Pleased and excited with Gratitude

I have recently purchased my second home with Lennar, one in SC and now in Florida. I had both homes inspected prior to purchasing and any issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased with the home and the community and would recommend purchasing a home with Lennar.

Overall, we like our new home. The process was fairly simple and took only about 4 months from start to finish. The one thing that we did not like about the process is that Lennar would not let you alter any plans in any way. So, we ended up with carpet in the bedrooms and had to have it removed after closing. They do not place a second water meter For the irrigation system nor would they let me pay to have it installed before landscaping was done. This meant I had to dig up my yard to do it later. We had no choice in the water fixtures or door knobs etc. so, after closing, I have had to change all the cheap looking chrome out. No options for ceiling fans or light fixtures either. All had to be done after closing. So, overall, we are satisfied with our home and the Lennar sales team (Alex) did a great job. However, the inability to change anything from their cookie cutter plans was a big inconvenience and added unnecessary expenses. On another note, the HOA makes living in a Lennar neighborhood challenging at best. ... More

The whole process was quick and easy

sales agents have no clue on solar or the current market.

The online buying experience was super smooth, and I would prefer this process over in-person manual overhead.

I am really pleased with the purchase . The trenton floor plan is really good. From start to finish the process was very smooth. My lennar salesman Austin was very responsive. Even after entering the house ifvwe raise any warranty request it is adressed immediately. I am really happy with my purchase and would recommend others to buy

Our entire experience with Lennar has been EXCELLENT. From the 1st time we walked into the sales office thru the closing and then onto warranty work has been top notch. Our salesman, Bill, was very professional, knowledgeable and took a lot of time with us. He never “pressured “ us, he devoted a lot of his time with us and answered all our questions. Matt helped with our 90 day warranty items. He was thorough to ensure all our concerns were resolved. What we found very impressive, is he kept us informed every step, he returned our calls in a very timely manner and was professional and friendly. Great experience working with Angie in sales. Not a fan for Lennar’s “new home celebration.” Lennar should provide adequate time for a proper walk through. Some of the work was not great quality and if items are missed in new home celebration, it is difficult to get Lennar to address. I have been “ghosted” by both construction manager and customer care team. Very unprofessional way to do business.

I absolutely love the house. However, the quality is lacking. You have no idea how NOT sound proof it is until you move in and hear every conversation from any room in the house. The paint I am cleaning up off the floors, showers, holes in walls, shotty paint job - all things you don’t have the chance to find during a short walk thru, from 6 feet away (if you can’t see it from 6 feet, they won’t fix it). The upgrade choices were limited. Follow up on issues up after closing has been good. Again, I do love the house there are just things I wish could have been different and better

I had a very good experience with Itzel, the sale representative and Pravdeep the finane manager.they are very friendly and helpful.As a first home buyer, they helped me a lot

The entire process of purchasing a home with Lennar Homes went smoothly. From looking at the different models; signing the contract/loan application; & closing. They kept me informed & answered all my questions or concerns immediately. Even after moving in, I’m still experiencing their great customer service with the Customer Care Team. I truly appreciate the Lennar Homes app that I use for service requests. I receive a 24 to 48 hours response from the Customer Care Team.

We recently moved into a new home and overall, we are very pleased and satisfied. The layout is spacious and we especially love the kitchen. It’s been comfortable and enjoyable.

There were things wrong prior to and after closing on 6/10/25, not to mention taking weeks to get the CCRs because they weren't included in closing, and another week for Exhibit A that included my lot. So many of the issues stemmed from the home being on a corner and ALL services with the city, utilities, post office, etc. was the side road of the house instead of the legal address at the front of the house. I had a letter returned to me stating invalid address when set to my house and it took over a month to get ATT and move other utilities to my name. Lennar originally put the wrong numbers on my house. This home was built by a builder Lennar purchased and it's my opinion is that Lennar didn't take any responsibility for what was now their problem. Everyone we spoke to said it wasn't their fault, passed the buck to someone else, or just didn't do anything to help! We'd call and no one answers, call and leave a message without getting a call back, or speak to someone who says they'll call back and never does. A month after closing and a month's worth of phone calls/emails to my realtor, Lennar, AL Power, ATT, post office, city to get things straightened out and items repaired. I thank my realtor for getting Lennar in line! THEN things finally got some attention. It shouldn't have had to come to that! Shame on Lennar! I would NEVER recommend Lennar based on this experience! It was an all cash deal and should have been an easy transaction. We are a retired military family that moved quite a bit so we have purchased, sold, rented homes in many places over 20+ years. Not our first rodeo. Here are the folks at Lennar we delt with: Charity, Trish, Zach, Katie, Luke, Terry and the girl that worked on property that was fired prior to our closing date. ... More

As a first time homeowner, Lennar helped me understand in all the process. It was such a great experience.

I am beyond frustrated with Lennar. Every time I submit a warranty request, they find a new excuse to deny coverage. I’ve been told repeatedly that the issues I report would be covered—but only in other states, not mine. How does that make any sense? A national builder should offer consistent service, but instead, Lennar hides behind technicalities and loopholes to avoid doing the right thing. They make empty promises just to close the sale, but once you’re in your home and problems arise, you’re on your own. Their warranty is nothing but a sales tactic—absolutely useless when you actually need help. As a first-time homeowner, this has been a nightmare. I expected professionalism, responsibility, and support, but Lennar has delivered none of that. I deeply regret buying from them, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Buyers beware—Lennar will leave you disappointed and stuck with repairs they should’ve handled. ... More

Over all, I am happy with my choice to purchase a newly constructed home with Lennar. I feel that I will be able to reach out, at any time, and get a follow-up to my questions. Customer service has been great!

I have had No major issues to date and all minor issues have been handled in a timely matter
