I researched google for complaints and resolutions before I chose a builder. And Lennar was easily the best choice. When I had very minor issues. The Lennar team took care of them extremely quickly. There customer service is excellent.

The home buying was terrific l really liked the budget school video, before our closing date.

Everyone was very nice and showed us the different options we had for the square footage and type of home we had in mind. The house was done couple of weeks sooner than we expected. Also met a realtor at the office that listed our house for sale. Our house sold the first day it was listed, and he was very helpful in all aspects of our sale and purchase. Crew chief made sure any problems we found in the new build were taken care of quickly. We worked with a great bunch of people and we love our new house.

I was a little unhappy with the fact that I was basically threatened by Daniel, with being cancelled for the fact that I wanted to use my own lender. He said that order came from the top ( corporate ) NOT COOL GUYS!! But other than that, everything once passed that point was GREAT really GREAT!! Everyone in my opinion was stellar!! I will definitely refer you to loved ones and friends , HOWEVER , I may mention that one sticking point ! Overall… I give you a 9 !
