This was the easiest, fastest home buying process I’ve ever had! Hunter and staff was easy to work with! Jeffrey has done a great job making any small corrections in our home!

Overall, service was great. The lender, salesman, and superintendent was very responsive. We did have issues getting keys. I also wish Lennar would install some basics into the house, even if I had to pay for it a bit more. For example a garage door opener or shower doors. The workmanship was not great, but was fixed for closing and I didn’t like the video walks.

Good company that cuts corners to save costs, when they should focus on quality of life and family needs, as many people are willing to pay for better quality,

It's a home, it works. I've had great response from Marcus, and Sean has been helpful. Overpaid for this home coming from another new construction. Needs some work - throw in robe hangers but now hand towel/regular towel holders? USPS was a mess. HOA has not transferred from Lennar, so I can't get projects done. SLOW. Main focus is selling homes, once sold, you're in the backburner. Gutters - Lennar did full gutters for some gomes then just did front for these - $1,500. Lots of minor entire home "fixes", has been decent for the most part. 2 outlets on 1 wall in the garage - cheap. No closet space aside from master - cheap. I jumped too soon but will make do and put money into the home to try to make it proper. 1 switch for outdoor thay controls 2 bulbs and the same for the LED? Hue bulbs - can't do it because of the LED tied in, which is also in the entire home. Builder saving money... Lots more, don't have the effort to continue to explain. I love my new home

Working in the new construction industry can give some anxiety to buying new construction. Lennar Tampa was so easy to work with from sales all the way through to warranty! Our sales associate Brittney was so kind and genuine, our construction manager Mina has been fantastic and did an excellent job managing the build process ensuring things were caught and addressed way before closing, the warranty team has been amazing and really responsive to answer questions and do their part to help and follow up after service!

The main loan person, Jon was wonderful! He was always available to help with questions and paperwork concerns throughout my buying experience! The walk through is too fast but Dan was great! I am still concerned about the lack of undermounts or at least epoxy under the sinks! The dishwasher is terrible and there is no insulation to protect the countertop. I struggled for a month to get a mailbox and mail keys, but it was finally resolved. I feel like the purchase went well but felt dropped by Lennar after moving in with no real guidance on how to proceed with how and whom to contact with questions! Overall I love my new home but feel Lennar is not working to communicate and complete the clubhouse projects. ... More

The day I signed the contract I was sadly given half correct information about possible helps like homestead and the agent incharge never answered my phone calls after I was passed down to mortage people. After that When I went to pick up my keys after signing there was no one at the comunity and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive and hand me my keys! Lastly my house was dirty when I went in. They never did the last cleaning of my home. The only response I got was: “maybe someone got confused on the day you were closing” other than that I have a house.

Very disappointed, marked areas with tape and tape was removed without the work being done.

I really dont recommend buying home with Lennar. They are not honest. They fixed a faulty appliance and never helped to replace.

It was a smooth process

Lennar quickly contacted me on my request. The care team was friendly and made me feel comfortable about my concerns.

All work was performed quickly even though we were 2 hours away. Allowed my to give my daughter ability to perform any required local tasks.

It’s kind of a long story but they basically stole money from me. They have been completely dishonest. Lied and kept giving me the run around. I am currently in the process of filing an official complaint with the Texas real estate commission. This is my second lennar home. My first home I purchased in Jarrell Texas was a very positive experience. The San Antonio location needs a serious overhaul. All of the reviews are negative and it’s always about them basically stealing money from people. I may look into trying to contact all the negative reviews and try and start a small class action lawsuit. ... More

Awful experience. Do not recommend to anyone

I enjoyed working with Lennar so much. I received personal attention and progress updates were sent to me regularly. I always knew who to call with questions. The team is very responsive and always got back to me quickly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and sincerely kind. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend Lennar.

Not quite sure that Lennar build quality homes; I’ve been here 3 months in my new home and have a lot of issues with home still needing repairs that should have been done before moving in. Very disappointed in the builder!!!

The sales guy Joel is extremely helpful. The customer care guy Cesar is very responsive and helpful so far.

Everything went well from start to finish, and everyone who helped me out along the way was great. Roy helped us find the perfect house, and Chris did great for all the rest.

I didn’t care for Cindy. I don’t think she had my best interest in mind. I don’t think she was forthcoming or honest

We moved within our community from another builder to Lennar. We were interested in moving from a basement to a slab home. Your Dover model fit our family's needs much better. Our salesperson, Ashley, was super. Professional, friendly, always patient and willing to answer any and all questions. We are still settling into our new home but so far everything is wonderful.

The worst buying experience. Very stressful process. Their priority is to get you to sign at all costs

The original subcontractors obviously are hired for speed and quantity not quality. If only the original drywallers, painters and plumbers cared...poor drywall work, dried paint specks on the tile and 6 dried paint spots in our carpet and two crooked faucets.

This was our first experience buying a new home and we were left with a very bad taste. I do understand some issues may arise, but having water coming down into the bedroom at the first storm and after the inspector had pointed out an issue with a pipe on the roof, was the extreme disappointment. I've observed nails popping out, which is also disappointing at less than 60 days. Cherry on top are the multiple driveway damages from your construction crews that keep driving big trucks over it.
