Lennar was fantastic all the way around. It was so easy from start to finish. Jennifer and Beth from Lennar were so great and they helped me in anything I needed. Would recommend Lennar to anyone.

This is not my first time buying a Lennar home. But just like the first time this process was completely seamless from start to finish. Everything happened on schedule and I was constantly being updated with the progress. Everyone from my home by concierge to the construction manager fulfilled their promises And make sure that I had a great home buying experience! Lennar is definitely the way to go if you want a fair price great workmanship, great craftsmanship and a great product.

Quality of finish work questionable, finnish work requested to be reworked prior to closing not completely completed.

From the beginning everything has been great from Eric and Kimberly working as a sales and loan team, they made sure everything was in line and easy to navigate. The house itself was built well, there are still some creaking in the floors upstairs I need to submit a ticket on, there's been several little small things from trim around the kitchen island breaking loose which I just gorilla glued them back as it's just as easy for me to fix little things like that. There's a few spots in the walls we're screws are visible that weren't before, possibly from just living in the place because they were not there in the walk through, again ill submit a ticket on those as well or just let them be as it's hit or miss noticing them, it's shadows and lighting effects. My biggest complaint has been the yard and grass, the sod was laid with no water and died, the replacement sod was cheap and thin, it was rushed, the yard is undeveloped because of it and water puddles between homes and it's swampy after a rain. No rain and it drys out in a day or two. So it does drain just poorly. I've just been sowing grass seed myself trying to get a lawn started with the dead sod with thin centipede grass. It's green but thin, the neighbors around me have nice lush yards, but myself and the 2 neighbors beside me have dead spots and sod lines were our sod was done to quickly before there was water and replaced with cheap sod. Still Lennar built a sold home, it's just little things that come with being a home owner. If you expect perfection then you shouldn't be buying a home because even the Rich Folk have a Maintenance Team when they buy a New Home. As I said, besides the little things that are bothersome but not hindering, we love the home and the community, Our neighbors are kind and friendly, People in the Neighborhood are always walking and waving, saying Hello as they pass. We are still in a construction area but it doesn't affect the life of the Community as People are active in the community, you see cookouts, exercising, food trucks pkus the pool and playground are busy with fun and laughter. I have been at the property for nearly 2 months and have not had the following issues addressed: Approval to garden in backyard (plant trees ),the sod placed did not take & has not been replaced. I inquired about installing a fence in backyard & again no response. There's no communication from the Lennar office personnel. I'm greatly dissapointed.

Lack of transparency and trust

Lennar is a horrible company to purchase a home from. Very poor quality. They cut corners wherever possible. Paint quality is horrible. Do not buy a Lennar home in Idaho

The entire process was easy especially doing it remotely. All questions were answered quickly and Will was very responsive at all times of the day. Great job all!

This is my second Lennar purchase. The actual home buying experience was Rocki, and there was turnover in the personnel that I worked with that complicated the situation. Ultimately, we were able to resolve all of the hiccups and closed. The folks at Lennar Title were very pleasant and responsive. The Lennar mortgage team was more hit and miss. I did not feel that the homebuyer orientation covered everything that it should have, but I’m happily settling in. And generally pleased with the purchase.

My experience with Lennar was the worst I could have ever imagined. The Concierge person that I initially worked with never explained a process of a priority list which made us go into a contract on a house we were not 100% satisfied with, this house is on $3M+ price, corporate office was NO help, nobody cared about our concerns. I wrote emails to corporate hoping for some answers because the Concierge rep lied to us and corporate didn't care. Lennar doesn't care about its clients or their experience. Do Not buy from Lennar.

Lennar as an organization appears to be unorganized. There are too many problems experienced to put here in a paragraph.

It may be the area I am, but the interior of the home is extremely cheap and poor. several repairs immediately with little to no resolution because they workers don’t care. the backyard wall they built is not stable and has already been redone once because the bricks were not laid evenly, since they “fixed” it they either forgot or avoided cementing parts of the wall and every end cap except two. I regret buying lennar - and putting my life savings into buying my first home with them. It’s been almost 8 weeks and I still don’t want to move all my belongings in because of the issues. They say “wait a year before adding tickets”, but by that time the grout from the tile has already eroded in areas, we have lived and had to place furniture on uneven tiles. doors didn’t shut properly to begin with. i can go on- point is they need to higher QUALITY minded people- and it shouldn’t cost any more or much more to get people to do the job right the first time. My overall experience was great until we moved in. We found a couple of issues (a chipped tile and a couple of drywall issues) the superintendent came by took pictures and submitted a work order and that was the last time that we heard anything from Lennar.

The house at Tuscan Springs is nice and comfortable. The home buying process was normal, professional and with attention to detail

This was my first home purchase, and I’m disappointed that it hasn’t been the exciting milestone I imagined. The contract and application process felt rushed and poorly explained, and the closing experience was overwhelming and rushed. Since moving in, I’ve noticed numerous issues that suggest the builder cut corners, and the overall quality of the home doesn’t reflect the high cost I paid. It feels like I’m overpaying for something that wasn’t built to last. While this is meant to be my starter home, I will never trust Lennar Builders again.

Osborne Trails is a community for 55 and older people, which is what we were looking for in a summer home. Lots of activities and nice facilities. My Lennar sales associate, RyanP was terrific. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Even on his days off.

Good quality and good interest rate from builders

I am really satisfied when I buy my new home from Lennar, homes trustfully and very carefully build every home. This is my second home. I am very happy to buy new home from Lennar Sales manager, Keibby and construction manager, Fernando they are both good men and women They help me out step-by-step for building new homes and give you the answers all the time. Thanks for them.

Everything has been great. Love the home. Responsive to warranty issues

OK let’s be real for a moment. After 23 years military service I know people, their products, and the need for a great product. I had a 3rd party home inspector (my friend) look at this “new” build. This is his exact words - “I haven’t come across a new build this well built, I’m seriously impressed”. Then I had a slight issue with my front door and they treated it like a 4 alarm fire! I AM SO IMPRESSED! I have bought 8 homes in 26 years that’s a home every 3 years and NEVER have I come across such professionalism or care!! Solar transfer was taken care after selling Solar to customers. Sunnova went belly up and Lennar did not ensure a smooth transfer of solar from Sunnova to GAF, a company which has bad communication and delayed response. Customers who bought Sunnova through Lennar are put to inconvenience and lennar did not take any responsibility even though it mandated customers to have Sunnova either liese or purchase. Customers did not get their solar active even till today, two months after closing the home.
