Lennard is a huge builder and continue to I grow, good job! I applaud them for providing affordable homes to the nation! Where I live, there is plenty of land, yet the homes were build less than 8 feet apart! Why? May be the more together the homes are is better, just like apartments! Great job and very fast building!

Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Recommend

I have many things to say about Lennar — my experience has truly been the worst ever. During the home-buying process, I constantly had to follow up with Lennar staff just to get answers to my questions. Their customer service was poor, but unfortunately, the worst was yet to come. On closing day, Lennar was supposed to pay my hazard insurance through the escrow account — but they didn’t. My policy was at risk of cancellation. When Lennar finally issued the payment, they ended up reversing it. It has now been three weeks, and the Lennar staff have stopped responding to my emails and ...

New Single Family Home in Country Club Setting

It started with a drive by in the Fall of 24, than a site visit where Arthur showed us several properties, condos and single family homes. We liked what we saw but since we were not local, we held off to look around a bit more. Finally in Spring of 25 we purchased the Victoria style home, and construction was complete in August. There were some minor issues, but overall nothing major and Lennar did engage immediately to address things. We have not been in the home long, but so far we are happy with the purchase, the development (Heritage Landing), Lennar, our neighbors, and the people who we ...

I will and already have cautioned others regarding this development. The day after I went to settlement they dropped prices 40k on same unit. Paint in unit very poor quality. Was told that areas would be covered except for sod (watering) a prospective buyer recently told me that HOA will not cover areas. The sales agent represented otherwise and did the same on other points.

First of all, I like this home because it is close to my son’s place. It’s nice to have a brand new home. It’s clean and it’s comfortable and the size of the rooms are plenty enough. The windows are large. There’s plenty parking for visitors. The HOA keeps the area clean. The stores are easy to navigate and not too far. I think it’s a good area.

1) We don't like kitchen cabinets without handles; 2) There is no gutter to receive rainwater from the roof, causing erosion in the garden of the house; 3) Some of the drawers in the kitchen cabinets are stucks. WE HOPE YOU SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS SOON!

Lennar lies

Lennar lies and has poor planning. Throughout the buying process, Lennar promised that there’d be landscaping by Lennar or the HOA in a certain key area that was influential in our buying decision. After taking possession of the house, Lennar deflected to the HOA. The HOA which is owned by Lennar outright refused any landscaping. The area in question remains rocks and trash - a permanent blemish on the neighborhood. Due to poor planning by Lennar, 2 months after moving into this house we still don’t have mail service. Since Lennar is building by the mailbox still, it is expected that we ...

Home buying experience was average as I've bought from another builder previously and it was the same. My issue is they rush to build these houses as fast as possible and they make A LOT of mistakes. We've already had to make numerous warranty claims after only 5-6 weeks of living in the house. SLOW DOWN AND BUILD THE HOUSES WITH MORE CARE.

The walkthrough was so fast that we miss a lot of issues. Once the walkthrough is done , then you are informed that the second walkthrough is only to cover that everything that was identified in the first walkthrough was fixed. Then you are informed that a new issues identified after the first walkthrough is going to delay the closing time. Basically the builder put you against the wall. Then after closing the builder informs you that any new issue goes through the insurance company. Also, there is only one time fix for almost all the issues. Very disappointing

There has been some random issues we’ve had to call in for warranty. Lennar is responsive, however each item has taken several days to get attention. Everything is at least one day for a telephone call, then a day or two to have someone come out. By the time they come out issues are usually fixed quickly. Aiden is very responsive and gave me his cell phone number and I’ve reached out with questions and gotten responses fairly quickly. I rated quality low due to my home specs was go be built with wood on the stairs and it wasn’t. Some various items was missed on building the home. We found ...

Still have blue tape from QA/QC department all ovef my walls. CM never took notes during final walk-through and failed to do any of the punchlist items. Window clips were thrown on my counter and not installed (told me they were a courtesy and not required). Lied to my sales rep about insulation over garage. Outlets don't work. Paint overspray everywhere. Weather stripping I can see day light through. Metal Studs, vs wood. Copper clad aluminum wiring. $500mm for a cheaply built.

The home buying process was some what easy. But the home was poorly put together. The caulking throughout the home was poorly done. The weather stripping around the doors is spotty. I've had problems with the breaker box, dishwasher, and outlets, and no utility closet. Jusr 3 bedrooms, 2 barhs. I have no doorbell, no shower door, and no towel bars. The worst part is that my neighborhood is accepting Section 8. Which is something I heard that Lennar approves of. I never would have purchased a home through Lennar if I had this information upfront. Lessons have been learned. Do your ...

The biggest issue is the interior design, its awful. It seems that the guy designed interior part of the did not have any knowledge of how to use the space. Too small bathrooms and cabinets are very bad with no drawers. It is a waste of money and Im not happy with my purchase. The homes are priced very high. I don't recommend anyone to buy.

Purchased home, had the walk thru. Things were needing repairs before we moved in. Was told place would be cleaned and things fixed. 2 things still not done. A back screen door latch was damaged and repaired 2 times. I made the comment of replacing latch. Was not done. I have to pay with latch just to use it to exit lanai. One time I exited the lanai I had to go around to the house for to get in. The next item is I was told the place works be cleaned. It looked clean awe walked in. After cleaning floors myself the are staying on the tiles through out the condo. I still want that looked at.

My experience with the mortgage process was largely positive. The team was very responsive and quick to address any issues, and the approval process was smooth. However, the escrow phase was confusing due to a clear lack of communication between the escrow team and the loan officer. The closing statement had to be revised three times, which was frustrating and required extra effort on my part. The sales process was excellent with great communication throughout. As for the build quality, I would rate it as neutral. Several major components were non-operational at closing, which required ...

This is our first home and overall our experience was fine. If it wasn’t for an agent in another Lennar community, I would’ve never bought this home because the Devin the realtor was not very helpful and personable. She was very unprofessional and spoke badly of the Lennar agent who actually helped us. The homes are over priced and don’t match the comps in the area and if you don’t know or negotiate you will be over paying. There are people in our neighborhood who purchased same home for less. Other builders are more transparent. They make you feel like your getting a massive discount but in ...
