Overall, my home buying experience was great — the process itself went smoothly, and I felt well-supported throughout the purchase. However, once I moved in, I started noticing several flaws in the house that weren't obvious during the initial walkthroughs. It's clear now that certain shortcuts were taken during construction or finishing, which is disappointing given the price point of the home. Another issue is that I was not provided with the HOA rules at closing. This has caused some confusion after moving in, as I’ve had to learn about restrictions and requirements after the fact, which isn’t ideal. While I still enjoy the home and the community overall, I do feel the quality of construction doesn’t fully reflect the cost. Easy process, excellent service and team from beginning to the end even after we got the keys and close the house , fast response, and they listen and resolve the problem, The quality of the house is good compared to with the price you pay for.

I was ok until I woke up one morning and my sliding glass door was physically open. I was ok until a construction worker used his code to open my front door and I had to run in terror to the door when I saw he was about to step into my house. I was told the builder code was removed on the day of closing. It was well over a month later when the worker walked into my house. The workers have utilized my electricity, blocked my driveway several times since I moved here and I had to go over to the agents office to get a sign to indicate "private residence" before anyone from Lennar did it. Although Lennar sent some one over to remove the door code again, I am just not sure they even care that I am over with the chaos of all the construction. I just expected so much more. Wouldn’t recommend Lennar to anyone

Cheryl processed the loan for me. Absolutely could not happen without her. She went way out of her way to help me. Dion is an honest broker. Good man. Lennar underwriting was a nightmare to say the least. My credit is/was perfect. Worst experience.

Moved in 6 weeks ago. They didn't finish caulking the upstairs bathroom, the laundry room door doesn't latch, one wall in the upstairs has drywall that moves when you push on it (not properly nailed up), and they left half the building extras in my master bedroom instead of the garage. Aside from the use of flat paint in the bathroom, it's fine. The bigger issue is that my loan agent told me that the first year of HOA fees was covered with my mortgage. This was a flat lie as I was notified 6-weeks in that I owed $625. I do not trust them, but for the price and interest rate for the house, what real choice do I have? ... More

We were always supported promptly by the sales staff. Ryan was always good at responding to emails. The construction manager Josh also was responsive and helpful.

Had A completely terrible experience due to Moving in 2 Months ahead before I ever even had grass installed. Terrible as far as overall Experience Definitely Started out with a great Experience until I moved in then it was like you purchased we no longer care about you. There's A bunch of Minor things we noticed wrong as time passed, But doesn't matter I already paid. They Take your Money and run instead of making things right I also Have chips in my fence form them getting ground ready for the Sprinkler set up, Contractors left trash in yard also

First off there was no model to look at! There was no shower door in master shower; no towel racks in any of the 3 bathrooms. No grab bars for us seniors. We had to purchase our own garage opener for the small garage. The patio out back - you can’t even put a chair on it (it’s too small). I wasn’t allowed to change the carpet in the bedrooms to tile unless I paid for it after closing. We had to get the plumber out for the water heater and washing machine

Overall our feelings are mixed regarding working with Lennar. Kasey was outstanding to say the least! We believe the purchaser should be allowed some input regarding finishing being installed into the home they're purchasing within reason of course. To purchase a property knowing you're going to replace the bathroom and kitchen is somewhat silly. A brand new house should be complete in our opinion. It's not to say we're not happy with our house but I could be better if allowed a couple inputs. We also didn't understand the timing of the builder. That speaks for itself when you buy with Lennar. To excel in some areas and blunder in others blithe's the entire process. Do better with the finishings! We do have a wonderful home in a wonderful. Appliance alarmed with code F202 over a month ago I have been unable to get it repaired or replaced.

After showing interest in the property our Lennar agent would not reply or answer any of our questions. It was almost impossible to get a response and even delayed our closing date. Our Lennar lending agent also lacked urgency in a market were rates were fluctuating daily. I wish we would have had better communication because the process caused a lot of stress and anxiety in a time when we should have been excited and celebrating our new home purchase.

Bought on the spot quality home great neighborhood. We were out of staters. Lennar team help along the way We're great full to be in a beautiful home of our dreams

I would write more words in a review, but Lennar did nothing special or out of the ordinary for me so there’s no reason for me to give them any further review. They built a home and I paid for it. Thats pretty much it.

Some things they are great a few other things they need to work on like the day we closed escrow the person that did the walk through NEVER called us back even after we Text him twice but other people like Ryan in the sales office is the BEST.

Overall all a good experience

Lots of paint splatters. Windows were filthy…..never cleaned after installation. Construction debris at the end of the street has never been cleaned up. Positives….. quality flooring. Clean installation of furnace and water heater. Masonry work looks good. Appliances are above average. Closing was seamless Suggestions to make it better. Use screws for Sheetrock instead of nails to eliminate nail pops. Don’t use FLAT paint. Satin would improve the look and cleaning substantially. Do a better job of cleaning prior to someone moving in such as paint splatters and eliminating the Sheetrock dust from the tile floors. Don’t close any of the interior doors after painting….. several had marks where the door had stuck to the jam and then opened, removing some paint. ... More
