Sales person violated federal by refusing handicap accommodations. Larry Seiple was tremendous to work with during mortgage process. He is sole reason I did move forward with charges against Lennar. The construction managers have been responsive to issues with construction defects.Lennar does not use high quality materials. The HOA is not at all responsive

As a first time home buyer, my process was quick and smooth. The staff was very attentive to my needs and I am very happy to call this my new home. Gracias, Lennar!

Loved so many things about my Lennar home, except the appliances picked, poor quality, the back covered porch was a bad choice on lennars part, it makes the beautiful home look cheap.

I am very happy to buy Lennar’s home because home are very beautiful and they are very high quality.

I bough without a realtor, and just me and the sales office. Karl was immensely helpful in his knowledge, responsiveness and chasing down answers for me. I used a private inspector who as you would expect found things during construction, and they were addressed promptly with personal high-touch interaction with Matthew and JD, my construction managers. Now, this was not my first rodeo, but even if it were, these folks did a very nice job.

We have had eight work tickets in the first month. Each time one of them has been addressed, there has been a new issue created.

Lennar could benefit if they had more employees like Bonita. My questions were always answered and if Bonita didn't know the answer she would let me know she would find out and get back to me. She always follow through. I always felt like I was pulling teeth with Mary Jo and therefore Bonita was like my lifeline. I have referred a couple of friends but, I also told them about the response or lack of good response from Mary Jo.

Everyone I delt with within Lennar has been great. Michael was great when he was showing me all the different models of homes and neighborhoods I had to choose from. The experience of buying the house was pleasant. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had a small electrical issue and I used the app to put a request in on the warranty and an electrician was here the next day to fix it. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are friendly.

Workmanship is poor - No ability to choose any upgrades - does not exist - poor communication on what is going on - No screens for windows - No drawers in sink for Master Bedroom - Cannot upgrade anything - Poor Poor value for the money you are spending on new home!!

Fast and easy process. All questions answered immediately.

There is little accountability with anything. When initially inspecting the house and pointing out the defects that needed to be cleaned up or fixed they promised they would fix them all. We toured the house three days before moving and notice some problems were still not fixed or cleaned, they then promised it will be ready for move in. We show up for move in and the house was still in the same state and they said they cleaned the house. There was dirt in the windows sills, blue tape from the inspection still on the walls and in cabinets, dirt in the showers, tape residue on the flooring, scuffs in the walls, paint peeling from the doors. The bathroom door still didn’t close because it was misaligned, and other previously addressed issues. Lennar said either we wait another week for them to fix it file a warranty request. We didn’t want to stay and pay for another week in the hotel so we moved in and did the warranty request. The request took another month to be addressed and very little communication to keep us up to date. While installing the sod, they damaged the fence and ran over a pipe that led to the sewer which prevented us from using our toilet or running the water for a day. The fence is still not fixed after 3 months. Their customer care team is under staffed and warranty requests will take forever. I still have 6 requests pending with no end in sight. Do not trust. They may seem nice, bur Lennar over works them so they don’t have time to care. ... More

I am a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran with certain health issues. Everything was going great with the whole process home buying process, until after the closing. That's when it all fell apart. I wanted to fence in the very small backyard and have pavers put down before my family moved in. I have mobility issues when walking through grass so the pavers were the perfect choice. After closing I submitted my paperwork for the fence to be installed with the HOA. We'll, they contacted me and said they were waiting on the paperwork from Lennar. A week or so later with no call, I contacted them again. Then I find out someone at Lennar FAILED to submit my Closing Packet to the HOA. So, here I am waiting to have the fence installed before I can have the pavers put in and time is running out before I can actually move in. We planned to move in May 22 so that the fence and then pavers could be installed. Keep in mind, I closed on the house April 28th. So now were we'll over a month and still NO Closing Packet has been submitted to the HOA from Lennar. The HOA could not tell me who to contact to fix the issue saying that it's Lennar not them. I could not get help from Lennar as I was constantly being passed off to someone else. Seems nobody knows. So, my dream of moving into my COMPLETED and Functional Lennar home is GONE. So now, my happiness and excitement has been taken away by Lennar and their neglect to their customer who is also a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran with health issues. My dream of being able to go into my backyard with no safety concerns because of my health issues has been taken away from me. It would have been nice to enjoy my backyard, but now all I can do is look at it but not enjoy it. I am disappointed in Lennar for their lack of properly doing their job for their customer who just bought one of their homes. I am truly disappointed and hurt from this experience. Lennar customers deserve better than this and especially for the disabled and the 100% Disabled Combat Veterans, like myself. I'm sure i will NEVER hear from Lennar because I am just a nobody that everyone has forgotten. ... More

