Loved every aspect of the homebuying exp

We are not new to the home-buying rodeo, in fact, this was the 4th home we have bought since 1985 and by far, buying with Lennar was the best experience we have had with any other builder, or at any price-point. When we approached the Lennar home rep we already had 2 other builders about to work with us, but Lennar beat them both by calling us on our way back home while I was driving to get us prequalified, what a pleasant surprise! It was close to 11pm and the Lennar rep stayed with us all the way until he got us qualified! We also had a firm deadline to move out of our previous home, and Lennar magically got us approved AND closed in less than two weeks, I am sure no other builder would have done that. Every single Lennar employee who assisted us on this journey was immensely helpful and professional, and somehow they were able to offer us better pricing than the original quote, and in record time. I’m so excited that I bought the new house at the McLeod community area. From the beginning to the end, it was flawless process from the loan officer to the closing. I haven’t seen anything change from the commitment standpoint since I bought the home. I’m very happy with the community and the people who live there.

Overall everything was great. Starting with looking at homes till the last ste moving in.

I'm shocked at how easy it was to buy this property. From the first time I stepped into the home through the day I received the keys, my experience was incredible!

Nice solid build. Builder did a great job. Nice neighborhood and location. Good value. Got a great deal at in November end of their fiscal year. I did get a private home inspection before my walk through and they addressed everything in my report. I am very happy with everything. I would reccomend Lennar builders. The home also comes with a warrenty. And dont forget to register all your mechanicals and appliances that were included for their warranties as well.

May second lennar home and the process this time was just as easy as the first. I will add this home was built a lot better than my previous home (Covid years so things were crazy) great experience fast communication and great price and location. Couldn’t be happier

We started out with so many questions and not thinking we were ready to buy. Our loan officer gave us the reality of where we were in the home buying experience and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Lennar continuously sent us emails of what’s next, the portal was very helpful to keep up with things, very user friendly and straight forward. Even after closing we received check in calls. After living in our home two months now…I can tell you it was nicely build and designed. We get a lot of compliments when we get visitors. Well prices, great layout, great customer service from all of the Lennar team members. I recommend them everytime someone ask about new construction or home ownership. Glad I chose them. Fairly painless as far as homebuying goes.

I'm impressed with Lennar, this is my first Lennar purchase and I was impressed with how friendly and easy to do business everyone was during the entire process. From working with the agents on site, to underwriting and closing, they made the process as smooth as possible. The efficiency and promptness of everyone at every level, I am very impressed.
