Overall purchasing experience was great. The whole Lennar team was very helpful and responsive to my concerns. Buyers should be vigilant hiring a qualified independent inspector and insist on being allowed enough time to address any issues before the final walk through. Finance and sales team were top notch. Quality of the home is good, but first time buyers need to understand the difference between a move in ready home and a home that needs upgrades from builder grade materials, paint, etc. The design of the house is nice and the yard is spacious. From beginning to end all Lennar employees were attentive, responsive and helpful. They made the process easy.

My buyer experience was something to be desired. I have purchased several homes from Lennar without any significant problems. They were not prepared to provide service from financing, closing and move in. If you. Had a question regarding anything, there was either no response or you had to go through numerous people. The did not know the correct post office to establish mail delivery. We were very disappointed. No one was in charge of this new community. This was not a good experience.

The sale staff and grounds men are great and very professional. I would of love the overhead desk, but I'll reach out to Lennar builders to install the deck after market. Overall, my wife and I love our space. Please fix the drainage outside. When it rain, the street gets flooded very fast.

Happy with home but some issues. One appliance did not work from start and instead of replacing appliance we had to go through warranty repair that has taken 6 weeks so far. Interior paint is subpar not best quality.

Loan processors were available to answer questions at any time. Knowledgeable and professional people

Although Pam, my sales rep, and Des, my builder rep did their best to accommodate, it’s obvious to me that Lennar’s puts profits over customers. No blinds or even towel / to racks. Lawn is embarrassingly awful. Kitchen island crooked. Kitchen countertops amateur job. Light switches in random /stupid places. I have 3 Lennar homes now. Won’t do it again.

Lennar is dishonest, deceiving, and shady

Lennar Homes needs to be investigated for shady unethical business practices. They sold me a home that they appraised at $545,000 and 2 days after I closed they reduced the sales price for the same exact home for $495,000, $50,000 less than I paid 2 days prior. Not only that the quality and workmanship is so bad that I'm not sure its safe. The first night I went to turn the bathroom light on and the plate/cover came off and then got hit with a bolt of electricity that didn't feel good to say the least. House was infested with mice both dead and alive because every door had gaps.. Gutters that weren't attached. Bathrooms without lights, mirrors, towel racks. Gr8 Value Investment in right pricing strategy

The entire home buying process went very smoothly from initial signing to closing. All parties involved were very helpful.

Nice home but make sure to hire a home inspector before closing. Found things that needed to be addressed, but Lennar fixed almost everything by closing. Final walk through I found a few things not fixed which they addressed right away upon my walk through on day before close. Just had a warranty claim on an electric outlet and they arrived and repaired within an hour. Great service!!

Buying- Prepare yourself to be rushed throughout the great home buying experience. Inspections- Have a trustworthy inspector and schedule ahead of time through the home building period, Modelos are the builders choice of hydration. SOD- You’re sod will be left out to dry in the Texas heat, on the stack it comes in and then installed just to be told it’s going through SHOCK, During a stage 3 watering restriction.

Our sales contacts Jim and Lori were outstanding and very helpful at each step along the way. An excellent process. The site team was responsive to our snag list items and made the move-in much easier. Lennar has however to date been completely unresponsive on getting the solar working after Sunova went into Chapter 11.

I recently purchased a home from Lennar, and overall, my experience was quite positive with a few areas for improvement. What I liked: The offer process was smooth and well-coordinated. Lennar's team communicated promptly and ensured that everything progressed as expected. Both the loan officer and the customer sales agent were extremely helpful, making the home-buying journey seamless and less stressful. The construction manager was receptive to any issues I pointed out and was always ready to address them. He also provided some valuable tips on home maintenance. Areas for improvement: There were times when I found it difficult to communicate or reschedule meetings. Some walk-throughs were scheduled without considering my availability, and my attempts to reschedule went unanswered. This led to a few inconvenient situations where I had no choice but to attend as scheduled. While the home overall meets expectations, I feel the quality could be better in some areas. For example, I noticed that the wood quality in the attic was not up to par, and some details like missing garage opener studs were disappointing. In summary, I appreciate Lennar's organized approach and helpful staff, but there are a few areas—particularly regarding communication and certain aspects of construction quality—where improvements can be made. ... I recently moved into my dream home built by Lennar Homes. The design of my home, a Toscana 2, demonstrated attention to detail and an understanding of what an active 55+ year old needs in today's busy times. All the timelines I was given were adhered to, and the final walk-through that I experienced with Gus underlined that fact. From the high ceilings to the wide doorways, I was amazed at how spacious the home looked and felt. They kept excellent records of the various homes available for purchase, and it was so efficient that I was able to select my home easily. Using their loan agent, Cheryl, made the home-buying process seamless. She was very proactive in informing me of the available interest rates and what was required to complete all the necessary paperwork for me to secure the loan for my new home. It was one of the least stressful processes I have taken to buy a new home. The quality of the new home exceeded my expectations, and I credit the care team for my experience. Every room reflects the care and skill that went into building the home. Even after moving in, Gus, Eddie, and Michael followed up to ensure I was happy and offered ongoing support for any questions and/or touch-ups that needed addressing. The people very impolite, slow responses, since day 1 until closing date the worst experience

Overall the experience was good, however the quality and attention to detail is lacking in some areas.

The buyi no process was very good. Everything was well explained

Sales rep was super pushy and almost lost the sale. I had to fix several plumbing issues myself after moving in. Kitchen sink had no hot water. Also shower head in master was leaking. Turns out it was cross threaded and I had to replace shower arm. Interior was swarming with fire ants. Luckily an exterminator was available to come out the next day. I understand this is common but Lennar should hire an exterminator to prevent this even if they need to recommend continued service after sale. Interested to see how house holds up in a hurricane; rafters look like they were thrown together by a greenhorn with no supervision. Could have got a comparable home for less money from another builder and it would have had a sprinkler system. ... More

We recently purchased a home through Kenner, and overall, the process was smooth and professional. Everything from start to finish was handled efficiently. However, upon closing, our family did not receive any welcome gifts, basket, or signage to commemorate the occasion. We’ve seen other neighbors receive these thoughtful touches, so it was a little disappointing not to be celebrated in the same way. It’s the small things that make a big difference during such an important milestone.
