Had difficulty signing in to Lennar trak. Tried half a dozen times.

I'm not really sure what I have to do to write a review on here. They have rejected my review 6 times so far. Lennar is the worst company to deal with to buy a house. The quality of the house is okay for the money that I paid but getting here was so far beyond reasonable. This will be no less than the sixth time. I have tried to write a review on this site to let other people know how rough it is trying to actually buy a home with the company. The lender agent was the worst. He canceled my closing at 11:00 a.m. The day prior after reminding me daily and sometimes multiple times a day to make sure that I was ready for the closing date. Then he calls to cancel it because he didn't have all of the paperwork ready. For somebody coming from out of town making multiple arrangements for animals, other family members time off from work rental places that I was staying in. It was an absolute total nightmare. He acted as if it was just another day at the office for him. This company has become so homogenized that they do not make it a personal experience and they sucked every ounce of joy out of the experience. If you want to buy one of these homes, I suggest you be prepared to walk through the fire before you can actually get into it. ... More

We had 2 major issues, water heater not working with outside temperature about 60 degrees, AC not working with outside temperature 95 degrees. We had to take cold showers for 4 days. We had to live in 90+ temperatures without AC. We had to escalate to get anything done. Both of the above are emergencies but not for Lennar

We were looking for a one floor home with a front porch that had a big kitchen and a big back overhang with a patio. This house came with a lot of storage for our necessities. It's a great neighborhood that is close to beach access.

We love our home and had a great experience once getting past the mortgage process with Lennar Mortgage. The sales and mortgage experience was abysmal. The settlement coordinator for Lennar was absolutely awful! The settlement company was great as well as the construction manager and the gentleman who explained the home and features before settlement. They are the only reason we are giving any stars. Don't be afraid to ask questions and request to be transferred to new employees if you aren't happy with the ones you are first put in touch with. We had to escalate our concerns to a manager who quickly got our concerns handled and moved from Lennar's settlement coordinator as she was the worst person I have ever dealt with in a professional manner. I’m lost on HOA help Not able to login There is some security key. No clue if it’s given or what it is My garage door glass had scratch from day one but don’t know who to reach My front door key pad doesn’t work, no clue who to call Don’t know how to pay the dues Just a big messy experience once closing happened

The house was built too fast a lot of stuff on the house that needed to be fix but the warranty is good and the workers responded quick to fix the issues on the house in repairs. Nice new neighbor hood.

Experience was wonderful and issues resolved quickly.

Purchase experience and home have been excellent.

We had nice experiance from each team across the buying path and post maintenace request also being taken care on time

I was very happy that the escrow officer drove up from Orange County to Simi Valley so that I could sign all the paperwork.

Elizabeth, Mike and Jenny are rhe best team I have ever dealt with.. Their eagerness to help while in the buying process was superb! They made the experience so delightful...A job well done!

I was so excited with my new house everything was perfelctly built initially I had issues with my electrical and my closet but everything was corrected and now am so happy thank you lenner

Lennar really dropped the ball on Phase 2. Quality of everything was lowered yet the price increased. Phase 1 had GE Monogram appliances, open rail staircase, finished garage walls, tile roofs and the same was expected of Phase 2 considering the price increase, yet Lennar closed off the staircase, switched to Frigidaire appliances, and unfinished garage walls and asphalt shingle roof. Higher end finishes were also shown online but none of these were included in the home. Noticed many work that was unfinished after moving in. Good thing we have the warranty for a year, but you would think for the price point that you would get a quality home. ... More

Great service from purchase to closing. Having many issues with the Hvac system. I wish they would have went with a better a/c manufacturer than Lennox. This is one of the lower end Hvac manufacturing companies. If you are going to build good homes , put a reputable hvac in them. Otherwise, love the affordablity, location and service from the Lennar people.

If i could do it all over again i wouldn’t. Steer away from lennar and their houses. Buying process was terrible

The buying process was fairly smooth. I have had issues with the AC since moving in. It is working for the first time in 5 weeks.

Response to warranty repairs were timely and professional.

Many difficulties - Roofing shingles were not properly installed - Title Closing site caused closing confusion - Two problems with HVAC system - Roof trim/venting had to be redone - Shower head started spray leak - Wall paint above shower needed re-painted - Kitchen GFCI circuit failed for four outlets - Street signs never installed for my street and two others before and after streets, Lennar reps ignored, so I had to contact city councilperson to prompt city to install, still waiting - Lennar did not confirm mail delivery on-going, so have not received mail for over 6 weeks, have had to go 20 miles roundtrip to post office, USPS giving me 'run around', I have had to contact my US Congressman to investigate the unresponsive USPS office responsible for delivery. ...
