So far so good. Closing on line while in another state was made extremely easy. I do feel like my home didn't get the final touches before I closed. Maybe because I wasn't here. I have some minor issues under warranty but so far they have been very responsive.

The whole team is well organized and professionally trainned. I have visited hundreds of open house and model home and glad that mine is the best among all. Thank you Lennar for providing this beautiful house that makes my America dream come true.

The house was not ready on closing date. There were multiple walls left with holes that the builder did not tell the buyer. First week in the house already had a water leak and we are still waiting for some repairs to be done.

Whenever we had a question/comment the person we were talking to had to pass info to someone else for response seemingly just passing us off. The consierge was response but didn’t directly answer anything. Similarly the salesman, CM, & inspection staff only had one responsibility. Although all issues were addressed it was very frustrating. We’ll see how the 60 day & 11 month responses go (we’ve started both lists

Great community and great buying experience

I feel that Lennar did many things cheaply and cut corners for instance, having a three car garage with two lightbulbs is ridiculous and only a couple of outlets. They use the bare minimum of insulation in the ceiling of the garage and stopped at where the bedrooms are over the garage. The thing that got me the most was I was told I had to seal the grout myself behind the stove and oven because they no longer seal grout? But on the other hand, there are many things that I do like that Lennar does such as the landscaping and the Irrigation system so I’m not gonna sit and complain about everything but the little things the cheapness bother me for instance there is no laundry room sink and if you want to paint anything, you either have to go outside to wash your paint trays or you have to do it in your kitchen sink ... We closed remotely and everything went very smooth, the minor repairs were taken care of in a timely manner. Minor blemishes in workmanship, but very satisfied overall.

Very mean and unprofessional staff. Issues are taken careless and lied to customers on sale and follow up is a disaster. They are very desperate to sell property with poor quality. No one care!

There is little attention to detail which leaves the final product looking shabby. Many issues that were identified during the walkthrough were never addressed despite several reminders. Electrical issues were not corrected - let's see what happens when I submit a warranty claim. To be fair, this is my second Lennar house, and the first purchase was a lot smoother although attention to detail was not there either.

We love the house, getting used to the extra bills….water bill is double of our old water bill, taxes homeowners, melrose etc. The one thing that was disappointing is all the overlay of concrete that had to be chipped away before we concrete the north side walkway. All Lennar did was throw dirt over it. We love it here so far, the people here are very nice

We were able to see multiple homes in the price range that was right for us. We were able to take our time. However, once we made our decision we had to come back the next day to sign paperwork. Our Lennar salesperson was ready to do the paperwork that day. It took her longer to get the paperwork ready, and we were planning to go back home the next day. We left later that we wanted to to return home.

Initiated purchase online. Sales rep never made effort to meet with us as buyers. Was very hands off and never around when we were available and responses were delayed. Agent had to press for assistance. We liked the style of house and area so we moved forward with the purchase despite his absence in the process. Was not told we would have two HOA's. While the total HOA cost was disclosed, abiding by two associations is not ideal especially as they are seperate assessments. LENNAR, we were told, is the only builder with this as they build off the main site. Wasn't told this. Couldn't get correct information on incentives, similar houses were being discounted after our purchase, other features offerred in other premium LENNAR properties were missing. Everyone at Lennar I worked with was an absolute joy. Communication was always top-tier, from sales to financing to the builder to the closing team. I'm genuinely grateful for the experience and recommend Lennar to everyone.

The concierge service was very stern handed with Lennar and did not give choices or was not flexible at all with times and dates compared to a private realtor that bends over backwards and works with your schedule, not vice versa called maintenance on a couple plants in the backyard that we’re dying and I got told it was my fault after only living on the property for two weeks And refused to replace

House is ok ,terrible job by clean up crew. the amount of dust from sheet rock work and painting was a lot . Filters for A/C in ceiling were clogged ( Still have one if you want to see it) was able to get my appliances registered for warranty ,but when asked who to contact nobody returned that text. Very nice neighborhood and nice area but disappointed in the house.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my home with the help of Sarah. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer my questions. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with Sarah if you’re looking for someone who truly cares about your home buying journey.

From the start, salesman lied about what was included in HOA fees. There were many many construction defects with the home - from plumbing, to electrical to carpentry, appliances, tile, garage flooring etc. Lennar needs to spend more money on the various different trades so as to not have so many things that need to be repaired or replaced before homeowners move in and afterwards as well. The after home purchase was horrible. The loan process was the absolute best!

The overall buying process was average. Since we bought we were not told there is no mail delivery here which is a horrible experience. It was a known problem to Lennar and no one said a word to us. The lot next to us is covered in trash. The trash from construction workers is constantly in my yard. The Ring video hasn’t worked right since we moved in and has yet to be replaced.

Openness and professionalism , prompt response

All I can say is that I really had no issues with the whole process. They were able to get me a fast closing which really helped a lot and I’m so thankful! Really great team! I love my new home! They did a great job!! :)

Buying a home from Lennar was a good decision overall, but working with sales agents Ashley E and Mike M was extremely disappointing. With Ashley, it felt like her only priority was making the sale and moving on. Once I signed the contract and paid the deposit, she showed no interest in helping me through the process. My contract was non contingency, meaning I didn’t had to sell my current home in order to get approved for the new home from Lennar. Shockingly, just one week before closing, Ashley informed me that I had to sell my current home in order to be approved for the new one. I told her that my contract was non contingent from the beginning, why are you telling me this NOW. She blamed someone else and she said I had to sell the house faster. This should have been communicated much earlier, not at the last minute. Because of her screw up, I was forced to quickly list my home and accept a lower offer just to meet the deadline. The closing experience was even worse. On the day I was supposed to receive my keys, Ashley didn’t answer her phone and she didn’t even bother to respond to my text. Desperate for answers, I contacted her manager, Mike. Mike said he will find out and call me back. He called me back and instead of helping, Mike repeatedly insisted that I had already picked up the keys. Then even later he blamed my brother, cousin, and other family members for the keys( Maybe your cousin picked up the keys). when I kept telling him no one from my family has picked up the keys and why would you give the key to anyone else who is not the home owner? After hours of blaming me and my entire family and me leaving work to sort it out, it turned out that one of Mike’s own coworkers had taken the keys home. Why would you take the customer keys with yourself home? What should have been a joyful and exciting experience of moving into a new home was ruined by the incompetence and lack of professionalism from both Ashley and Mike. Their mishandling of my purchase turned what should have been a milestone into a stressful and frustrating moment. ... More

Was not made aware of lack of cable and fiber optic prior to contract. Hoses and sprinkler system was left behind after sale. Underground sewage drain pipe was cracked, before we moved in. not have HOA management contact info. Attorneys selected by Lennar didn't calculate the correct funds needed at closing, so we had to return later to sign another document and bring more money.

Like the house also the attention the seller uses was very positive. Wishing there was a dining area. Not happy with the material that the builders used. Very low quality of paint and kitchen cabinets used. Would have been nice to have fence around each property for privacy.
