My home has had no real issues other than the yard is not level . I was very disappointed in finding out everything is not included as thought . My home is very basic and Lennar will not let you add anything . The sales staff does not follow up after you have purchased your home .nor do they explain what’s included in the home . Very frustrating situation my house was sold felt very pressured to make a decision .The salesman was extremely nice in the beginning . .The house is ok no issues currently . Very happy with the whole process from Kim in sales who was the best sales agent so professional , knowledgeable and sweet to Sasha in construction who was on any issues that came up and rectified them so fast . I have to name some people who helped me so much marion, jennifer, brianna were such a joy to work with . This was a frustrating experience with the construction team other crafting of the bathroom, the painting, and the quarter round. We had to hire painters to repaint due to using flat original paint. We are still waiting on the landscape team to fix the sod that laid on the ground un watered for several days. Delayed response to issues, and several times we were not told the whole truth. We love the house, and the open areas. The warranty team has been responsive and professional.

I would not recommend buying a Lennar home. The customer service after closing has been extremely disappointing. Once the sale is complete, it feels like you’re on your own. Getting warranty issues addressed has been a frustrating and exhausting process that often feels like pulling teeth. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the home has been far below what I expected from a national builder. We’ve dealt with numerous issues that should have been caught before closing, and getting anyone to take ownership of those problems has been a challenge. Communication ...

1st Time Home buyer BAD experience

No point in writing a bad review, calling and trying to get answers from anyone who will hear your experience and not down play it as sorry you need to call your sales person. When I did the research and found my home by my self and when you call for a question nothing gets an answer. It was a run around in 360 circles and it doesn't matter here the customer service is not there. Sales person, community manager , loan officer. The only person that made a difference was the notary person and my escrow account person she went above and beyond to make sure I secured everything on time.

We had a few issues arise during the process due to my selling prior home and purchasing Lennar home. In the end, everything worked out perfectly. Representative was very understanding and went above and beyond. We also had a few minor issues, once we moved in. These issues were resolved immediately. Everyone has been great in making this a pleasurable experience

Was lied to by the realtor and others with :Lennar. Yard was filled with litter. Paint splatter in several rooms, on the patio bricks and driveway. Steel strap left stuck in front yard. Poor workmanship, poor follow-up.

The rushing of the final walk through before closing made us miss blue taped spots that had been just removed and not taken care off. Immediately notice damage on floor on main entrance hall and was told warranty would take care of it but at the end of the warranty year, door sticking really bad. We can’t finish bringing furniture because we keep waiting on the paint spots to be taken care off. It’s very frustrating.
