Lennar really dropped the ball on Phase 2. Quality of everything was lowered yet the price increased. Phase 1 had GE Monogram appliances, open rail staircase, finished garage walls, tile roofs and the same was expected of Phase 2 considering the price increase, yet Lennar closed off the staircase, switched to Frigidaire appliances, and unfinished garage walls and asphalt shingle roof. Higher end finishes were also shown online but none of these were included in the home. Noticed many work that was unfinished after moving in. Good thing we have the warranty for a year, but you would think for the price point that you would get a quality home. ... More

Great service from purchase to closing. Having many issues with the Hvac system. I wish they would have went with a better a/c manufacturer than Lennox. This is one of the lower end Hvac manufacturing companies. If you are going to build good homes , put a reputable hvac in them. Otherwise, love the affordablity, location and service from the Lennar people.

If i could do it all over again i wouldn’t. Steer away from lennar and their houses. Buying process was terrible

The buying process was fairly smooth. I have had issues with the AC since moving in. It is working for the first time in 5 weeks.

Response to warranty repairs were timely and professional.

Many difficulties - Roofing shingles were not properly installed - Title Closing site caused closing confusion - Two problems with HVAC system - Roof trim/venting had to be redone - Shower head started spray leak - Wall paint above shower needed re-painted - Kitchen GFCI circuit failed for four outlets - Street signs never installed for my street and two others before and after streets, Lennar reps ignored, so I had to contact city councilperson to prompt city to install, still waiting - Lennar did not confirm mail delivery on-going, so have not received mail for over 6 weeks, have had to go 20 miles roundtrip to post office, USPS giving me 'run around', I have had to contact my US Congressman to investigate the unresponsive USPS office responsible for delivery. ... Overall experience was not what I expected. Staff is not friendly and staff does not call back to answers questions.

Quick responses to our repair issues was very much appreciated.

We could not be happier with our little cottage on the bluff overlooking the foothills of the Sierras. Our buying experience was incredible and the people at Lennar have been super responsive and accommodating. Our Loan Officer Rachel was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. We had a couple stressful moments & her calm encouraging demeanor was exactly what we needed during those times. Our walk-through experience with Lincoln in the Construction Department was amazing too. We could tell right away that a high standard is important to him, so we knew he was taking our concerns seriously. He was responsive and efficient. Unfortunately, the only complaint we have is that during our Sales experience, we were told that there would be no future construction on the hills behind us. We bought the house for the phenomenal view and have since learned that there are indeed, plans for future development there. I will not name the name here because we recognize we should have done our due diligence and confirmed this before we bought the house. In the end, we are still in love with our new community. Good but not very good

My wife and I purchased our home in May 2025 and it was everything we expected! Of course being that our home was brand new we had small issues. Lennar came in and took care of them IMMEDIATELY without question! Lennar has made us feel as if our happiness is their top priority! (And no I wasn’t paid to say this lol)

From beginning to end you feel the professionalism of the staff showing you everything as it is. Always willing to help and carry the purchase in the best possible way always fulfilling their word.

Everything went well before closing. Services and updates were excellent! I expect the interior window frame inside the garage should be finished with caulking with the designer package for a premium lot. I was disappointed for that. Overall, I am happy with my townhouse that Lennar built.

Overall, it was a great experience from the beginning to the final process.

Love my new house. Very happy here.

There were minor hiccups along the way, like a slight problem with getting a later appointment for the walkthroughs date and a few unexpected repairs that popped up during the inspection. However, these issues were handled professionally, and I felt supported throughout the resolution process. Warranty not addressing flooding issue . Next step Charlotte county permitting my home for occupancy when flood damage possible due to grading. Still not addressed. Lanai set low unable to drain.

Everyone involved from the sale to the closing were very helpful and polite. The move was flawless. I will highly recommend everyone to purchase a Lennar home! They build a great product!!

Everything from start to finish was terrible including the real estate agent. I put my unit up for sale the day after I closed and cant wait to get rid of it.

We had a very long drawn out purchasing experience through the loan application, both the FHA and Lennar’s conventional loan people. They were very impatient when they wanted information but otherwise slow in keeping us informed as to what was happening. They asked for information that was none of their business and eventually told me that if I did not give them the information that the loan would not be approved. This process took weeks. I went to a bank and got an approval with 4 days. After move in, I (a former builder) found that there were house framing studs missing in places where it was apparently inconvenient. ... More

Firstly, let me say dealing with the team at the community of Willow was a pleasant smooth and easy process. Starting with Nicole, who made the purchase quite easy and relaxed. Dealing with David and his team to obtain my mortgage was great. Finally working with Kim in the title office was stress-free. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, and I have recommended Lennar to colleagues and family. Even so my sister is buying a place at one of Lennar‘s other communities.

All the homes look the same after you have seen a few. Take your time to really go through the homes at your pace and don't feel the pressure of needing to make a decision before the end of the quarter when prices are sometimes reduced. Go for location over what the home has featured as built. You will update things on the inside over time, but you can not change the location.
