The qualification process was efficient and seamless. The only minor inconvenience encountered was the necessity of a remote closing, which precluded the opportunity for celebratory photographs. Regarding the residence, I am thoroughly enjoying my new home. I believe I secured a favorable price point for the property's size when compared to other neighborhoods I considered. There have been a few items requiring attention, which Lenar is diligently addressing. Their communication is commendable, and the work order submission process is straightforward.

We were very impressed on the walk through of the house when we met with Candice. She took us throughout the house and explained the HVAC system, the gfi's, the water turnoffs and went over the appliance features with us. Candice was excellent at answering all our questions and concerns. She also made sure that any touch ups required due to paint or other items were fixed prior to move in date.

Poor quality and experience with Lennar. There was a gas leak from the stove that was improperly installed and no compensation for the inconvenience and health effects. Landscaping wasn’t done by closing and was estimated to be done by May but only started in mid June. Landscapers also damaged my cable wire running over it with a tractor. There is also a concrete barrier to the north of my house blocking the road causing issues with delivery carriers with no estimate on when it’ll re open. Poor quality of finishes inside and outside the house- cabinet drawers are uneven and missing baseboard ...

Your staff lack of care and communication is unconventional. Prior to closing there are promises and actions to be taken and continued communication, but once signed and closed nobody replies or care about what's left to do or spoken off. We were left waiting for things to be accomplish but after closing we were told NO because it was not written. Sod was not not supposed to be put on, the outside walls were and still are .muddy but we are told we have to pay for those things now!

From the home buying to understanding how everything in our new technologically advanced home works to understating and getting solar up and running. The common theme is that you are left to figure it all out on your own. 6-weeks into being in my new home and I’m still without solar.

From the model home sales person to the I would have liked a few more design center options. The quality of the build was a 7. Many of the materials are builder grade. While others are a step above. The design and layout of the house is excellent and one of the reasons we chose this Lennar home. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and service we received throughout the process.

The quality of the work is subpar at best. Things not attached in the kitchen cabinet under the sink. I had water come in the window during a storm due to chunks of mortar in the bottom track keeping the window from closing properly and the damage is still not repaired. They painted semi gloss over Matt paint or vise versa. Nails not hammered all the way in on siding, one sticking out all the way not holding the siding at all. The weather stripping on the back door was all messed up. The back door wouldn’t shut properly. A hole behind the master bath toilet and some kind of blue strapping ...

We started the process of buying a house, I advised we couldn’t move until April. I found the closing date was May 24th. My realtor in a hurry to sell my house by may 24th slashed my home price by 20,000. Everyone knew accept me and my realtor knew the house needed to be sold by April 24 and didn’t advise us of this tidbit (the website said May 24th closing) so I lost out on tons of equity. My house was completed on schedule which is impressive. Finishings are great. Appliances can have better features. Not being able to have time displayed on the appliances is inconvenient and surprising. Customer care leaves a lot to be desired since it is sorely lacking after the first couple of weeks of moving into the house. I am used to being able to getting almost immediate response from other home builders where I have lived in the past.

The construction manager was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. The group doing the financing I fell did a bad job. I still don’t even know how my house payment is broke down and I feel I’m paying way too much for my monthly mortgage. Katie did a horrible job responding to any questions I had. I would have to contact her multiple times before days later getting a response. Horrible customer service on any question I had.

I was searching for a home in the Sun City area and stumbled upon a handful of homes in Heritage at Asante. These homes were complete and packed with extras like front and rear landscaping, tile floors, blinds, and covered patio. They also offered a fantastic interest rate and credits for closing. The walk through was easy and the superintendent fixed everything my inspector recommended. This was a painless experience and I would absolutely recommend Lennar and I would buy with them again.

From the start when Grecia first walked us through the available homes to meeting with Nathan for our final walk-through, to closing on our home. This process was efficient. Once we moved in there were a few issues with the A/C not working, the water heater shorting out. I want potential buyers to know that Lennar showed up and corrected these issues immediately. The A/C issues were fixed same day, and the water heater was fixed within two days! The service even after we purchased has been impeccable. A great company that stands by their reputation.

From the financing , to the closing , to moving into a house that had not been cleaned and clearly wasn’t ready., to trying to file repeat warranty claims and no one every reaches out and things are never fixed . House has had standing water in it 2 times in the first month , has leaking plumbing that has taken a week for someone to come address , the back yard and side of the house have grading issues even though they were pointed out by my inspector before the house was bought . Said to be fixed , it wasn’t half of my backyard is ankle deep water . Flooring is damaged, the list goes on ...

The sales person was great. We decided on Lennar due to the warranty which we unfortunately had to use within the first month. All of the Lennar reps are great and professional. However, I would have preferred waiting another few weeks and had things installed properly. Our issues were with faulty installation (master bath bathtub, garage door and drywall) and could have been prevented with just a few double checks. The warranty department at Lennar assisted us with fixing the master tub issue, which meant weeks of workers in and out of our new house. They denied our claim on the garage ...
