It’s normal for a home buyer

They do lots of asking same things as if they forgot what was asked

2nd home purchased at Oak Hammock in DeLand. Great deal on the house, great salesperson (once again, Madison Schuster comes through) and the closing process was smooth (thank you Kristen Koener). House was professionally inspected pre-close and our inspector remarked how well built the house was. We may just buy one or two others there!

Our experience was top notch from the outset with our Nancy our Sales Consultant and Lisa our Sales Concierge and continued right thru to the Tony and his on-site Construction Team as well as Matt and the Area Construction Team. We took advantage of the full compliment of Lennar Home product offering including Mortgage Finance (Haley & Julie), Insurance (Christina & Rachel), Closing Services (Teresa) and Approved Partner Vendors (Caribbean: Jake). Every last individual and department executed flawlessly. We could not be more pleased with the experience and have complete confidence that Lennar will stay connected and supporting to us during the subsequent warranty timeline, Customer Care Representative (Reyes) has already provided excellent follow-up and support service. The sales process was friendly and smooth, but the closer I got to closing I ran into issues with the dishonesty and unreliability of the quality assurance manager. Thus, issues with the workmanship of the house that needed to be completed prior to closing, didn't occur until afterwards and I then had to take extra measures and time to get them addressed. Now that I've officially moved in, I've run into a few quality of workmanship issues (HVAC, cheap paint, faulty electrical installation), but they've been pretty quick to address the issues through the warranty portal. I was HIGHLY impressed with the professionalism of Lennar. They were very detailed oriented to my needs and wants. I was highly satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely recommend to others.

I would like to express my concerns regarding my experience throughout the home buying process, from signing the contract to closing. I strongly recommend thoroughly reviewing your contract before submitting earnest money, as once signed, withdrawal is impossible. I felt pressured to sign and pay before fully understanding the contract terms, which I now regret. The process was highly stressful, and I found it challenging to obtain honest and timely answers to my questions. Additionally, I was encouraged to purchase a larger home than I needed, under the promise of incentives that were ultimately misleading. There were issues with transparency regarding credits and incentives; what was initially promised as a $20,000 credit was reduced to $15,000, which affected my closing costs and obliged me to cover additional expenses. Furthermore, not all keys were provided at closing, and the closing attorneys, who are affiliated with Lennar, did not fully disclose mistakes made during the process, opting to conceal issues until the last moment. My address was not established on time due to delayed paperwork, and it has been approximately two months since closing. According to HOA records, my residence is not yet registered, preventing participation in community meetings, which has been quite frustrating. Overall, I believe these issues stem from practices that could be improved. I do want to acknowledge that the customer service team has been responsive and helpful in addressing some of these concerns. However, I regret my purchase and wish I had opted for an existing home or a smaller model instead. ... More

Lennar corporate does not have proper handoff between Lennar builder, sales team, Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Home insurance causing the buyer to run through multiple hoops to provide the same information. Transparency especially with Lennar Mortgage team is very limited and is the cause for a lot of frustration with the overall buying process.

Lennar does not care about new home owners after the exact day of closure.

A few little start up issues but the builder is very responsive in addressing any concerns. Very happy with the construction and location.

Good quality built home with a great view,, price was reasonable

Starting from the day we signed the contract till the closing it hardly took 5 weeks. Mina Rezaei, Jon Jacoby, Julio Perera and many other LENNAR team members made sure we cross the line. Kudos to all of them. LENNAR closed for us with best possible APR and we were able to get home insurance as well through them. Best buying experience ever.

Was great working with everyone from start to finish was always fast to respond with any questions or concerns would definitely recommend you to them.

Our closing process with Lennar was highly unsatisfactory. The representative, Diana, displayed unhelpful and defensive behavior, particularly when questioned about inconsistencies in the final numbers, including a missing wire transfer. Furthermore, an agreement was made regarding the use of buyer funds for non-recurring expenses, which Diana contradicted by stating Lennar's historical policy of not covering such costs even though it was agreed to be paid we had to pay the cost. During the signing of closing documents, several discrepancies were identified, which Diana prioritized over accuracy, insisting on signing on time despite incorrect paperwork. This caused delays while corrections were made. After closing, additional payment was unexpectedly requested due to inaccurate figures once again. The realtor commission funds were also held longer than necessary. Diana stated that HUD would not be paid until funds were received. Though the funds were eventually paid to Lennar, the $17,000 HUD payment, for a closing in April, remains unpaid as of July. The check was initially issued with incorrectly missing account information, returned, and re-issued to the wrong company, demonstrating disregard for payment instructions. Attempts to address this with Diana resulted in blame directed towards the lender, and she took no accountability. This experience with Lennar has been incredibly frustrating and negatively impacted the homebuying process." we are currently working on attempting to collect our 17k payment so we can pay hud directly hopefully the person reading this can help us expedite our payment to us since Lennar title can’t get it right. ... Everything ran smoothly from the sale to the mortgage and title to the build. I loved how the app had milestones. We couldn't be happier in our new home. I would definately recommend Lennar as a builder. An amazing experience!

For our first home, we decided to go with Lennar at Asante. Very affordable homes and well built in a highly competitive market. Their team was very thorough during the entire home-buying process and answered all of our immediate concerns. Would highly recommend to all living in the Phoenix metro area.

My experience with Lennar was great! Everything was smooth as can be. From viewing to signing, my experience was great. Jose was great help when needed and didn’t hesitate to help out with any questions, even if they didn’t exactly have to do with him. Overall a great experience and would highly recommended Lennar to any future homebuyers.

The representatives I worked with during my homebuying experience were very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Bobby, Samantha, Jessica, Adonia, and Esther were AWESOME, they made purchasing my home easy!

I can honestly say my first time home buying purchase didn't go as well planned. My loan officer was horrible at communicating. If I never reached out to her she would probably have never called me etc. the lady who showed us the houses stopped talking to us after she knew we were going to be purchasing the home. The communication was poorly all around. Joshua the construction manager was amazing and Brandon the warranty manager was also very helpful. Over the home is what I wanted and 2 months in no issues have been raised.

Really good overall experience with the purchase and follw up.

The people at Synovus/ Lennar really made this home buying experience one of the greatest things to happen in my life! They are very professional informed, patient, courteous and forthcoming! They made my wife Jacqueline and I feel safe . And we are happy with the purchase of our new home! Thank you. From the bottom of our heart!

Overall it was easy to purchase this home. Would have preferred to be able to upgrade to a better appliance package. Also include items such as towel bars and curtain rods. Lennar mortgage was difficult to deal with.
