We still have an ongoing issue with plumbing and they are not addressing the issue, they are slow to fix issues and don’t do a quality job when fixing things. Would not recommend. I can’t wait to move already.

The sales folks and the customer satisfaction people were excellent. There is a personal feel to the community and we are enjoying the community. The escrow process was a bit clunky in the use of it email system.

The agent Timand the construction supervisor Jeremy were fantastic. After my 30 days, the people I had to deal with were worthless. The ceiling has cracks in it, and they blamed me for it.???? I actually spoke with Sherwin-Williams and they explained to me that it was a paint issue. It’s too bad Lennar does not back their s sloppy work. I saw several other houses with the same issue. Because of this I am steering my family members who are looking to purchase Florida homes away from Lennar.

It's pretty frustrating that they go over everything with you at the walk-through 2-3 weeks prior to settlement. It is impossible to remember everything especially when doing it by yourself. They should give you a book. Certain apps are renamed but can't remember what they said the new names are. Two months later I still haven't registered my hvac unit because all the QR stickers are just part numbers.

Did not fix any of the issues found during the inspection. They made it extremely difficult to have a third party inspector come in. A door fell off 2 months after buying the house and they are refusing to warranty it. The home buying experience was very smooth though. Suzette was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful

Not the best workmanship - I had to submit multiple warranty requests with the first few weeks of moving in. Not the best design/Architect. There are simple changes they could have made to make it better like why could not all the houses have porch entry stairs on the opposite sides? This would have made the porch space actually usable. I think they could have alternated 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom houses as much as possible for better privacy - when you have two four bedroom units next to each other, your windows align exactly and you can see each other unless you decide to keep your blinds ...

recently purchased a home in polk county area , new community just built and when i went to inquire of a property i told the salesperson i wanted a home on the end he told me they not building anymore homes in the area i selected so few months in as i got a home i really wasnt happy i noticed that they built 3 more homes that was last, so he lied, after i closed on the home we experienced the air conditioning wasnt working after we moved in i went through 8 lennar people to explain my situation this was the worse awful experience i have ever went through as a first time buyer, my family had ...

We’ve had nothing but trouble trying to get warranty service requests complete. No follow up or follow through. Before we closed, we received very prompt assistance, now that we are in the home, nobody will call us back. We’ve submitted five or six service requests for items we found that need fixing and I’m waiting here on a work day for somebody to come address our concerns. I have no idea when because customer service won’t respond to me. We are left out in the cold so to speak.

John was excellent to answer any questions we had. There is a property that doesn’t belong to The Venue that has a dilapidated pool which we can see from my backyard and was told that trees were going up to have coverage from it but the trees that were planted are situated in such an angle that more trees need to be planted in order for us not to see that horrible property. Now I have to speak with HOA to see if they can put at least 5 more trees so that when they grow out we would have full coverage.

You could call them at anytime or if they weren’t available at that time, they’d called you back.
