It was a great move from Chicago to Texas. Lennar made finding and purchasing my home seamless. From pre-qualification to selecting a community that fit my wants and within my budget. My sells consultant Brandi M. was amazing in this process by ensuring I understood the process! To post purchase support (Kyndel R.) to ensure I understand the warrantee and resolve any issues that arise or just answering questions. Lennar truly made my transition less stressful and fulfilling. I'm finally home!

Be sure to check all the boxes in order to make sure you have everything in order. They are very thorough

It was an amazing experience.

Once our home/care was turned over to Matt to help with any warranty issues, he was most attentive in getting the necessary people in to correct any issues we had. While I have to say, however, it should be more important that the subs Lennar uses could be more careful during the construction to avoid having any issues that need correcting to begin with. Is it perfect? No. But overall, we are quite happy. Overall construction seems decent. We’ve built 5 homes before so this new construction isn’t a first experience for us.

My experience from start to closing with Lennar Mortgage is excellent. Excellent craftsmanship is noticeable as soon as you enter the house.

Our home buying experience with Lennar was FLAWLESS!!!! From the moment we left Del Webb in disappointment, we decided to venture over to Lennar and see what you had available. We were greeted warmly by Jamie Masterheim who took the time to take us around by golf cart and answered all of our questions. After thirty years in commercial real estate, I have never encountered such a knowledgeable and well versed salesperson! We were cash buyers and Jamie took us through the entire process without a hiccup! Mitch at Lennar Title was also wonderful. He took care of us like he was working with a good friend. He was awesome! I was very pleased with the overall experience working with Lennar. Providing necessary documents was fast and easy. Communication was consistent, with call-backs generally within same day. Having a full one-year warranty on the home allows piece of mind. Overall, it was a great experience working with Lennar!

I came in never expecting to buy a home.. I just thought being a single women with 1 income I could never afford it.. but I was wrong.. they gave me the tools to inform myself.. and made the home buying process easy.. and the payments very affordable., Thank you .. for making the home process easy and living my dream of owning my own home..

Throughout the buying experience , we had A lot of unnecessary paperwork work and emails; only to discover that some of those are to protect their own interests! Many cookie cutter materials and workmanship. Still haven’t fixed anything they promised to fix despite having barrage of tickets opened ! Very disappointing that even when we want to upgrade some of the appliances and materials , they will not allow anything and we now in the process of tearing down an entire bathroom because there is not a single thing there that is of good quality !!!! For example, the floor is creaking, faucets , mirrors, vanity, shower fixtures etc are very very very cheap ones ! They claim to have modern house but not true . They have new building but nothing modern about design , appliances and materials used ... More

We watched the house go up from start to finish with a great commicator Jeff and Jerry who kept us informed on what was happening so we could come by and take pictures as the house was built. We are so happy with the results and can’t thank them enough for everything .

Easy process from contract to close!

This is the third house I have bought in my life and by far the worst homebuying experience I have ever had. They pushed back my closing twice and tried to push it back a third time, despite very little work being left to complete when I looked at the house 2 months prior. They did not fix all of the problems that were identified during my independent inspection, despite saying that they would and that they did. I had to have 3 final walkthroughs as they hardly fixed any of the issues that were identified during the first walkthrough, and they had still not fixed them all during the third walkthrough. Some were never fixed. They shorted me 5 ft. of sod. The washing machine drain pipe was blocked and flooded my house the first time I washed a load of laundry. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was cracked and leaking onto the floor. ... More

Working with Lennar to buy my home was easy. Being able to submit needed documents online helped expedite the process. I was in my new home within 30 days.

Was sold a bill of goods regarding the solar agreement and are currently in arrears with our electric provider due to Sunnova’s inaction to uphold the agreement as stated in multiple emails and phone calls. Do NOT sign with Sunnova!!

Buying process was very easy. Jon did good job though walk through process

I regret not hiring my own home inspector. Came across a few dents on garage door, leaking garbage disposal and bad water heater. Put in a work order a few months ago and haven't heard back from anyone. Having bugs come out of back walls on shower. Really disappointed for a new house.

The customer care division for issues post closing have been great. Promptness, courteous, professional! We closed in a very short period of time and there was some mis information but overall a pretty good experience

We had a pleasant and wonderful experience purchasing a home from Lennar. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The loan officer we had truly cared about our financial situation and went above and beyond. The home was built well. The appliances provided were upgraded. Our family is very happy with our new home.

Lennar collects a vast volume of totally confidential information, much more than is necessary for me to be proven as a responsible buyer and payer. I do not believe this information is stored in a suitably secure manner. I worry about my identity being stolen by others or shared with others I do not want it shared with by Lennar. We sign waaaaay too many documents giving Lennar the right to own our lives. I do not trust Lennar!!!!!! Most of the staff we dealt with are great.

I'm so much very pleased and happy with my purchase. tyler and jennifer were the BEST!!. i would highly recommend LENNAR to friends and family members.

The best company and team I have ever worked with.

We were assured by the sales person, Carlos, that applying to put in a standard fence like everyone else has in the neighborhood would be a quick and easy process and it’s been anything but that. In two days, it will mark the 30 day mark. We were told it would take one week to 30 days and they have waited until the evening of the 28th day to kick our application back to us and tell us they need more information about something that was not even on the application nor is it in the covenants. As a homeowner who just wants to put up a regular fence and nothing else, this is infuriating and there is no one at Lennar that I can talk directly to. The management company has zero control and no information to give me anytime that I ever call them. All they do is put it back on Lennar, but they refuse to give me any information on who I can contact at Lennar. They are useless as far as I’m concerned. We paid a tiny money for this house. Why would we let it look like crap??? It’s unbelievable to me that they assume we’re not going to do the right thing and make it super difficult for us to get a fence up in a timely manner when so many people in this neighborhood walk their dogs with no leashes! I shouldn’t be afraid to walk my own dogs in my own yard. But I am, because the HOA won’t let me put up a fence without jumping through a ton of hoops. ... More

Team isn’t always on same page.

Water leakage at home in first week. Lennar took care of it but took a month to have everything back. They ordered new flooring and waited for weeks and they had new flooring available in under construction units in our community. Did not give a water filter for drinking water in kitchen island. The window size is not the same at bottom and top. Had trouble installing blinds
