I recently moved into my dream home built by Lennar Homes. The design of my home, a Toscana 2, demonstrated attention to detail and an understanding of what an active 55+ year old needs in today's busy times. All the timelines I was given were adhered to, and the final walk-through that I experienced with Gus underlined that fact. From the high ceilings to the wide doorways, I was amazed at how spacious the home looked and felt. They kept excellent records of the various homes available for purchase, and it was so efficient that I was able to select my home easily. Using their loan agent, Cheryl, made the home-buying process seamless. She was very proactive in informing me of the available interest rates and what was required to complete all the necessary paperwork for me to secure the loan for my new home. It was one of the least stressful processes I have taken to buy a new home. The quality of the new home exceeded my expectations, and I credit the care team for my experience. Every room reflects the care and skill that went into building the home. Even after moving in, Gus, Eddie, and Michael followed up to ensure I was happy and offered ongoing support for any questions and/or touch-ups that needed addressing. The people very impolite, slow responses, since day 1 until closing date the worst experience

Overall the experience was good, however the quality and attention to detail is lacking in some areas.

I feel zlennar needs to help out of town buyers understand their house. And to understand the zhOA.

The buyi no process was very good. Everything was well explained

Sales rep was super pushy and almost lost the sale. I had to fix several plumbing issues myself after moving in. Kitchen sink had no hot water. Also shower head in master was leaking. Turns out it was cross threaded and I had to replace shower arm. Interior was swarming with fire ants. Luckily an exterminator was available to come out the next day. I understand this is common but Lennar should hire an exterminator to prevent this even if they need to recommend continued service after sale. Interested to see how house holds up in a hurricane; rafters look like they were thrown together by a greenhorn with no supervision. Could have got a comparable home for less money from another builder and it would have had a sprinkler system. ... More

We recently purchased a home through Kenner, and overall, the process was smooth and professional. Everything from start to finish was handled efficiently. However, upon closing, our family did not receive any welcome gifts, basket, or signage to commemorate the occasion. We’ve seen other neighbors receive these thoughtful touches, so it was a little disappointing not to be celebrated in the same way. It’s the small things that make a big difference during such an important milestone.

Well planned and executed process .

Ok, but could have been a higher quality product/ material. Electrical GFIs are not installed so you cannot use a hair dryer without tripping the power. The postal service is non existent, online packages undeliverable since the address does not exist. The most frustrating is the address being not found. No food delivery services or Uber cabs or any deliveries gets to us. We’ve had to use the Publix supermarket as our drop off. I’m told it will get started soon so until then, I “reside” at Publix on Palm Drive!

Was a very straight forward process

Lennar has a great team that supports, helps and guide first time buyers!

Great overall experience. I feel some corners were cut, and completion was rushed to make way for new or ongoing project builds. Semi-upgraded appliances and fixtures, no handles or knobs included with cabinetry, poor landscaping that has to be redone due to weeds growing through, laminate wood flooring lifting up from foundational floor in a few areas, maybe due to careless or improper installation. All of the above mentioned scenarios/concerns creates pause with giving Lennar an Exceptional home buying experience rating. Otherwise, pretty great home so far.

Zack is awesome! He has great follow through and truly cares about the way he treats us.

Sales - good Closing - average at best Walk through - nothing done between walkthrough and closing. And then they tried to send me to the Warranty team to input more than 15 issues. None of them were terribly hard…they just weren’t completed at anll. It wasn’t until I had to find the correct person, Bo that something got done. Thankfully Bo took care of the customer and without his intervention the experience could have been worse.

Buying a home from Lennar was a wonderful experience and i got value for my money. Thank you Lennar!

Hi, I am having an electric vehicle. I thought there would be EV charging stations at this community Collection at Hopewell. I bought a condo. The charging stations are not installed yet. I have no way to charge my car. When I tried to reach the sales agent and construction manager, they didn’t provide me a resolving answer. Now they hide from me not responding to my emails etc. Thank You Hari

Lennar builders don’t tell you the entire truth regarding warranty and how nothing falls under the warranty. Smoke screen of things you will receive half of the extra amenities pool etc aren’t even built because they’re so busy constantly building houses!

No organization No responsibility No costumer services No accountability No reliable communication Worst company and some employees as well.

I loved the product, the people and the process. Crisp and clean all the way through.

I am enjoying my Lennar home and community! I'm definitely pleased with my choice. The workmanship was good overall and you definitely get the bang for your buck. However, the sales office & communication needs improvement. I was given misinformation about my final figures, and my agent chose to make it right out of her commission. My sales agent was less responsive once I signed the contract, and there was definitely little communication within our new community about issues related to development. Delays in getting our mailbox as well as HOA matters. Overall I am pleased though, and I would recommend. ... More

Punchlist items have been slow to be resolved. I closed on March 28th and am still waiting for two major items to be resolved. Also, there was lack of communication regarding my mailbox and i never received the keys. I am waiting for the keys so i can get my mail.

It was quick and professional

Overall positive experience. The site construction manager, Erick, was excellent in his service, our interactions and follow through. The home is nice, with several compliments recei.
