Process from beginning to end was great

Brand new home. Everything looks and works perfectly. No real issues. All requests and complaints taken cared of. Would recommend to others.

We had the pleasure of working with Jia, and we couldn't be more impressed. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process of helping us purchase a home through Lennar. Her dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail ensured that every step was seamless. Jia's expertise and commitment made what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. They have a very supportive team; as expected in any new construction, there is always something to fix afterward, but the Lennar team has always been vertbreaponsive and fixed the few things they needed to adjust as soon as possible ( sometimes the very days I submitted the inquiry)

This was our 3rd Lennar purchase!!!! You know the old saying 3rd time is a charm well it was exactly that!!! Fast and the least painful transaction I ever made because my wife had no idea it was a surprise she was in New York!!! She was very happy about it which was not a surprise, what’s not to love new house and 5 minute walk to our daughters house!!!

From working with Ilonda, who is the sales representative that assisted us in finding the home, to working with their lending team and construction team, every bit of this experience was worth it. The team members exhibited exceptional communication. We always knew where we are in the process. From the time that we signed the contract for our home till the time that we closed was just two weeks!! The sales agent, Victor, did a great job of identifying our needs and taking care of us throughout the entire sales process. The loan officer was extremely hard-working and also took great care of us. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and purchase.

I had a great experience with builder Lennar buying my new house.They have high quality control of construction. Their seller agent Jeff and construction manager David are very nice and professional. They help me a lot.

The experience was wonderful and the builder were great too , at the final stage of the paper work I had a really bad experience and I don’t want anyone to go thru that again it was at the point that I got so much anxiety that got sick and ended up in the hospital for 24 hours ….. She should be more professional with her work and at time needs to learn how to treat first time buyer ….. at that end of the wonderful day it just made me feel like really bad … But now I’m so happy other people have been great and I thank you all

I purchased a house in 2024 at a Lennar 55+ community and am very happy with the company, their product and their employees. They communicated with me in a prompt manner and helped answer any questions I had along the way. The only thing that was bumpy was the Docusign process.

This is my third Lennar home and I will never go with another builder. Homes are solid and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Lennar has integrity.
