The referred services vendors are worst: 1. Solar company did not set up solar account until today, which is around 3 months already; 2. trash services slow, not on time, expensive; 3. electricity expensive than SCE; 4. window design weird, flies coming in during nights frequently; 5. the financing process frustrated.

I am delighted to share our experience. Quality is non-existent. Paint is so watered down it comes off on your hands and clothes. Every outlet cover is painted onto the wall. The floor tiles have never been cleaned. Electric kept popping the breakers. Response was there isn't anything wrong, you should plug your Keurig in elsewhere. In a house built for 2025? None sense. (We have had the breakers replaced and that circuit is fine, now.) After closing there has been little or no effort by Lennar. The service request system is cumbersome and almost useless. There are no drawers in either bathroom also no towel bars. Half shelves in the lower kitchen cabinets. Several tiles need to be replaced. Grout drippings are all over, door hinge screws missing, every door bottom looks like they have been dropped, scratches in the very low-quality stainless sink. Roof tiles flapping in the wind. Scratches on the "granite" counters. The list goes on. Stucco around the doorbell, the entryway door lock’s finish is coming off, caulking around the base of the entryway door has come off, window frame on the front bedroom is loose. Paint dribbles everywhere. The pantry shelves have huge blobs where paint has dripped into blobs about the size of a quarter on every shelf. Shall I go on? ... More

I’m very much happy with the responsiveness of all the problem we have in our new home. Thanks to Harold he’s very approachable and easy to talk to regarding everything his efficient too. Thank you to Lily the one from finances until now she’s been helping me she’s very seeet and friendly. I revoke my review to Kimberly Morris. Not a good quality final inspector. We are a first home buyer we don’t really know about homes she assured us everything is fine when we started moving in we found all the error especially the dryer vent if not installed and the sink is not even attached good. The Lennar warranty team was really responsive and great at communicating progress. I would recommend a professional cleaning prior to closing as their floors had several adhesive marks that took multiple cleanings to remove.

Kelly our customer care representative is extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever problems we had, Kelly arranged for it to taken care of right away. We cannot say enough good things about her. A great problem solver.

Not the best experience. The buying process, going through the closing was terrible. Lori and Andrea NEVER answer phones, they’re rude when you ask them questions. I’m glad that the process is over, however I don’t think I’ll ever refer anyone to build a home with Lennar.

- The initial purchasing process was a smooth one. - Several smaller issues that were discovered during the walk through & reported were not resolved as promised. Meanwhile, the Lennar team were persistent about ‘closing’ so we did it as soon as possible. The outstanding issues were never addressed. - It’s not necessarily the issues that wasn’t completed, but the promise that wasn’t kept creates a negative impression.

Great customer service! Love our new home!

Customer care guy is nice but not totally knowledgeable about house. ie: said fireplace had a blower (it does not ), said He would take care of dirty windows on outside ( did not ), yard light not working ( He said you have to wait a few minutes ( not true, there is an inside switch that a neighbor told me about, still not working)

From start to finish, other than me having to learn to Docusign process went very smoothly. All those representing Lennar were very kind and compassionate even when I had my many questions. Looking to spending time in my new forever home. My sincere thanks to All!!

They build a home, not a custom home

Good basic starter home. Would be good to have tp racks and towel racks. I encountered too many personnel changes during the closing and post closing process. I had numerous post closing issues that should have not been issues. My view is that the last portion of the build was sloppy, most likely because of changing roles of Lennar personnel. You need a full time on site person to manage the post close warranty issues. doing it remote didnt work for me and certainly dealing w numerous vendors that just show up not speaking english is not something I have time for. Poor management

Having all options for building, financing, insurance, etc. all in-house makes the buying process less stressful. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and the Lennar team in general.

Every aspect of the home purchase journey was over the top. I would recommend Lennar to all my friends and family.

The entire process was very positive from dealing with the sales office, the loan officer, the insurance broker, and closing in escrow. The home was in very good condition when we moved in, and we are very happy.

I'm providing this feedback after multiple attempts to raise concerns through the proper channels, including emails sent to the CEO, VP, Regional Managers, and Customer Care, none of which have resulted in meaningful resolution. My experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Key issues: • The home was overpriced, and I feel misled and taken advantage of during the buying process. • Build quality is substandard relative to the price point. • Customer service has been slow, dismissive, or unresponsive - even at the highest levels. • I've made multiple attempts to raise concerns, but have received no fair resolution or accountability. • The ongoing costs — including HOA, Mello-Reos, and high property taxes - are excessive and not clearly communicated up front. • Traffic congestion in Mountain House has worsened significantly due to unplanned overdevelopment. • It feels like Lennar is focused solely on exploiting buyer urgency and housing demand, without considering how homeowners live, commute, or manages the long-term costs. • I would not recommend buying a home in this area. My overall experience in dealing with a thenar was OK. The app was not a joy at all. I would rate it or two out of five. Though the people I talk to in the office were prompt, courteous, and professional, which helped me deal with the whole app situation. Again, I wish I was made aware of the fact that in the townhomes you have investors who will be renting out properties. My experience in the past has been that investors are poor landlords, and the property values for surrounding properties are dragged down and the transient people that move in and out don’t care about the property in the property start to look shabby, which affects my home and it’s value. ... BIGGEST ISSUE: WE WERE ALLOWED TO MOVE IN AND BE IN THE HOUSE FOR OVER A MONTH AND LENNAR NEVER GOT OUR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY COMPLETED UNTIL THEN.. Our problems started out with to many people trying to be involved but none of them talking to each other. A lot of blaming between departments and no solutions made was very frustrating. There was a major delay for final inspections for some reason and 5 days before we were to sign on our house was the first "blue tape" walk through which means construction only had a day and a half to fix everything that was listed. Finally we sign. A week after that, construction comes by because they never did the inspection testing on the A/C system and that was suppose to be done prior to closing. The guy does the testing and a week later we find out that they somehow lost all the paperwork for the test and the inspector was already back in Dallas, so here we go again with another person in our house testing the system (3 weeks after closing and moving in). We had to put a lock on our back gate because random contractors were bring tractors into our back yard but never letting us know that they were there or why they were. Keep in mind, we had been living in the house for 2 weeks at that point. A month and a half into living in the home, we needed to file a warranty report for the back door as it wasn't sealed properly and allowed water to come into the house (I will give the warranty department credit, they came and fixed it with in 48 hours). Now onto the grass. They laid sod a couple weeks after being in the home. A 3 foot by 50 foot section in the backyard never took. It died almost immediately after being put in even with watering it twice a day. We have complained several times about it and the only explanation that we are given is to just keep watering it and hope for the best. No one wants to accept responsibility and fix what should have been fixed prior to moving in and all departments want to put all blame elsewhere. ... More

Our experience overall was not the best. Aaron from the mortgage said was not easy to work with and we had several issues. Susan was great and so was the construction team.

I had a great closing experience. The process was quick and trouble-free. No delays or time lost, all t’s were crossed and i’s dotted.

A lot of trouble with the paperwork at first, but after that things went very smoothly

I have only great things to say about the whole Lennar team. They were excellent, knowledgeable, always super responsive and I had an amazing experience with them! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is a potential home buyer!

Thr service was very good. Issues were resolved and we were happy with it. Dominique is always trying to do his best and found way to help the homeowner!

Sometimes there are things that change without a communication

Home has very low quality equipment in it. Hood system in home doesn’t match the range size. All doors don’t close properly. Doors always stay propped open. You always feel a draft of air going through the house.
