The sales team made the purchase process very easy. The townhomes are put together very nicely with plenty of storage. Home is light and bright even though we only have windows on the East and West sides. The landscaping is very nice and taken care of very well. We love it here!

House wasn’t cleaned professionally before closing. Only can report issues that you see during walkthrough. After that it’s a battle.

The process was smooth and easy from start to closing. Price was right and everything has gone great.

Watch out for a salesman showing up right after your closing and trying to sell you a water treatment system. I paid $2500 more than my neighbor and was charged too much on the interest. Don't fall for the story he has.

I bought my 1st home from Lennar. Considering my experience I went with Lennar again and that was my blunder mistake I must have ever done. I don't have any issue with the sales, but the Lender gave me a tough time due to Quality of work and STILL I HAVE a problem which is not properly responded. Secondly, response to my problem was not taken properly.

I regret buying this home. Every single day, I regret it. There are so many hidden poor craftsman issues that I find. From ceiling light covers randomly falling, to ethernet ports being installed the wrong way, to THE worst floors I have ever had the displeasure of having. There really is no end to how poor quality of the home this is. Its a shame, because the floorplan is fantastic. But the corner cutting to save every penny, or in some cases just poor craftsmanship is where the regret comes in. Need customer service BEFORE you buy? LENNAR has you covered. But AFTER??? Maddie did not communicate throughout the home buying experience. I am an out of state buyer and having somebody in that position was critical to the success of my buying and closing. I requested multiple times to notify me when the sod would be installed, she didn't, and then Lennar would not honor the warranty. I will be posting truthfully negative public comments. Lennar will have one more opportunity to reimburse me for the sod or I will post the comments and then take them to small claims. I will win.

The whole process is smooth.

The home-buying process with Lennar was easy and stress-free, thanks to the builder’s great communication and support. The quality of the home is fantastic, with thoughtful craftsmanship and great value for the price. The builder kept every promise, responded quickly to questions, and truly cared about making sure I was happy. We truly enjoyed the home celebration (walkthrough) of the house as we were shown how to operate all of the appliances and features. If you’re looking for a reliable builder who makes the experience enjoyable, I’d definitely recommend them!

At the time of purchase everything went smoothly. However, at one time when it looked like our home in southern Oregon was not going to sell, we had thought we would have to cancel the purchase order. Instead of someone from Lennar contacting us to discuss possible options that could secure the house, no one contacted us. The refrigerator and sink are of mediocre quality for the price of the property. It was not an option to have outlets on the island. After moving in there were nails under the carpet, near the door thresholds. After several requests to fix the issues, the response was: "fix it yourself." The paint of the exterior was incorrect and when we tried to address that, we were met with indifference, almost rudeness of the officials. this is the 2nd Lennar home we've owned and they have always been responsive to any requests and I just love all that's already included plus for extra cost you can upgrade your designer package!

We closed on our Lennar house on July 10, 2025. Our Lennar sales guy was great! We feel like we got a good house with a great view for a great price!…..however, after closing, we noticed many shortcomings in the quality of our home. All the walls were painted with a cheap commercial grade paint, so plan on painting ALL your walls. Lennar doesn’t furnish toilet paper holders, towel bars etc! They also don’t install gutters along the back or sides of your house, only the front! Within 6 weeks of closing, we’ve already have a roof leak. At least Lennar is sending a roofer right away, but we feel the quality of workmanship is subpar! Also, when you belong to an HOA, you have to abide by THEIR rules. This can be a good thing, however, if you want to change your front door color to a different color than what’s provided, you have to pick something in the Associations color scheme and get it approved. Driving down our street, and thru new home buildings, can be tricky, as there are many trucks, supplies & garbage to navigate around. But hopefully this will be gone in a couple of months. Really was an overall easy process. First home purchase and all went well. Thank you lennar!!!

Overall, we are happy with our house. I wish we had been able to upgrade some things during the building process, but that wasn't an option. We used Lennar as our lender and it was painful! I think we got a decent deal, but from start to finish it was cumbersome and way more complicated than any of the other 6 houses we've purchased. There have been many frustrations since we've moved in. The finishes are pretty cheap and I can see already they won't stand up to daily living.

Experienced lot of quality issues since we moved in, did not expect this with the Lennar quality.

I want to start off by saying we got a great deal from Lennar and the value for your money is pretty decent. The issues here however are that the model homes they have are all different from the actual built homes. They will change amenity packages in the middle of a build without consulting the buyer and not come through clear with the differences of what you had seen in a model and the home you decide to buy. I ultimately chose Lennar because it appeared to be that they used higher quality materials and appliances than their competitor D.R. Horton, but was shocked to find out during final walk through that appliances turned out to be bottom range appliances completely different to what was seen in the model. Not only that, but they also used cost cutting tactics to cheap out on flooring putting carpet where it shouldn't have been, took out the back splash and lied about their "connected home package" with smart thermostat and video doorbell as neither one of those were installed in the whole building of where our townhouse was purchased. On top of this, the first day we moved in our water heater and electrical room breaker kept tripping so we had to file a warranty claim immediately upon moving in because we had no hot water. Lennar sent an electrician in the next day extremely quick but it took them 3 tries all day to diagnose and fix the issue. Needless to say, it's a pretty nice home but I would be doubtful in purchasing a house with this builder again. ... More

Overall, it was a great experience. It got a little upsettingly when I was dealing with the loan process, but in the end everything worked out fine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the home looked amazing. I was please with the price of the home and the interest rate was second to none. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new build to check out Lennar.

Lennar was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions I have. The whole buying experience was made easy. Our home is built well and everything works fine. The appliances are standard, but you can upgrade. The HOA is expensive, but includes WiFi. We would buy from them again if we needed to.

From start to finish my experience was Phenomenal. Professionalism, knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. I felt truly appreciated.

Salesman wonderful Christina was very helpful and aware of her product. Lennar Mortgage was not so good and informative needs some attention on her understanding of loan process.

Very disappointed in our new build. Cheap construction & quality. They used the cheapest appliances they could find. The 1st 2 builds in our community have double pane windows, ours are single pane & the condensation every day is crazy. They just threw the houses together as quickly as possible with multiple issues for the homeowners to handle. Our floors ate uneven, our garage wasn't working correctly, the refrigerator & dishwasher were so cheap we have already replaced them. We regret buying a new build right now.

The entire process was negative. The salesperson was clueless. The loan officers were unprofessional. The construction manager was helpful. The title person would not return my call. She gave me the wrong cost to closing. I can not recommend Lennar to anyone.

Lennar has been a very disappointing experience. Their communication is terrible, the seller, lender, and processors don’t work together as a team. Instead of being on the same page, they go back and forth, pass the blame, and create unnecessary delays. The loan officer was not professional or nice to deal with, and overall customer service has been poor. On top of that, the workmanship of the house is not impressive. The home was not turned over in a clean or well-finished condition, floors and walls are dusty, some paint issues, which is unacceptable after such a big purchase. For a company that has everything in-house, you’d expect a smoother process, but they just don’t deliver. I cannot recommend Lennar based on my experience. ... More
