The customer care team communication is very well so that I get response quickly. They took cared for the repair I needed fast and responsibly. I was expecting to clean the whole house before moving in but it was cleaned very well, no dust on molding, bathroom, shower tub, kitchen , bedroom, floors, etc. The house was truly ready to move in! I see that everyone at Lenner is working very hard to make us happy living in home built by them.

I purchased a "Qucik Move In" home. I am someone who likes to thoroughly read everything that I am signing, to make sure I completely understand what I am signing but I was rushed and they attempted to hurry me along with the signing telling me several times "Its all standard" - well - I have never bought a home before so I dont have a clue what the standard is! On top of that, once we did sign, and got final full approval, we did our first home walk through, and even that felt like we were being rushed through in order to not find all the flaws, and issues with a NEW HOME BUILD. We decided to come back ourselves AFTER that initial walk through before we accepted the home to thoroughly spend more time looking at everything, and we found a lot more areas that needed fixed. There is no pride in their work. They hire electricians that are not licensed. There were loose cables at our electrical panel that had to be later fixed. I cannot stress ENOUGH - HIRE AN INSPECTOR!!!! He found they improperly wired our home with the wrong color cable and then they painted it at the panel to show like it was correct. We have a wall that is literally wavy and they're telling me they may not fix it because they are stating the wall can be inside of a 1/2" on a 12-ft area of a wall but they are misquoting the ROC standards. ROC standards show it is 1/4" but that doesnt even matter. Ours is out of standards, as it is 3/4" or more in some areas. . Just do your research on what home builder you buy with. No home is ever going to be 100% perfect, but this appears to just be lazy workmanship. ... More

After a brief miscommunication regarding available units, the rest of the buying experience went very well. Our salesman Arthur and project manager Grant were very responsive to all of our concerns and warranty claims. The home is an unbelievable bargain compared to what can be purchases in the Northeast.

Mixed emotions about this product. Great floorplan, great purchase price, but the quality of workmanship and the quality of materials (e.g. cabinets) was disappointing. Some would would say "you get what you pay for'. The bundled golf package was a plus. Lennar Title and Lennar Mortgage experience was great. The sales experience wiht Adriana in the sales office was great too. Some stress with trying to move in because of a defective smoke alarm that chirped so much that we wouldn't be able to sleep causing a delayed move-in. Working with support to resolve.

Process at the beginning feels like a dream come true. After 40 days and 3 days before my closing, the nightmare starts. Lennar mortgage denied my application,n and they even care to ask for supporting documentation and anything regarding the denial, I tried to cancel everything with that denial, but Lennar insisted that it was not possible because 30 days had already passed by. After the process of getting approved by another bank because as for Lennar, I didn't have any other option, I was able to move in, I could notice bad quality, worst finishing. Conditions were not as expected since this should be a new home. What was supposed to be a dream come true was the worst decision I ever made. We watched out new home built from the ground up. If was great to watch each step and glad we did for when we moved in we knew it so much better. Have had a few issues along the way but they were addressed and fixed in a timely manner.

We’re so happy with our new home. It’s quite an upgrade for us, and we were especially excited about having most everything included with our home (appliances, landscaping, etc). Thanks!

Good Results. Iam very pleased with my townhome.

So far it's been great. We been loving the house. It's calm and very spacious. Lennar has been good to us. We like everything except the bathroom near the kitchen and that outside we sometimes have a big puddle after the rain. Overall we like it.

I had such a great experience, the process was so streamlined to where I had no stress.

There were some issues with the process that needs attention. First there needs to be a time schedule in which phone messages should be returned. I will say that of all the different people I spoke with during the process, Dalton was the best. He would answer messages within a few hours. Secondly, there is too much repeat documentation going on. We had to submit the same documents more than 3 times to different departments as though we were going to get caught sending in the wrong or fraudulent documents which makes the buyer fell a certain kind of way. Then there are too many of the same emails with the same information which makes it seems like there is another document that must be sent, but come to find out it's a repeat email asking for something already sent, which goes back to the point of phone calls not being answered to clarify what's going on. The process online is a great way to handle home buying in the 21st century, but it needs to be streamlined and the Lennar employees must do better with customer service. ... More

As expected the overall build quality and the materials used are great. It was been a great experience with the sales team, mortgage team and the post sale representative. When I have created tickets for issues, the response and scheduling could use a lot of improvements

At the beginning I was very upset because due to negligence on behalf of the HVAC company, my move in was delayed upon discovering a leak in one of the bedrooms. The carpet was soaked and Lennar quickly responded and began clean up and repair. After a couple of weeks everything was squared away and I was able to move in and begin making it our home. Erastus and Mike worked diligently to get things moving along. Alejandra checked in often to ensure things were progressing. I appreciate Lennar's timely manner in responding to other issues that have been addressed and I trust that issues that may arise in the future will be resolved quickly as well. Extra switch should be added in the rooms for fans. Double ended switch should be added in the foyer. All bathroooms have no napkins no holder amd towel holder and unutiltized space next to master bedroom sink which could turn into closet. Master bathroom does not have a lock, a tub and a window. No fans and no switches extra provided in the house. Internet point should be in all the rooms but there is only 3. There is no handles in the kitchen cabinets. There is no light in the driveway. Fence material is cheap not good quality.

The home is great, but having to deal with the HOA is a pain in the butt. I do not like feeling like a prisoner in my own home, not being able to do simple things without getting permission. Even though I just purchased this home, more than likely, I will find another area in Floresville without an HOA and move again.

Lennar was more than helpful finding us a new house after our first choice was pulled off the market. Any issues that we have had have been handled in a very timely manner and by very professional individuals making our home very comfortable.

Very good service during the process of the purchase

Lennar was very helpful during the build to send us photos of the status as we were out of state. Thank you Jennifer, Lillian and Brittany of the sales office. Titus and Sean from customer care were very helpful in the inspection process and responding to our building questions. We had not had gas before and we had cime from a different climate so we had related questions. They were thorough and very quick to respond. We also received very helpful referrals for home, car and umbrella insurance and for blinds and counter sealing and the mortgage company was responsive and helpful. Jordan and Seth both were kind and patient with us. Bring seniors we are not very tech savvy and both of them helped us in that regard. On the construction side, this is the worst paint and grout job I’ve ever seen. I was expecting builder grade paint but the manner in which was applied is awful. When we went to pick up the keys to our home we met Richard, customer care, who said he would be by in a few days. That was the last we saw of him.

The entire team made the buying experience quick and easy.
