I don’t even know where to begin. I trusted you. I was excited to get a brand new home only to find out that the the workmanship is shoddy. My yard is a swamp and I have expressed my concerns about this for two months only to be pushed aside. I have had multiple contractors over to my home only to state that they’ve never seen anything like this in their life. I wouldn’t recommend Lennar to a dog. The walk-through was smoke and mirrors I couldn’t even concentrate on the issues only to be told after I close that sorry you’ve closed so there’s nothing we can do. I’m just waiting for my foundation to crack in half. I’ve put thousands of dollars into this house already and I’ve only begun to just make it livable and I haven’t even totally moved in yet because I’m scared too ... More

Overall disappointment in the quality and lack of empathy to help. Also being lied to about door molding length and clear builder damages. But guess it’s on me and my purchase.

It was worth the price

I hope I made the right choice. These homes are built very quickly with cheap labor.

Had a great experience buying with Lennar. We were looking for a quick move and was able to close in less than 30 days. Rusty was a great mortgage rep, got us a great deal on a home they were wanting to get sold. Locked in a great rate in the very beginning.

Working with Taylor was amazing. Unfortunately Taylor doesn’t manage all aspects of the buying experience. The financing and getting to close was a disaster. It seemed like this was Lennars first home to mortgage and close. The price we ended paying is probably “fair” in today’s market but I do not think the price the home was listed at and the quality that went into building the home are comparable. So many small things could be done that would make these homes stand out and most likely bring a higher selling price, for example update fixtures and door handles instead of the cheap silver construction grade. A little thought of outlet placement would have gone a long way too. In the end, we purchased the home so I can’t complain too much! took a while to approve mortgage but worth it

Lennar kept me in the dark the entire process, only to allow my escrow to fall past closing date twice, inwhich later I decided to go with a different lender which got me approved within 5 days. This was absolutely no fault of my own or from not providing documentation requested. I was beyond responsive and provided everything they asked for timely. I was pre approved and nothing in my circumstances had changed. I’m beyond frustrated with Lennar mortgage and will not recommend using them as a lender. They changed my loan officer mid loan to someone who bless her heart was not experienced enough and didn’t know what she was doing. Lennar didn’t handle the loan appropriately and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I more than qualified, they couldn’t pull it together. Their reasoning didn’t align with the facts either. I have been following Triple crown community for past 1 year and see lot of changes between phase 1 and current phase . And I heard it’s a cost cut . There where several small yet important things which should have done while construction like no storage spaces in stand up , no upper cabinets in rest room. Orientation might have gone little better , stove was not working .. couldn’t connect WiFi to schlige and outdated garage device without WiFi .And still figuring out few.. Yes I know I signed the paperwork but I see intrest rate went down and lot of incentives came after which they haven’t covered or added . And several times we asked about other community , was mentioned it will come end of year but construction started early May , I feel there should be little transparency there . Always they say paper work is done and signed . And we went with Lennar Mortgage, proper communication is missing related to what comes next .Overall with the purchase we neither satisfied or disappointed, we are ok . ... More

Buying experience was really bad! The only reason I kept on the process is because our home price rebate was really good and because of our realtor, but lennar sales agent was really not helpful and I wish I could say differently but I can’t. Seller did not answer a lot of our questions, deflected a lot of simple questions and at the end they didn’t even show up for our key delivery. I would not recommend them to any family members or friends, I’m sure lennar has really good people working for the company but the ones who helped me, were not!

Lennar did not provide quality workmanship during the build process. Multiple issues and after the fact warranty claims. Cracked concrete, dented garage doors, poor drywall and trim quality, damaged cabinets, condensation on fireplace glass, unable to cool upstairs with size of AC unit, no electrical junction box, missing stud in wall, damaged stair railing, yard retaining water, dead landscaping, and more.

Our salesman, Aaron, loan officer, Bryan, and the gentleman at the title company who assisted us at closing were each very helpful, patient, and available when we had questions. We’re pleased with our new home and grateful for included features like the sprinkler system.

Excellent quality and Value. Small issues repaired promptly. Missed a 5 Star overall as the HOA/Lagoon information and figures was extremely poor. The Lagoon Sign Up process is totally dysfunctional and affects your reputation.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The experience exceeded my expectations, and the efficiency and effectiveness in resolving matters were remarkable

Lennar Loans are horrible. Rates differ from buyer to buyer. The incentives towards closing cost gets adjusted so that they won’t give back any money towards down payments. Unit with higher cost might pay less emi compared to the units with low cost at same interest rates. First time home buyer be careful of these traps. Constructions wise things are good.

Salesman was great! Building site supervisor was great!

The entire process was robotic. Very impersonal and rushed to check off their boxes to sell quickly, yet no real estate agent present at my home closing. As compared to the D.R. Horton new build home buyer experiences of my sons, I am very disappointed with Lennar. Same location, opposite home buying experience.

It would have been beneficial to have models of the 4 different styles of homes to view instead of only one model before buying. The dishwasher that came with the house was very cheap. We replaced it immediately. We really like the house so far after 2 months.

The toilets are so low, my privets drop in the water when I set down and it is very frustrating. They will have to be replaced. The glass shower leak in the master Bathroom. No need for three tubs in one house. Could use the room in the master bath for drawers. No drawers in the bathrooms. They laid several big areas of dead sod and will take a lot of water and time to bring back to life. Need more power plugs in the back of the house.

The whole process was very helpful and easy, making our purchase decision for us. Everyone in the process has been great.

The sales experience was very professional without pressure. Dominique was patient as we took almost a year to finalize a purchase. Customer service after the sale could be improved in response time.

My home is comfortable and perfect for my needs.
