Excellent service and great houses

Loan officer was great and made things simple, however, person collecting required items often couldn’t find items or asked for them 3-4X. Final walkthroughs were half done, the workers were overbooked so they had others step in who had no clue what was going on. Was told the home would be cleaned up by the time we picked up our keys and it was still dirty in every single room and outside. Trash, left over construction parts, dirt, paint, etc. when we complained we were told since we had the keys there was nothing they could do. nearly 2 months later still no grass and our fence is left incomplete due to this. ... Norman was my salesperson. He reached out to me, keeping his promise to call me when it was time for me to make an offer.At the point of signing, I suddenly developed cold feet. However, he encouraged me to proceed. Today, I am very happy in my beautiful brand new Lennar home. Thank uou Norman.

Terrible Builder!!! You are just a number. Changed finish products without notification. Used more inexpensive and cheaper materials. Numerous examples; 2 foot on center studs in house not 16”, very shorty workmanship. No cold water due to water for complex coming from water tank on mountain, not disclosed! Endless issues. Would NOT recommend Lennar to anyone!

Builder went cheap on everything. Definitely would not recommend. Wouldn’t recommend Lennar mortgage either.

Overall everything was smooth and everybody was very helpful and friendly and professional Museum I haven't had any problems except I didn't realize how fragile the the flooring was and the movie made pools in the floor and then I have little issues with the cabinets everything is working really well

Others not so much.

Quality and workmanship of drywall and paint was lacking.

Terrible quality of materials in this Lennar home, would never buy from them again.

I’m glad we came with an experience and knowledgeable realtor. Please review your paperwork and make sure your loan officer communicates with you where you understand the closing documents. Overall I would say it’s 4/5 for me.

Lennar was quick to send a tech who knew immediately what the problem was. A quick adjustment to the default damper setup did the trick!

My experience was fantastic everyone was welcoming and respectful from start to finish.

Same as above and when I called to ask a question I was referred to the supplier not Lennar to handle.

The buying experience was ok . It was after the sale when you notice issues that the builder refuses to fix. Like grading issues and water problems that they won't address. It is very disconcerting

We had communication issues as it pertained to the exterior color scheme and after proving what was promised by the Lennar Salesman they basically told us to take it or leave it.

My loan officer Cesar wants to friendly , he didn’t explain the process , but when I would ask again for clarity and understanding I would notice his frustration.

Lennar emphasizes that Sod is not covered under warranty. Understandable! However, what they don’t tell you is they will come and tear your yard up (digging and whatnot) and won’t even notify the home owner. What they won’t tell you is that they’ll replace all the damage done by construction at the lowest priority I’ve even experienced. We were told our oven was brand new (we found a scratch on it before signing and told them we wanted it replaced). They covered the scratch so we didn’t know it was the same one and shipped us a new door AFTER WE SIGNED so it wasn’t covered under warranty at all. The location is good and builder delivered the unit as promised date. I also mortgage through Lennar and that process went smooth Didn't notice any changes in structure or design than advertised while taking possession. However my unit price was advertised higher than other unit near by or in the community. I wanted to go for a end unit and I was told that that unit is 16K higher price. Hence we decided to go for a middle unit.The day I booked my unit, very next day that end unit price was reduced by another 25K which is much less than the middle unit. I even raised this during closing and I was told that my concern will be raised to Lennar management. However I ended up paying lot higher price for the same house compared to similar houses. I felt the selling process was not fully transparent as all house sold are available in public records. ... More

The experience was not completely disappointing but it was not amazing either.

Issues with sod repond time was awful.

Everything went great during the home buying process. I have two mortgages with them. One was for the main mortgage and the second was for down payment assistance. Both mortgages were supposed to be transferred to the servicing company at the same time. However, they screwed up on the first mortgage which delayed sending it over to the servicing company. For my first month's payment, I had to pay the first mortgage with Lennar and the second mortgage with the new servicing company. Lennar now says I didn't make the payment for the second mortage. They have dinged my credit as a result by telling the credit bureaus that I am 2 months past due. I event called Lennar before this showed up on my credit and they said it would be straightened out and not to worry. A bunch of liars and idiots. ... More

Overall decent home but so so so many imperfections everywhere. Nails popping, creaky floorboard, missing caulk, dented walls. Definitely can tell they use cheap contractors. The special interest is what helped but definitely a lot of headaches to deal with.

I hesitated to write this review. I wanted to make sure I will give a right one. We moved to the house five weeks ago. Right from the beginning we had to replace the MB countertop because it was broken. That was done very quickly. We had few more minor items to be corrected and that was taken care of as well. The challenge was with the bigger items. Our dishwasher was not installed properly and it was leaking…. We had to have part of the kitchen floor to be replaced and now we are waiting for cabinets to be replaced as well. That is not going to happen until next week…. We are also have a problem with our kitchen counter top…. It is damaged and despite the crew trying to clean it….. it is still damaged… I do not know what the months ahead reveal…we have been in the house for only seven weeks… ... More
