We like the house very much.

Lennar builds a great home, well thought out, and move in with nothing to do such as landscaping or adding irrigation systems. It’s all done for you.

Our new Lennar home is beautiful! Our Lennar sales agent made our home buying process easy. He was kind, professional and not pushy.

Everything they said was true when they said everything is included. The staff is always professional and courteous. Any problem with the house is met quickly and to my satisfaction. You can't go wrong buying a house from Lennar!

As long as Tom is the building manager, I will feel taken care of. From small issues to large, Tom was so easy to contact and fixed anything promptly.

Trusted people and excellent customer service. Nice house and wonderful design, Especially the trinity plan.

Professional staff assistance throughout the building process and onsite help when needed after the improvements are finished.

Sales process was good - thorough, questions answered timely,etc. where I am having difficulty now is that so many of the wonderful features were never explained in the turnover process. I got an email with tutorial videos for some, but not all. To this day my garage door code hasn’t been changed because I can’t find how to change it. I was given no info on Raintech that I recall and I did a fair amount of research in my own to get it operational. Landscaping went in just recently and was done poorly, leaving ruts and swampy areas. I was told they would power wash afterward but I still have muddy spots on my sidewalk. High-quality construction, lots of add ons Ring, Smart thermostats, Windows shades, fans, garage and light fixtures came with our house, beautifully planned with great attention to detail. We are amazed at how fast Lennar build the house even with the bad weather. Other service people who have come for other odd jobs always comment on how solidly the house is built. The Lennar staff is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Overall, we would defiantly recommend Lennar to our family and friends.

The entire team, from sales to construction to welcoming are first rate!!!!
