fans we want, architectural surround sound speakers, etc.) as time and budget permit. We couldn't have afforded this house if it came with big upgrade packages. Every house will have little idiosyncrasies, but we have had no real surprises--the build seems solid. It was a smooth process especially since we were out of town and didn't see the home until a few weeks later. Everyone was very nice.

Need more agents. We had an appointment at 11am and we're ready to a down payment but the only one in the office was one agent. There was two couples ahead us and more walking in. The agent who was ours sent us on our way to review the houses again as he was by himself. Came back 90 minutes later only to be seated in an office to wait. At 4pm we were still waiting for our agent only to observe the second agent arrive with another couple and an outside agent. Shortly there after our agent came in to inform us that if we were looking at two particular house they were off the market as the second, late agent had just taken their down payment. Needless to say I was not happy as one of these homes we were looking to buy. At 415pm our agent got an earful from me. In the end we were sent back out to look at other homes and were assured he would make some calls and give us the best deal possible. Well we did and picked out a home that was much more expensive and in a better location. The agent held true to his word and got us a great price and then asked us to make an offer on that price. The experience could have been a lot better should be one person walking you through not different people talking to you and in a rush to sell

I give 2 stars for the homebuying experience because my closing was very rushed. My Lennar Loan Officer was at most times non-responsive. I would go days not getting a call back. My underwriting team was phenomenal. Then came along the "tape walk thru", many of the items i taped were not fixed or worked on. I never had my "New Home Orientation" i never had my virtual walk through but instead received photos of a few things they worked on sent straight to my phone. Mind you, the photos were sent 30 minutes before my closing. Closing was not ready for me due to my loan officer not sending the paperwork. So closing took 6 hours. Received my keys at 8pm. Also NEVER had a cleaning crew clean my home. Grout, trash, scuffs in the granite, every cabinet was dirty, sinks had glue in all of them. Was never told about irrigation nor how to work it. There are many small things about my experience that should have been handled differently. But the structure of the home itself is great, the Lennar app has a lot of resources and the AI chat is extremely helpful. Happy about the build of the home, but I'd give an F to the employees that surrounded these is*****s in the process. ... More

Entire process dealing with Austin was good. When buying a very expensive home I'd expect the home to be cleaned with no drywall dust and carpet snags and the floor mopped good. We moved in and the cleaning job was horrendous. Then when we switched master light to a fan we found 2 holes in ceiling that the fan wouldn't cover, but they came out and fixed. Biggest thing is that we don't have street lights on our block which is very unacceptable

The overall home buying experience went better than expected it was easier and faster than we thought it would be and it was overall a great home. Our only issue came from our closing day when we were billed for an inspection that we had already paid for and we were not given any credit or ***** even though our loan officer had assured us we would receive a credit instead of closing taking an hour it took about 4 hours as we were on the phone with the multiple loan officers we had as our original loan officer was term and we were basically handed off to another LO although they were better than our original they were the one that made us pay twice for the same inspection. ... Sales did their job, superintendent underdelivered. All the promises of things being fixed, gleaming floors, as stated by sales, all the blue tape was just removed, but the issues weren't taken care of. Had we had been given our second walk-through as promised, we would not have closed the home. Of course you don't see this till after you're closed and they give your keys. Brought it to the attention of the superintendent still promise to take care of things, never to be seen or heard from him again regarding the issues therefore, as normal up to the homeowner to take care of it, knowing what an inconvenience it will be to try to warranty claim it. Very disappointing. We literally had to remove the for sale, sign, and signage off of the home ourselves and pick up construction debris out of the yard. ... More

The purchasing experience wasn't bad. The purchasing agents were easy to work with. Same with responsiveness to issues after the purchase is made. There is a quick response from the time you add your issue to the portal. Which I appreciate. The part I don't appreciate is how I received the home. It was very dirty in certain areas. All window sills on the inside of the home were covered in drywall dust. My refrigerator was covered in dust on the top. Our garage was filthy. So much dust, sand and chalky soot. The Home should not have been handed over in such a manner. Especially when you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on Home, you should receive it very clean. We had to spend a lot of money in cleaning services. Additionally, I didn't know any better, but it's bare minimum build. Meaning no extras. No toilet paper holders, no towel rods or hooks, just bare walls. That was unexpected. ... More

Provide buyers option to "uninstall"'or "take out" some standard parts/materials in the house while being built. Makes it easier for when upgrades are done.

The purchasing process was smooth and relatively painless. We've been in for just over a month and are overall happy with the home, but there are a number of workmanship issues that surprised us. Drywall seams splitting across the entirety of the main room, many nail pops, and poor door mounting leading to our inability to smoothly shut doors on the upper *****. We're hopeful that many of these issues will be resolved under the 1-year warranty.

Picking the house was great but the whole lennar lending thing was a nightmare. We would of picked a different lender if it wasn't for the low interest rate they had

Besides, the closing was a nightmare. The loan officer was rude and didn't respond to most of my questions of the closing process. I requested my complain to be elevated to the owners or corporate office but not sure that was done. I never received an apology or a follow up of that bad experience.

The buying experience in the beginning was tough as it was too complicated to actually block my house. There was no follow up when I showed interest. The closing was full of hiccups with issues. The quality of the paint was AWFUL, and the garage walls are even worse because they only put texture to all of it and didn't even bother to paint it. We will likely need to repaint the interior since the paint comes off very easily with a damp rag. In the inside of the house, they used literally the cheapest paint they could find in the market and the same situation with the carpets and vinyl cover for kitchen and bathrooms. After buying, there were a few people like Sam that was always very, very nice and efficient but then when the time went by the refused to fix certain things because we already moved and time passed by. I think Lennar has nice things but then they do a very crappy job in the finishing that makes all the good things less relevant. Last but not least, the water pressure is really low because they didn't installed pumps and most of my neighbors are complaining about it. It is frustrating that the price you pay doesn't match what you get. ... More

This is my second purchase and utterly disappointing experience with the process (in particular your finance and insurance). Unsure if it is appropriate for me to use the term "strong arming" but that's what I experienced with these two groups.
