Brian was with us though out the whole process any details that were missed he saw that they were taken care of as well as the on-site Foreman we had no other issues to walk through went flawless we only had about four small places to be repaired we've had some other things come up and they're in a process of clearing those up for us as well

The home buying experience was nice. Everything worked well. Now that we're living at the house we started noticing how crappy some things are. After a month and a half living here, yesterday we were able to use the dishwasher. We couldn't use it because whoever installed it didn't put a part for the water to work on the appliance. And everyone at Lennar instead of swapping the dishwasher, to look good with us, simply told us to call warranty. Warranty for something brand new that didn't performed correctly from day one. Can you believe that? Bathroom's have no accesories at all. Not even for putting the toilet paper and bath towels. Times have changed, so my expectatiions were not met as I had hoped. Many new relationships start out with lots of optimism and presumed expectations. I love the new home, however, I found the whole transaction impersonal. I did not meet any of the persons I interacted with over the months in person. I met a notary at closing. First walk through had issues. Some were addressed by the second walk through and still working on completing other issues that are still being realized now. I was disappointed by not getting closing gift (even a card). I was told that I received many incentives, so I will accept that as my gift from Lennar. I am using my warranty to addressed issues that are coming as the days weeks go by. ... More

Everybody has been great to work with

I thought once I purchased the home it was my problem but no, I have 11 months warranty since this is a new build that allows for errors. I think that is great, not sure if it is offered by other builders.

Disappointed to find out things that were not right would not be fixed and that’s within the first two weeks of living there other work to be done was not done.

The home has some flaws and was clearly not built by skilled tradesman, but rather laborers (ie. sloppy paint around window frames, a few messed up trim pieces, chipped tile, etc). I would have liked to have more than 30 days for cosmetic issues but overall we love our home and we are happy with it.

The finance people, and sales person was awesome. The concierge person seemed a bit unorganized or lost. Wasn't told to switch sprinklers and ended up with a water bill of $2,000. Many blue tape items were not addressed.

I just purchased the house in April 2025, and we moved in on May 1st. However, I’ve already noticed several issues. The exterior paint is fading, and there are cracks all over the outside walls. The existing flooring is covered in linoleum, so I replaced it. I also repainted the interior walls because the original paint was dull. The bottom of the kitchen cabinets is falling apart. On a positive note, the lighting in the is good.

All of the staff at Lennar made my first time home buying experience less stressful and easy.

Very cheaply made for what we paid. You can tell they build these homes in 120 days. Appliances are super cheap. Yes it's quartz countertops but very thin. Cabinets hit other cabinets when they're being opened which leads to paint chipping. Gaps in the trim (not flush with the floor). Cheap wire closet "organization". They had to use a zip off form of insulation for the attic as the HVAC was poorly installed - I know this bc my husband has been in the industry for 10+ years. I mean, the list goes on and on. Lennar Mortgage is beyond awful - and that's an understatement. Home buying process was an absolute disaster and the worst experience I've had by far in the 4 homes I've now purchased. From start to now - it's safe to say we will not buy another Lennar home. The only somewhat highlight is our customer advocate (who we call when something needs to be done) has been very responsive. ... More

Quality of workmanship could have been better. Paint in bedrooms was not good. I could see drywall through the paint. they could have done a better job cleaning the house before the walkthrough. Back screen door had to be replaced.

Mortgage experience with Lennar mortgage professionals are not very good at all, Craftsmanship and quality is kinda ok, we have lived in our new home now over 30 days and we now see a lot of stuff that is done half fast ,

Excellent service and prompt delivery

Lennar works hard to make sure the home buying process is easy and seamless. Of course there were a few hic-ups along the way, but they were easily worked out. Communication was wonderful as well. I just have a few things still needing repair, but all in all, it is a great home and I love living here.

Ben was very helpful, responded to questions and/or concerns in a timely manner. He made sure the process was seamless. Not only did he make himself available during the closing process, but afterwards, well. Glad to know he will be in the development for years to come. My family appreciates him greatly.

Lennar is a great builder and they take their time to walk through the builder process with their customers.

Great eperience, this is our second Lennar home and have always been very satisfied. They ensure that you understand the workings of the house, very good at responding to any issues. They care about the owners after they buy, our street is still under construction and they are street sweeping a couple of times a day.

Overall comment is more than satisfactory dealing with the entire staff from the sales person to the financial process.

We bought a very good house at a greater price

I am happy with my new home but have issues that need to be addressed. All the people I worked with in the buying process were very professional and helpful.

Your title companies is very uncooperative and not very helpful

good experience, professional sales staff, mortgage company with Lennar not a good experience used an outside source
