home is very spacious and has a great lay out and a good size backyard. Lennar home prices are vey affordable and will work with you to achieve where you want to be .

PLEASE double check all plumbing and electrical before you accept the home. My home has an issue with the lights dimming when you plug in the vacuum. NOT acceptable and still not fixed after 45 days. It's been a challenge to have the electrician address any electrical issues.

Was always told never to buy this builder by multiple realtor friends but went ahead anyways because I liked the house itself. Getting a response or getting them to take care of pressing issues was like pulling teeth. If you’re not prepared to continuously harass them for a response on any issue you have don’t buy here. As a first time home buyer this was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. All these people want is your money, they don’t care about anything else. I love this house, Summerville II, house of my dreams. I just wish the materials used were better quality. I have had to put in warranty tickets every week since living here for the last 2 mths, Wayne the warranty man is very responsive and he is great to work with. Brad P who sold us this house was great to work with also, he sent updated pics and videos of the building process since we were not local. Brad P also responded to all my questions and calls. He explained how the buying process would work. Very happy with the Lennar team and my new house. Just wish that they used better quality items. Such as cabinetry, countertops, appliances, the walls are very thin. I hear my son in his bedroom located in the front of the house white I am in my bedroom located in the back of the house. ... Not happy with the service that was rendered. It seemed like they just wanted to push the sale through and move on to the next sale. Told things would be fixed before closing but even though the issue was small was not completed but I fixed it myself.

From start to finish was seamless. Great experience from the sales team, mortgage lender, walk thru, contractor, and welcome team, My experience couldn’t have been better. The entire team was professional. Communication was effortless. The couple of minor details that were picked out during walk thru could have waited but the team insisted they would be fixed before close and were done within hours. I didn’t have to ask of fight for anything. Plus, I was moving from out of state and they did everything possible to make my purchase painless. Overall purchasing experience was great. The whole Lennar team was very helpful and responsive to my concerns. Buyers should be vigilant hiring a qualified independent inspector and insist on being allowed enough time to address any issues before the final walk through. Finance and sales team were top notch. Quality of the home is good, but first time buyers need to understand the difference between a move in ready home and a home that needs upgrades from builder grade materials, paint, etc. The design of the house is nice and the yard is spacious. From beginning to end all Lennar employees were attentive, responsive and helpful. They made the process easy.

My buyer experience was something to be desired. I have purchased several homes from Lennar without any significant problems. They were not prepared to provide service from financing, closing and move in. If you. Had a question regarding anything, there was either no response or you had to go through numerous people. The did not know the correct post office to establish mail delivery. We were very disappointed. No one was in charge of this new community. This was not a good experience.

The sale staff and grounds men are great and very professional. I would of love the overhead desk, but I'll reach out to Lennar builders to install the deck after market. Overall, my wife and I love our space. Please fix the drainage outside. When it rain, the street gets flooded very fast.

Happy with home but some issues. One appliance did not work from start and instead of replacing appliance we had to go through warranty repair that has taken 6 weeks so far. Interior paint is subpar not best quality.

Loan processors were available to answer questions at any time. Knowledgeable and professional people

Although Pam, my sales rep, and Des, my builder rep did their best to accommodate, it’s obvious to me that Lennar’s puts profits over customers. No blinds or even towel / to racks. Lawn is embarrassingly awful. Kitchen island crooked. Kitchen countertops amateur job. Light switches in random /stupid places. I have 3 Lennar homes now. Won’t do it again.

Lennar is dishonest, deceiving, and shady

Lennar Homes needs to be investigated for shady unethical business practices. They sold me a home that they appraised at $545,000 and 2 days after I closed they reduced the sales price for the same exact home for $495,000, $50,000 less than I paid 2 days prior. Not only that the quality and workmanship is so bad that I'm not sure its safe. The first night I went to turn the bathroom light on and the plate/cover came off and then got hit with a bolt of electricity that didn't feel good to say the least. House was infested with mice both dead and alive because every door had gaps.. Gutters that weren't attached. Bathrooms without lights, mirrors, towel racks. The entire home buying process went very smoothly from initial signing to closing. All parties involved were very helpful.

Nice home but make sure to hire a home inspector before closing. Found things that needed to be addressed, but Lennar fixed almost everything by closing. Final walk through I found a few things not fixed which they addressed right away upon my walk through on day before close. Just had a warranty claim on an electric outlet and they arrived and repaired within an hour. Great service!!

Buying- Prepare yourself to be rushed throughout the great home buying experience. Inspections- Have a trustworthy inspector and schedule ahead of time through the home building period, Modelos are the builders choice of hydration. SOD- You’re sod will be left out to dry in the Texas heat, on the stack it comes in and then installed just to be told it’s going through SHOCK, During a stage 3 watering restriction.

Our sales contacts Jim and Lori were outstanding and very helpful at each step along the way. An excellent process. The site team was responsive to our snag list items and made the move-in much easier. Lennar has however to date been completely unresponsive on getting the solar working after Sunova went into Chapter 11.

I recently purchased a home from Lennar, and overall, my experience was quite positive with a few areas for improvement. What I liked: The offer process was smooth and well-coordinated. Lennar's team communicated promptly and ensured that everything progressed as expected. Both the loan officer and the customer sales agent were extremely helpful, making the home-buying journey seamless and less stressful. The construction manager was receptive to any issues I pointed out and was always ready to address them. He also provided some valuable tips on home maintenance. Areas for improvement: There were times when I found it difficult to communicate or reschedule meetings. Some walk-throughs were scheduled without considering my availability, and my attempts to reschedule went unanswered. This led to a few inconvenient situations where I had no choice but to attend as scheduled. While the home overall meets expectations, I feel the quality could be better in some areas. For example, I noticed that the wood quality in the attic was not up to par, and some details like missing garage opener studs were disappointing. In summary, I appreciate Lennar's organized approach and helpful staff, but there are a few areas—particularly regarding communication and certain aspects of construction quality—where improvements can be made. ...