Overall experience was great working with the Lennar's team the did a good job to make the whole process go smoothly as possible closing was fast and quick.The plus +55 Community is great The neighbors are great, the home is great, and the Price is great.Can't say it enough the Lennar team is great!!! Thank you so much Lennar.

I purchased this property as a single-family investment for long-term leasing. My buying experience with Lennar was good overall. Generally, there was someone at each step of the way to ask questions of and keep me informed as to what task I had to attend to next. My biggest complaint would be the length of time it took to lay the sod and put in the trees on the property. Their target was to have the sod and trees in "seven to ten days after closing". Instead it took them three weeks from closing which meant I was delayed that long in being able to show the property to prospective tenants. Other than that, the process was pretty smooth. ... More

Good sales/ buying experience. Lennar product fell short on expectations. Low quality materials for example very small doors. Windos that do not open. Lost space in the corner counter. Very dark house. Ensure the lights are off when you see the house.

Overall, the experience with Lennar went smooth and as advertised. Quality is average. Not much attention to details and craftsmanship. All items are "contractor grade" at best. Meaning better than junk, but no better than average. Think "value" line in whatever came with the unit. But, I did know this going in.

I hear closing is nothing short of a stressful time that every home buyer just wants to get over with. But in my case this was “never seen before delays” and unprofessionalism from the loan officer, but more so on the loan processor. A few documents that were submitted to Lennar earlier in the closing process for the closing date got lost in Lennar hands, causing my closing date to be delayed by 2 days and closing at 9:50PM… So pretty much 3 days.

We love our new home & neighborhood. However, Lennar really went the cheap route during the building process yet still charged us top dollar. Horrible flat white paint throughout the home, grade 1 air filters in the vents, bottom of the line appliances, messy touch up’s after walk through resulting in paint splatter all over new carpet and flooring…I could go on. The buying process was also overwhelming with repeat documentation required with short notice.

Up to moving in was fine! I’m really not impressed with the construction manager Dave. He arrogant and condescending. When I did my pre move in I came with my kids because they were excited. He looked disappointed and told them to go upstairs while we did it without asking me. That was very rude. I called him because my water dispenser in my fridge is spraying everywhere and I said I’m not sure I can fix it, he stated if I can’t you can’t. That was strike 2. Then he parked in the middle of the road in front of my driveway of the home I just purchased to talk to a worker knowing I was waiting and showed no courtesy of pulling off to the side. If he or they were working on something, that would’ve been fine but they clearly weren’t and just talking, he can pull off to the side of the road to do that. I just let him talk because I can easily google anything he is saying. I think he is doing a very poor job and shows no respect to the homeowners here. I have issues with my home and don’t want to even deal with him! I think he can use some training and knowledge that talking to homeowners is different than talking to the workers onsite. ... More

Easy to work with kind, ethical, professional people.

I would have liked my 1st homeobuying experience to have been a great experience. However, the whole experience up until this point has been void of joy. I was blessed to purchase a home in TX, however the process was very rushed, I was lied to on numerous occasions, I noted damages in the home prior to closing which I had to deal with afterwards, the process of getting things fixed (which were under warranty) has been difficult to manage, I noticed multiple things after which were not functioning correctly after closing on the home.
