There are serval persons I would like to acknowledge that made this experience a great one. Thank you Derrich (construction team). He sent me videos and kept me posted. His team made sure my home was ready an error free as possible. Cody: he was so very thorough in the walk thru. He went out of his way to work with Derrich before I got there to decrease any warranty defects before they would happen. And lastly, Gregg. I wouldn't have begun the process without him. He answered all my concerns up front and was excellent to work with. Thank you Lennar Team.

Great home design, great price, great overall experience. Would suggest that Lennar sell their homes without Lennar’s kitchen and bathrooms and offer an option for owner to put in their own kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixtures, appliances etc. after purchase.

Each and every Lennar personnel were knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressures and they provided me with options to meet my needs and wants. Thankfully, there were a few different style homes and the staff were patient in showing me all of them that met my criteria. Actually, the home I purchased was not even on my self chosen list. After making my decision, each member from the mortgage preparation to the closing explained the steps and provided guidance. As with any home purchase, you may need some tweaks addressed. The process to request some assistance in having a service technician come look at my inquiry has also been great. They are extremely timely in their response and the issues have been resolved. It was really awesome buying new home experience with Lennar Builder. They do notify the customer at the every stage of construction and keep them up-to-date. They will guide us end to end. They do have from warranty/customer support team (Sara) who has been helping us for any service requests. I would strongly recommend the Lennar Builders for buying a new home.

Trying to figure out which bill were do monthly or every other month took several phone calls. Also getting contacts regarding payment was additional calls.

Buying my first house with Lennar my personal experience was very easy and understandable. They have a wonderful team. They all work together great and helped move the process very smooth and quickly. The team in Colombia Tennessee is being great to work with very trust, friendly understandable easy to work with. Before and after the purchase they very easily to schedule appointment to repair things around the house.( Kelvey, Zach, Rebecca, Jessica. ) they treat you like a Lennar family member. I’m very happy with them I will buy an other house with them if I need too.

The Lennar agent was very friendly and helpful.

The entire team has been so fantastic. We had some issues with fencing and they all stepped up to help work it out. We have some minor things that need to be repaired and they were out here to inspect the next day and have scheduled for repair next week. Prompt and professional! The Lennar Team is top notch!

Mortgage loan officer was amazing! Took great care of us and our closing attorney was great. Even final walk through was spot on. Very happy

This builder is great, I know everyone have a different experience in my humble opinion. They are really good at what they do. They made the process easy they use a top quality material. They keep you posted on new updates. Everybody should know about them.

The design of the new house is reasonable and comfortable to live in. I like it.
