This is my 9th Lennar build and the best experience. Build on time and the mortgage process was amazing.

I would recommend Lennar for a new home

Home buying experience down to the tee! Lennar Homes have figured it out. Buyers have the option to go with an outside lender or thru Lennar homes Mortgage with added benefit or discount. We opted to go with our previous Lender from our first mortgage. It’s the buyer’s choice and you’re in control of that decision which is important since you’re making one of the biggest purchases in your life. Home location & appliances are top notch with everything is included appliances (basic +washer & dryer, & fridge). Our Lennar Real estate agent at the Collection at St. Cloud did an outstanding job keeping us informed about the developments in our home buying process. And made sure to communicate our concerns with Lennar Homes. It was clear that she was also looking out for us. We really appreciate her excellent customer service. We highly recommend Lennar Homes to anyone dreaming of owning a home. It’s been 3 months since we’ve relocated from the east coast and we’re still in awe that our California dreaming is now a California living for real!!! Great designs and great transition process from start to end

The experience was tough not in a bad way but more frustrating with the documents process and the communication other then that they got my loan pushed through and I closed with no issues I would recommend them again with no hesitation just needs a few tweaks to help with the load of loans that they have

Great service, flawless process

My experience with Lennar has been a complete 10/10. This was my first home purchase so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the level of customer service completely exceeded my expectations. While I was waiting for my home to be completed, everyone on the team was in constant contact sending me biweekly photo updates on the home. I was also able to pop in and see the property at any time, and everyone on the home site and in the on location sales office was always more than welcoming and accommodating. After my purchase, Amy was the construction manager assigned to deal with any repairs I needed and she was absolutely amazing. She even brought my dog some homemade treats on one occasion. Lennar made our home buying experience fantastic! From selecting the home style and options to closing they kept us in the loop on progress and delays (COVID related material shortages). Amazing touch with the welcome home banner and red carpet treatment at closing!

They assisted me in all or any problems I felt that needed attention. My sales rep. Ferguson Azilles was always on top of things on what we agreed and worked hard to get things going to close on our beautiful house.

The Lennar staff is a pleasure to deal with. We feel we have an extremely high quality home. We have experienced no issues, but had a neighbor who had a little problem and Lennar attended to it promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend Lennar.
