Sales and customer support were knowledgeable and responsive. Their willingness to deal with issues was truly appreciated.

Our Sales Representative was awesome. He was thorough, patient, and responsive. We looked at a mortgage loan, and our mortgage Representative was also outstanding. The process can seem annoying at times, but understandable. The home build has not been as stellar, and somewhat disappointing. Mudding, caulking, and paint priming has been the source of frustration. Cabinetry quality is satisfactory, at best. Still moving in.

During the 2 video tours the different functions didn't talk through what the process should be, and they didn't know who should go first or who had done what and whatsoever; the construction gabbage was there on the site for 2 weeks without people cleaning up; the landscape team that works with Lennar didn't check whether all sprinkles work properly; and I don't know why landlord needs to turn on gas within 3 days of closing since nobody needs to take a shower or cook during rental house showing, that led me to a $150 gas bill with no usage of gas at all.

sold house based on wrong lot#; incorrect wire instructions; no provision for senior grab bars in bathrooms; mortgage lead will not make appointment; no blinds on windows, no towel rack or shower curtain rod in bathrooms; top shelf in cupboards too high to be usable; hard to use lower shelves; ground beyond front porch to steep with chances of guest falling

Excellent response to warranty work

Horrible purchase. There was nothing good to discuss in terms of me closing on my new home. The only good thing to talk about was that the warranty people were great at responding to issues because they had to see me many times in the first month of purchase. On the other hand, for my blue tape inspection, they simply removed the blue tape off the wall and did not paint over where I asked them too. Also, the fridge that I negotiated to be apart of my closing deal did not have the water line installed correctly, which I thank the warranty people for fixing quickly. Another issue was that the dishwasher line was not installed correctly, then again warranty had to fix. The main issue was that my realtor and I were ghosted many times by our home consultant by the name of Lindsay. There would be many weeks between each text for a response with my realtor. In fact, she completely ghosted me the entire time until the day of closing and I have the text messages to prove it. I ask you properly train your construction managers in due diligence and pay attention to detail. Train your home consultants to have better customer service and not ghost people completely. I absolutely love my new condo at Ibis golf community. I am looking forward to the pool and other amenities being completed.

I was staying in a hotel after selling my home and wanted to move in quickly. Ethan was able to get my home finished early. KC with Lennar Mortgage finished up my financing and a quick closing date was set. The house has been great and I haven’t had any issues.

From start to finish, this was a seamless and quick process. I already had a real estate agent and lender, but if I had it to do over again, I would have done everything through Lennar. The communication was quick and supportive. Some agents were assigned to me but everyone at Lennar assisted when needed. I'm usually a skeptical, person but I am truly impressed with Lennar and the honesty, quality, and genuine desire to make customers happy. The house itself is spectacular with gorgeous details, especially in the kitchen. I love the layout, the loft, fireplace, HUGE pantry, laundry room closet, and unexpected mountain views. The only drawbacks: for such a spacious feeling house, the staircase and master bath are narrow and the flat paint is impossible to clean. My bath counters are also scratched from the build but not major. The warranty and repair team are outstanding and everything that needed repair was fixed properly and fast. This house was a gift to myself after years of saving and I feel completely at home! There is a sense of peace and calm. (Side note, even with the continued construction, it's pretty quite and the workers are very respectful. I lived in Chicago and welcome the slight noise.) ... More

Had a terrible sales experience. OUr sales person lied to us over and over again. The build quality is average. There were several bowed walls throughout the house. There was little attention to detail. Get an inspection PRIOR to closing . We were missing roof tiles and joists.

Purchase process with Lennar was a breeze. The team worked hard to find us a the right house, quickly process our loan, and complete the house to allow us close just three weeks after signing the contract.

Overall, we were pleased with your home buying experience with Lennar. We were guided pretty much by Lennar and guided through the process. It helped greatly having a realtor working with us to ensure things went smoothly. I’m pleased with my home buying experience.

Smooth transaction Would have liked a full paper print out

The entire experience was unpleasant. We have also had several big water leak problems. The warranty may cover the problems but does not cover lost wages or other expenses due to the issues. Highly recommend better quality control. They build them so fast that they miss a lot of things.

I like the most is the place & price it’s fit to my budget

Everything about it was great! Everyone made sure I understood everything, and made process as smoothly as possible

This is my second Lennar house, our experience with our 1st house in CO was outstanding, 2nd in TX is not good, very poor work Manship, QC extremely poor, baseboard is, in some places 1/4" off floor, just filled with a massive amount of caulk looks terrible, millwork is all dented, door frames cut way to short & filled in where frame meets door with a massive amount of caulk, door hinges painted white, paint already coming off

Everything is taking care of, and on time

We have been living in our home for 2 months and it has been a great experience all around. From having the original sale with Catlin to our interaction with Tony M. Keep up the good work.
