The lender department was incredible! The worked quickly with underwriting to get us into our new home and had amazing communication! Thank you to Kelsey and team for all the hard work!!! As for the house it’s pretty good we moved from a new build DR Horton and the quality is better for the most part. Our new house has solar panels and we closed on 2/28 and we still have not heard when they will be turned on so we are currently paying a full electric bill as well as a monthly rate for the panels so they are basically just a decoration at this point which is frustrating. As far as the hardware and finishes inside the home they are nothing special the countertops are a 1/2 inch thick quartz and the lights, shower heads and all other accessories are cheap and needed to be changed out as soon as we moved in. The battery in some of the smoke detectors were dead within a month on moving in as well again not a big deal but a small annoyance. Overall the house is nice and I have no major complaints aside from the solar or lack there of at this point. ... More

Lennar homes gives you a blank slate to finish your home the way you want to. You get a great house for a good price. They exceeded my expectation on the walk through punch list and their employees are very knowledgeable and respectful. Our final walk through was with Corey, she was very informative and helpful with all of our questions and issues. The value and quality was on par with what you pay for. I would reccomend thier product to friends and family.

Overall was very good, but responsiveness to issues was pretty slow.

No TV No Mail No Internet. Been almost 2 months, I Would not recommend Lennar to anyone.

I am pleased with the quality of the home for the price I paid. I have had a few issues and they have been quick to respond. However, Lennar mortgage and Lennar title were awful! Mortgage company messed up loan, blamed me, threatened me and delayed closing. Cost me extra to close. The title company did not send the homeowner's insurance payment (which I paid to them in closing) to the insurance company for over a month. I had to pay the insurance company and wait for them to receive payment before I got reimbursed.

The whole process was smooth. Wasn’t a hard pitch at all. Homes are made with the lowest grade quality though. Already need to do some basic renovations which is a disappointment. But other than that everyone is super nice and pretty responsive.

Courtney made our experience exceptional. Our home is everything we have dreamed of! Could not have asked for a better experience.

We had a great sales person, Todd. He went out of his way to make sure we planned the home we wanted, even last minute changes. He was always pleasant and upbeat. Thanks Todd for making this experience a great one.

I bought my first Lennar house during its February production event. I got a very good promotion package. Quality is good, layout is super.

From the beginning I said I did not wish to do things electronically but was forced into it. Then I was told after everything was done I being transfered to another mortgage company without any reason or notification. Bad communication on getting back to fix issues. This refrigerator is faulty it keeps beeping when I heard the beeps when looking at the house before buying I thought It was a security alarm on the house. I've been calling in about it but getting no one to get back with me on the issue then on left side of house there looks to be a problem with the bricks. I need the correct number for the warranty company to look into these problems. Thanks if you can help I'd appreciate it. ... More

Rosalie was the first person to help me to choose my home. She was the Best ever. SHAWN help me with all paperwork to accomplish the Mission . Gorge helping me to move and make sure everything was good in the home. Thanks to all.

If I can give zero stars I would. This is the first time buying a house and I’ll never buy a house with lennar again.

After moving in is when we experienced problems. i.e. doors that didn't shut properly, tiles in the master bath came loose and were mushy, the dishwasher didn't work when we tried it the first time, had to replace the garbage disposal, and the grout work was sloppy.

I'm thrilled to share my honest review, having had the pleasure of owning multiple new homes throughout my life. Lennar, as a production builder, has truly impressed me with their commitment to addressing issues and demonstrating respect for their customers' concerns. While just about no home is perfect, I can confidently say that our home is exceptionally well-built. Lennar's responsiveness to warranty requests has been outstanding, leaving me with a sense of confidence and trust in their dedication to customer satisfaction.

The quality of these homes are horrendous considering how much they cost. The materials used are horribly cheap and the finish carpentry is ugly. The attention to detail is nonexistent.

The home buying experience felt extremely rushed and disorganized. During my final walkthrough, key components of the home were still incomplete—including the absence of both a sink and a dishwasher—as well as several other unresolved issues. Despite these concerns, the closing proceeded, and I ultimately took possession of a home that was far from move-in ready. After closing, I discovered multiple damaged cabinets throughout the home. Additionally, I had been told that blinds would be included as part of the home package, yet these were never provided. I attempted to address these issues directly with the seller’s representative, Yvette, but received no response despite multiple attempts to contact her. I also reached out to Chris, hoping for assistance, but he too was unresponsive. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with both the quality of the construction and the level of customer service provided by Lennar. The experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and it reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to its buyers. ... More

For the most part it was OK and easy to follow, they need to be more on the spot with communication. the one bad thing that happened is that one of the people in the finance department took it upon herself to contact my insurance broker and change the day the home owners insurance would go active. She did this a total of 7 times during the process. despite being told on the phone and through email that she was NOT to contact and request changes to the brokers directly. My insurance company was so fed up with her crap that they were getting ready to tell us that "they would no longer be interested in covering our home if this continues." causing me to have to inform the brokers that if she communicated to them about my account that they were not to respond and forward it to me. ... It was wonderful experience purchasing the house. The team of Lennar was helpful and guided us all the way. The only complaint I have is the quality of workmanship and materials is not up to standard.

This was our first time buying a new home and it was first time directly from the builder. Everything was as agreed, we didn't find hidden fees or situations indicating that the company wanted to take advantage of us. Very serious team: Abigail Coloso, Loany, Renata, Kristy Koen, and many others that i met during construction and closing process. Since we live in Texas and the home is in Florida, i was anticipating many potential issues, however, just minimum or none. I would buy again from Lennar.

My family and are so happy and thankful for our buying process with Lennar. From Laarni, to Andre, and Daniela, we have had great communication, response, and care. Our house is built perfectly for our family and needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better product and experience.

Eugene was an incredible sales person who listened to our situation and guided us to a solution that enabled to buy our amazing new home. The entire sales experience was one of open collaboration on trust with a shared goal of getting us settled into the home. Out of 5 stars, I rate Eugene and the folks that assisted (particularly Christopher on the mortgage front) as 10 stars. Hard to say enough kind and truthful things about the relationships built in our purchase.
