Everyone is professional and very friendly. They act with a sense of urgency and are very thorough. The staff always returns your calls and are very helpful. When you purchase a home from them you receive the upmost value when purchasing a home.

My experience with Lennar team overall was great.

The Finance department is a joke. 7 months asking for documents. it was very frustrating. We decided not to buy the house and they kept the interest money. Stay way!

We looked at models that could be built with a basement. We put a down payment on it and watched as it was built only to discover much later that unlike all the models our house contained entry stairs both from the garage and front porch. We considered this a bait and switch until we found out none of the sales staff knew there were stairs. It’s unfathomable that a 55+ community would make a house where all access points have stairs. I’m fine with stairs currently but my wife struggles with them. We asked if the stairs could be made shorter and for handrails to be added and were told they would do their best but it was a spec home so probably not. Secondly, it appears every opportunity to cut cost at the expense quality was taken. From cheap doors which short hinge screws easily strip and at times simple pop out, to ultra thin countertops that require aftermarket bracing to ensure reasonable loads don’t fracture it, and lastly the use of copper clad aluminum wiring which would have been a deal breaker for us if we had known prior to closing. On the positive side the warranty response time has been very good. Net: We would have kept looking if we had known Lennar takes so many quality shortcuts and hasn’t designed their basement homes with the elderly in mind and doesn’t point out critical areas like steps and aluminum wiring before a purchase decision is made. ... This is my first new home experience. The Lennar salesman was so helpful with the process of buying my home. Once I purchased the home the builder and the customer care consultant made time to explain the general information on the home. Going through the home to make sure everything went smoothly. Any concerns were addressed immediately. What a wonderful company to work with.

The process to buy was easy, I would have give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the new home consultant. Once we were hooked on the home, he didn’t care, he was on his phone the entire time we were closing. This was our first home purchase and the closing was very anticlimactic.

I had no intention of purchasing another home until I saw what was available by Lennar. The floor plan, the tranquil views, the affordability convinced me that this was the place for our second home. The entire team was a pleasure to work with and interact. They were pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process.

My home-buying experience with Lennar has been disappointing, particularly when it comes to responsiveness and post-closing warranty support. During my final walkthrough, I pointed out several noticeable paint splotches throughout the home. I was assured they would be corrected before move-in. However, when I moved in, it was obvious that the wrong paint color had been used to cover the areas, making them stand out even more. It took several days to receive any meaningful response regarding the issue, and ultimately I ended up repainting the affected areas myself. I have also been dealing with ongoing HVAC problems since moving into the home. The air conditioning has not functioned properly from the beginning. Multiple technicians have been sent to inspect the system, and as of writing this review, the issue still has not been resolved. There is currently no clear timeline for repair, despite temperatures reaching heat-wave conditions. I have reached out to my warranty representative, Eric, multiple times for updates and have not received responses. Additionally, construction workers repeatedly blocked my driveway with their trucks while work was being performed in the neighborhood. On several occasions, I had to ask multiple times for vehicles to be moved so I could access my own property. While I understand that new construction homes can have warranty items that need attention, the lack of communication, delayed responses, and unresolved issues have made what should have been an exciting home-buying experience unnecessarily frustrating. ... My experience with Lennar was exceptional at every step of the process. From my initial inquiry all the way through to the closing, my questions were thoughtfully answered and my concerns were immediately addressed. The quality of workmanship was evident throughout the entire build, and I’m not ashamed to admit I monitored the progress daily. I was constantly surprised that even the little details were being done. Things like solid reinforced joists during framing and sanding down floorboard seams prior to the laminate flooring and carpet going in. These are things the homeowner would typically never see but truly set my mind at ease knowing that this attention to detail was consistent throughout. And if something wasn’t right, they made it so. My house was just weeks away from completion when I noticed that during a recent heavy rain there was some pooling of water occurring in the front porch slab against the garage foundation. I brought it to the attention of my building liaison with the expectation that I would be told there wasn’t much that could be done at that point. Instead, the very next day the entire cement slab had been removed and re-poured. It was like this on the financing and warranty side as well. I’m glad we hired our own home inspector. We’ve had quite a few work orders put in to fix, repair and replace things. We’re making the best of it all.

I had a great experience purchasing a Lennar home. Everyone from the first sales person to the warranty folks have been great. We had some hiccups with paint touch up that was handled quickly. Minor cosmetic issues that would pop up from any homebuilder. My only complaint is the quality of fence boards. I know cedar is expensive these days but it makes a huge difference in the appearance and lifespan of a fence.

The purchase experience was a little shaky.I end up having to get an outside lender. Then, I've had some issues with my home and it took a while for them to fix them. I still don't have any kind of response with the h*. A or anyone else that's running this show. In this gated community an hour and a half

My experience with Lennar Homes was great. They help you every step of the way our recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a home. They are awesome.

The moment i walked into and saw the Lennar model homes, I knew that I needed to buy one. Mostly because everything is included ...all appliances ....and a washer and dryer and blinds ....omg , wow! In addition, from the sales person in the model home all the way to closing escrow, Lennar had it extremely organized and kept me I formed every step.of the way until I got the keys in my hand. Thank you for.making this experience from.beginning to end, painless for me. ,

Great home value , great customer service

Fortunately I hired an independent inspector as he found major issues with the house but Lennar took care of (had him recheck). A couple of other major issues were fixed fairly quick after they went wrong after close. Fortunately the price was decent so I have felt the price outweighed the issues and the obvious lack of features such as cracked concrete, no ceiling fans or gutters. I have owned 4 newly built houses in my life and this was the hardest closing yet. Lennars own loan company wouldn’t approve this widowed, business owner. I had to go to an outside source so closing was delayed a week with me coming from out of town. So far I like the location and the newness of the house ok but I’m hoping for less parking in the street and allowing of large dogs as I have a pit bull on one side and labradoodles behind me which shouldn’t be allowed on 10’ backyards! Also, I think the house next door is vacant and needs the grass cut before the weeds take over. ... More

Closing was online and super easy the only negative thing I would say was the amount of paperwork they want you to download It’s somewhat overwhelming, but the actual experience of buying was very easy.

Builder scheduled “Celebration Walk” which was a joke. Most of the items identified were not documented by the QA person so they were never addressed. Workmanship in home was below expectations, “Everything included” is no way accurate. Promised finished garage which was just taped while subsequent homes had garages completely finished and sanded. Advertised Dog Park which appears to be finished but residents are unable to use. Their approach to delivering a quality home is not acceptable and many items identified should have been addressed before a buyer was even asked to accept the home. Some of the poor workmanship was being passed off as normal, staples visible in door frames, visible touch up paint, fixtures not in boxes, poor drainage, electrical outlets with paint over them after walls were patched and the list goes on, not to mention the red clay which seems to permeate everything. The home warranty doesn't cover anything. They keep referring us to the manufacturer rather than giving everyone good products from the start. Building materials used are cheap crap. Also puts off games which is not good for us or the environment. Will never buy from them again.

This home buying was great and the best experience ever for me as a first time home buyer.

The sales and contract signing went smooth. Good communication and followup. Maria and Wes were great. All downhill from there. Communication was lousy...Was almost ready to cancel. Request for additional financial information was never-ending. Closing was weak at best.....just rushed thru the numbers. After closing..on to the new house but the keys were given did not work. In summary the front end gets an ":A"....the back end gets a "D" and I am being generous. Thanks for providing a review process.
