Since we moved in, we’ve had a couple issues that needed to be fixed and they’ve been pretty good in response to fix, but there are other items that we are still waiting on them to be resolved, overall 3 1/2 to 4 stars...

John was excellent to answer any questions we had. There is a property that doesn’t belong to The Venue that has a dilapidated pool which we can see from my backyard and was told that trees were going up to have coverage from it but the trees that were planted are situated in such an angle that more trees need to be planted in order for us not to see that horrible property. Now I have to speak with HOA to see if they can put at least 5 more trees so that when they grow out we would have full coverage.

The ladies who helped me all the way through the process of buying my home are wonderful working women who have a great understanding of what to do. You could call them at anytime or if they weren’t available at that time, they’d called you back. They worked with me until the end and were available to continue to answer any questions I had after the closing. Ladies again I want to thank you for all your services with helping me through this process. Your guidances are greatly appreciated.

Warranty service is seriously flawed.

Lennar has the best floor plans of all builders that we saw in the area. Watching our 3rd Lennar home to completion very pleased with the process.

GET A THIRD PARTY INSPECTOR. I've been in the house less than a month and had an issue. Its been almost 2 months now and the issue has not been fixed. I put in work orders and they close them. I tried to reopen it and it got denied. If this is how it going to be while I own this house I would say BUYERS BEWARE.

This is my third Lennar home that I have built with Lennar. I’m excited to finally have my one story as a retired Navy veteran. I actually enjoy and love Lennar Homes because this is my third Lennar home. Very nice homes that comes with everything that I want without many upgrades. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Houses are fairly well made and the overall buying experience went as good as could be expected.

The layout just didnt really make any sence. Attic door is in the walkway and not in the garage. Doors are pretty thin like shoulder width? Storage could be a lot better.

This was the second time we visited the site to look at new homes. This time they were offering a better price and quicker completion date. Jake was a very knowledgeable sales person who helped guide us to complete our purchase. It was easy to access the home throughout the completion process. The move in has been great and the few issues with the home have been resolved quickly.

We put in an offer and were excited. We made sure our ducks were in a row. Sadly when we got to underwriting, communication went sparse and our hope of closing early vanished, costing us another month of rent. We could have closed sooner but they waited a week to let us know they needed more paperwork. We never received an apology or any response when we brought this complaint up. The House is solid so far but our first buying experience was not a joyous one. Grateful it is over and we can move on. Lots of good people with this lennar group just not efficient. I offered my services as it is extremely wasteful on their part. Lastly I still don't know what the concierge is for. Ours didn't check in with us and never could help answer our questions. Thankfully, we had a good realtor from the outside that helped push lennar. All in all, if you go with lennar you'll get a descent home but their organization structure and lack of communication can be very stressful and make you doubt you're going to close on your new home. In the end, your home should hopefully be worth the frustrations. Thank you ... More

My Lennar home has been an excellent value for the price. When comparing it to resale homes in the area that were more expensive and often required repairs or updates, choosing Lennar was an easy decision. Throughout the process, the sales, lending, and construction teams were knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Their expertise made the experience smooth from start to finish. I would confidently recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a quality new home and a great overall home-buying experience.

The process for purchasing the home was efficient and easy. Weekly communication from the builder really enhanced the experience.

Pleased with home and eventual completion of warranty items. Had to email my warranty representative multiple times with no response and website did not work. Eventually got amazing help. Be nice to have a referral program with a finders fee when homeowner finds a new customer for Lennar.

Lennar really helped out with financing options and with our of state contingencies…but unable to sell home in Dallas and we had to walk away from dream home. Will try again in future but will sale Dallas home first and be cash heavy to help with down payment.

This our third home from Lennar. Good builder, tampa team leaves a lot to be desired

My husband and I were hesitant to buy a home in a new development because of how quickly the houses are built. We had assumed that there was no care in the process, and it was all about profit. However, buying a new Lennar home was one of the best decisions and investments we could have made. The incentives are unreal and the streamlined process made communication simple. We have been recommending everyone we know to buy a home out here.

Traci the onsite agent was amazing!! She went over and beyond to get me and my daughter into the home we wanted with in our budget. She is definitely an asset to the Lennar family. The lender John was also amazing he is extremely thorough and made sure all needed paperwork was received upfront. Underwriting never came back asking for any additional documents. We closed in less than 30 days James the construction manager is also an asset the the Lennar family. Even after closing he has stopped by and personally fixed odds and ends that have come up and replaced sod and plants that didn’t quite make it through the drought without me even having to ask. Overall I am extremely satisfied with our home buying experience. The only thing I would say needed improvement was the closing process with the attorney. Closing day is already stressful without hiccups but when an issue arises there needs to be a bit more communication as to what is going on. I waited for 2 hours after signing my paperwork before I received my keys and no one could tell me what was going on.i was just told it was a problem with getting funding approval. Turned out to be a signature on the lenders end but I was just asked to sit in the lobby and wait. I personally feel like there were way too many closings in one day and the attorney was not able to give the situation the attention it needed. Things seemed to be great in the beginning until everything kept getting pushed back and back with blame on trades, but it was really the superintendents not keeping up. We were the ones that would walk the homesite and found leaks, and then we do our blue tape walkthrough and 3PI and there are new leaks, electrical issues, cracks in the cabinetry and just a whole host of other issues where we decided to call it quits and get our money back… which we did because our case holder even knew how bad it was.

Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the home. The finishes, layout, and overall design are excellent. The home feels spacious, modern, and very well built. We are extremely happy with our decision and would highly recommend it to others.
