I did a remote closing and it went smoothly. However, some of the items that were supposed to be taken care of before the closing: General cleaning, Fire alarm chirping, cabinet hardware falling off, Tile floor stains and missing garage door openers were not addressed. I closed on 5/228 and started moving in a month later. As of this writing the fire alarm is the only item addresed

Used Lennar mortgage and was happy with the overall process and competitive rates. Lennar employees were friendly and professional.

Impressive service and public relations , it was a great experience dealing and purchasing a home from lannar and their staff.

Working with the sales team was great. They were attentive, helpful and responded to inquiries promptly. Quality of work was very good. Primarily due to the thorough quality checks. They didn't miss any details. I love the Next Gen feature in the Discovery model. However, please note space is taken from the master closets and kitchen in order to accommodate the Next Gen apartment. Closets in the Primary bedroom and kitchen cabinets are small. Also didn't like that there were no options. Color choices and materials were all selected by the builder, with no opportunity for upgrades or changes. I just want to say a great thank you to Lennar home builder for there excellent work they did for my new home. They are very reliable and dependable all their workers are professional and trustworthy.

First disappointment is that I wasn’t made aware of the promotions going on at the time I went to visit the community. property I tried to talked them into transferring my deposit to one of the models on promotion but got denied. Moving day came, it was a hot weekend and AC wasn’t working at all. Made an emergency call to have it checked. Found the AC had faulty wiring, 2 nights without AC. BTW, filter was also filthy and customer service did replaced it but it took 6 weeks. Garage, patio and porch are still looking filthy with discoloration. Customer service agreed to washed it but we didn’t do it cuz we just moved and our personal stuff are still a mess in the garage. Anyway it may not be worthy after all. It should not have been handed down to buyer like that… Sliding screen door wheel was faulty, and master bath towel holder is short so it keeps falling. Irrigation system in the backyard was leaking. Sewer/utility caps on the driveway was not bolted down. We encountered all these issues while moving in… It’s not the best work I expected from Lennar since this is my 2nd home. Terrible experience, can’t get into touch with Lennar for any help whatsoever, no one responds or returns voices. Many issues, a major one being locked out of the gate of my home community for multiple weeks because NO gate clickers or codes were provided at closing.

I had a great home buying experience with Lennar starting from my first contact with the agent, to dealing with the construction manager who gave me updates about progress on my new home, to the quality control manager and the customer service folks who quickly resolved minor issues that I had after moving in. in.

We recently worked with Lennar to construct our new home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and highly skilled. The quality of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations, and they kept us well-informed throughout every stage of the build. They stayed on schedule and within budget, which is rare in today’s market. We’re thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented home builder.

We were looking for a winter home in FL near family and Lennar homes was a good investment for our purposes. We also got a very nice house for a great price. We are still moving into the house but all seems to be very good so far.

We had a bad experience buying a home with Lennar. We felt rushed and pressured to purchase our home, while we were on vacation, otherwise Lennar stated that they would remove the incentives offered to us. We continually were referred to different people for every little detail. There was no one consistently available for us to discuss issues with. Everything had to be documented by email, as several people would not speak on the phone! Even now, 7 weeks following our purchase, I am unable to get answers to simple questions concerning our home! Love my home, the area, and the process except for all the portals!!! You have to register for numerous portals to speak to someone, to pay your monthly HOAs to get any info there is a portal! No paperwork, just more portals!!!

Poor Quality, Awful Experience, and Worst Service.

Overall, a good experience. There are a few minor 'new home' issues to address, but these are not unexpected. Things to improve: Water softener should be included. Patio & deck should be included. Landscaping is a little underwhelming. It should match the price of the home.

I trusted Lennar for providing a carefree house, however please get your own inspector.

The home buying process with Lennar is great and seamless. We chose to go with Lennar Mortgage and that made it even more smooth. If you are building with Lennar you need to be prepared, there is no grey area and VERY limited choices. The quality of material continually went down as we went through the process of picking a lot and building. We went from you have several choices of cabinet to you get white. Our pocket door is unusually small and the powder room sink isn't even big enough to hold soap for guests. These are the details, they have forgotten about. If someone gave thought to how a person lives in a house, this would be an amazing builder. Floor plan options, communication, resolution of issues are all A+ with Lennar. ... More

The actual buying experience initially was very smooth, however since closing escrow and moving end to the community I am less than pleased with certain things. 1. - HOA covenants was not provided to me prior to signing purchase agreement nor was it provided to me at the close of escrow. Not being provided a copy and then receiving a violation letter for information that I was unaware is a little off kilter. (not happy) 2. I have followed 3 separate instructions for the homeowner request for community pool key and still have not received key or further communication from Legacy HOA as to the status of my request. (left VM, no response, 2nd call, was advised to request pool key via email, received pool request form via email response, filled out and physically mailed request to main office in Frisco, TX per instructions and still haven't received key) 3. No appropriate storage within house/rooms 4. No lighting in closets 5. Garage interior unfinished 6. Driveway stained; sidewalks along street and within community are already severely cracked and are in need of repair for the safety of the residents in the community 7. No transparency. If I didn't ask questions for the purpose of homeowner information, nothing was provided 8. Grass was dug up by ATT; left it a mess and dead grass but there was no prior notification or approval from homeowners that this was happening or going to happen and no explanation as to why. Can’t wait till I buy another home looking forward to working with same group of people

Overall this home is very well built. Good trades did the work. Floor plan is wonderful (Paris). Landscaping is really nice. Grass is thick and healthy. We are in exactly the type of lot we wanted with a pond and a generous back yard. It’s big my first new house so I know there are hiccups and expect to work through them to success. Finishes are average in Lennar homes. Quartz countertops are thin. The back half of two counters is not polished - it’s still rough. I’ve put in a request to repair. Joints are not tight in molding but have been caulked at my request. By final walk through minor things were well repaired. But…..it’s hard to get support through the app and though some support has been excellent the need to rely on a difficult website is disappointing. Manager and web interface help is great. Major disappointments: pavers in driveway and edge of walk way are collapsed and bricks crumbling with normal activity. Back screen door only closes half way and it was once fixed. Cabinets are cheap and door closures flimsy. Paint inside is watered down, flat and chalky. I understand the need to spray everything requires thinning the paint. But this is very thin. On the “good list”: Tile and floor work is excellent. Walls are square and even. Ceiling texture is great. We love the house and we have great neighbors. ... More

This is not my first time buying a house with a national builder. I feel the quality of the drywall work in my house was sub-par. Inside corners are not smooth and appear to be a rushed job. There is a giant crack in the ceiling from the middle of the living room to the island. I understand house move and shift but I am hoping this gets fixed at some point. There was also a large chunk of concrete missing from the front porch. This was fixed by just slapping some fill in it which does not look great. Also over time will probably chip out. The builder should have had the porch replaced. I am not a fan of the white trim and cabinets. The quality of the cabinets seem rather cheap considering the price point of the house. I also know that even if we would have done a "dirt sale" we still would not have had a different option in trim/cabinets. I don't understand why a towel ring was not provided in the main bath upstairs and in the owners suite. It would be nice to have those provided and installed as part of the overall package. It would also be useful to have a storage cabinet or larger vanity in the master bath. A ceiling fan would also be very useful in the laundry room as there is no air movement in there and it becomes very hot and stuff which will lead to mold done the road. Not exactly sure about the quality of workmanship. I found things that should have been done differently. Some paint, wood material that should have been changed out or turns another way. Flower beds are crowded. Way too many plants. Just odds and ends. Little things that add up. 90% are too small to call and have fixed. I did them myself
