My issues are address immediately

The contractor responsible for the construction was very knowlegable in the home construction process and was very willing answer all our questions. He kept us informed of the progress of construction. We requested him because on the first open house event he picked us up in a golf cart and drove us to the event. He impressed my wife and I with his kindness and we trusted him to do an outstanding job. He proved to be just as we thought. We are very excited about living in our new Lennar home!

I have purchased 4 homes and this was by far the best experience I've had during this process.

After looking at several different builders throughout the Las Vegas Valley we ultimately settled on Lennar because of their partnership with Opendoor. But the pleasant process was just beginning. From the timely updates from our sales agent all the way through minor repairs once we moved in the entire process has been incredible. It will be hard for my wife and I not to buy a Lennar home in the future.

Quality build at a great value

We retired and moved in December 2019 to Jacksonville to be closer to family. We chose the Halle model and it is the perfect floor plan for us. Any minor problem we have had, Greg and Travis have been very helpful and “Johnny on the spot” to fix the problem and give advise to help maintain the upkeep of our home. VERY HAPPY to call a Highland Chase home.

I am happy to have a home built by lennar and the quality of the house. We are enjoying our new house and the construction manager and home consultant were great and they are the best. Helped in each and every step.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. We did not pay a premium price, so we do not expect a premium product. Some things are “cheap” but overall, we are very well pleased with the home and the service we have received. We would certainly build our next home with Lennar.
