A couple of issues have popped up, very pleased with responses so far

Liked the easy experience buying that great family house

Our salesman, Aaron, loan officer, Bryan, and the gentleman at the title company who assisted us at closing were each very helpful, patient, and available when we had questions. We’re pleased with our new home and grateful for included features like the sprinkler system.

Excellent quality and Value. Small issues repaired promptly. Missed a 5 Star overall as the HOA/Lagoon information and figures was extremely poor. The Lagoon Sign Up process is totally dysfunctional and affects your reputation.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The experience exceeded my expectations, and the efficiency and effectiveness in resolving matters were remarkable

Lennar Loans are horrible. Rates differ from buyer to buyer. The incentives towards closing cost gets adjusted so that they won’t give back any money towards down payments. Unit with higher cost might pay less emi compared to the units with low cost at same interest rates. First time home buyer be careful of these traps. Constructions wise things are good.

Salesman was great! Building site supervisor was great!

The entire process was robotic. Very impersonal and rushed to check off their boxes to sell quickly, yet no real estate agent present at my home closing. As compared to the D.R. Horton new build home buyer experiences of my sons, I am very disappointed with Lennar. Same location, opposite home buying experience.

It would have been beneficial to have models of the 4 different styles of homes to view instead of only one model before buying. The dishwasher that came with the house was very cheap. We replaced it immediately. We really like the house so far after 2 months.

The toilets are so low, my privets drop in the water when I set down and it is very frustrating. They will have to be replaced. The glass shower leak in the master Bathroom. No need for three tubs in one house. Could use the room in the master bath for drawers. No drawers in the bathrooms. They laid several big areas of dead sod and will take a lot of water and time to bring back to life. Need more power plugs in the back of the house.

The whole process was very helpful and easy, making our purchase decision for us. Everyone in the process has been great.

The sales experience was very professional without pressure. Dominique was patient as we took almost a year to finalize a purchase. Customer service after the sale could be improved in response time.

My home is comfortable and perfect for my needs.

Whole home buying experience was not good still waiting on supervisor to call me back.

Poor quality paint, when cleaning the floor the baseboard loose the paint. Bathroom sinks with manufacturer defects, floors vinyl not glued around ALL walls. Kitchen sink food garbage barely pushed water out, poor water pressure on all of the faucets. These houses are sold well built houses. Getting repairs done is a nightmare.

On a 2021 visit with our daughter who lives in Cape Coral we noticed Heritage Landing, We stopped and picked up some information but there wasn't much to see. We began to get updates from the Lennar sales people and on future visits we toured some of the homes. We also sought information on Lennar homes in other area locations and for the past 2 years we became more serious about relocating and visited a lot of homes in other communities with a realtor. In June of this year we were at our granddaughter's baby shower and dropped by Heritage Manor to look at Lennar's advertised closeout homes and decided to make a purchase even though we would be a few months away from being able to actually relocate. All through this process the Lennar sales staff have been helpful, informative and always ready to provide us with answers to our questions. The closing process was virtual and wen smoothly. I would add that we compared the homes of many builders for style, quality and value as well as the pros and cons of living in a community like Heritage Landing or just a neighborhood without amenities to reach our decision. Our new home experience has not been overwhelming. Average quality of construction, no attention to details, contractors don’t care about your experience. Building around us is messy, dirty, and they make no honest attempt to change and clean up. Amenities are started, but almost no push to complete. Days go by with no real manpower to make progress.HOA does not respond or return phone calls.

I could bore you with a full story of my experience, but this was our first home buying moment and it was worth it...

Closed the house. Pointed out lot of issues especially with paint touch ups. Was promised that it will be taken care. Now i was told last week that lennar can provide me paint and i can do by myself

I was so pleased with my experience with Lennar. I had never purchased a new build before, so I was a little wary. The buying process was really smooth and I felt like they were really willing to work with me to make it happen. The whole crew was friendly and responsive. When final walk throughs were happening, I felt like they really wanted to make sure that any/all issues were addressed so that my home was perfect. There were only a few minor touch ups (mostly cosmetic). I truly only have two things to say that aren’t positive. First of all, my HOA fee was never accurately disclosed - it ended up being about 40/month more than what was on paper. Second, I have an EV and was told the garage had an outlet for charging. There is a NEMA 14-30 R, which technically could work, but the vast majority of home charging equipment has a NEMA 14-50 plug, so I will either need to hunt down a unique box or have a NEMA 14-50 installed in order to fully charge my car overnight. Other than that, I am so happy with my new home and my home buying experience. ... More
