Be sure the models you go into are the same "generation" as you are buying.. Room sizes and fixtures may vary. Just be aware.

Everything went very smooth with the process

My homebuying process was seamless from start to finish. All the staff involved in this process were knowledgeable, resourceful, and reassured me the entire time that things were on the right track.

The model being used was the same floorplan, but 180 square feet larger, so visually misleading. Changes were made to the floorplan on the website without notifying buyers. Lennar decided on a massive price reduction several months after we signed the purchase contract, so most neighbors paid substantially less than we did. We were unaware of the price reduction prior to closing in February.

Almost all aspects of the Lennar experience have been great. The only exception was the closing service. SPN is nonresponse to phone calls. After placing 23 phone call to them at various times, we NEVER received a return call. Thank goodness for Bill Klotz and his excellent responses and service.

Buying and financing was great. We have numerous problems since moving in. The biggest issue i have is the QA inspections. It was obvious that we were lied to by chris. Our dryer could not have ever been checked, because it was not connected to the breaker box correctly. We were told it passed 2 inspections. HOW. All of our issues have been corrected to date. This was our first new home purchased. I guess our expectations were too high. Lennar boasts all inclusive, yes. But all appliances are low end.

House itself is great, but Lennar used it for equipment storage and as a some sort of break room for a few months, and now, after a close rushed by Lennar, all we hear is, “Do you have that in writing?” and, “Can’t do anything about it after the close.”

House itself is wonderful! Buying experience 0/10. Lennar agent was a no show no call at closing. Told me that I had no HOA fees for 2 years. Upon reading the disclosures, I found that this misleading information was due to to me prepaying for them. Closing was delayed which cost me $1200 to extend my lock rate and associated housing fees as the closing was delayed a whole month.

I bought the house as a broker and the sales team didn't mention the bonus they were giving to the other brokers for the house in that community. The lender team was very irresponsible. They provided Closing Disclosures the day before closing after repeatedly asking for it.

great owner home buying experience however, the priority of laying Sod is not a clear pocess. Home completed build later but had the sod layed down first.

Buying experience and transparency with expectations are all solid. Quality of workmanship for the most part is good. My biggest complaint is the MDF used in the cabinets, baseboards and window sills and casing. A BIG no to any of that. I have been in my home for a little over a month and am incredibly careful to keep everything in first-class condition. I had some water from my walk-in shower leach out from under the door gap and saturated the carpet that abuts the bathroom tile. The carpet absorbed the water which ran straight to the base boards and within 30 mins, Completely ruined. The base boards bubbled up, paint discolored and now they have to be replaced. Same thing happened in the kitchen with my cabinets. I spilled a small amount of water on the floor next to the island sink. The water saturated the base of the cabinet and again... within 30 mins, the side of the cabinet was saturated, bubbled up and wrecked. Using MDF on windows, baseboards and cabinets is a really, really bad idea. Saving a few bucks by not using wood has me really disappointed with this part of my new home. I'm going to have to hire a contractor to swap out all MDF in the kitchen and both bathrooms. ... More

There was workers on the house after closing, the carpet on one of the bedrooms had stain that never was clean up properly, the electric company took long time to respond for eléctricas issues. Del hoyos did a good job.

From day 1 with the initial sales contract and the tons of disclosures that were not made to the crazy surprises at closing, there isn’t enough space to describe all the communication and customer service failures by sales, construction and customer service/warranty//walk throughs. There was poor follow through on issues, the defensive attitudes by really everyone, untruthful statements, and extra hidden cost were unimaginable and never experienced by us in any of the 7 previous new homes we have purchased in our 40 years in Las Vegas.

Just to be honest , I won’t recommend Lennar homes to no body My bad experience was really bad . after 2 months moved in , grass never was set it on , I called & called to warranty department and not answer I was told that 10 days after moved you will have your grass set ,but that is not true . funny is all the houses sold out has grass already and I am still waiting on it..

We are so happy and grateful with the Lennar team! Cole on the Loan side was amazing, very knowledgeable and worked really hard for us to get the loan just like we needed it to be! Lennar was a great company to work with. Everyone that we met and dealt with, from first entering the show center to finalizing and closing escrow, My loan officers, Isabel and her counterpart Maria, were very helpful and resourceful with all the paperwork process and questions I had. They made our experience of purchasing a home simple with no issues. Buying a Home can be very stressful buy they provided guidance and professionalism in everything they did. From the start Melissa showed us several different floor plans that would suit our needs. We settled on one and the purchase process started. David took over and was great to work with. Several other Lennar employees were involved and they were all very nice and helpful. The overall purchase process was excellent. The quality of the home is a four (4.) That is due to the interior trim work being of a lesser quality than expected (not up to par with the model home.) And the fact that they offer no upgrades. What you see is what you get. They answered every question and was very patient with me. I never had an issue from start to finish. I even came with my own lender and they showed no prejudice. I’d definitely buy again.
